Terms and Conditions for Welcome Bonus of 90,000 Membership Rewards® Points

    A. Program Description

    The Danamon Charge Card Welcome Offer 2025 ("Program") is a promotional initiative by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") for American Express (AMEX) RCP GOLD Credit Card holders ("Cardholders"). The Program allows Cardholders to earn bonus points in accordance with the general terms and conditions ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program").

     

    B. Program Period

    The program is valid for American Express RCP GOLD Charge Cardholders approved and issued by Bank Danamon from February 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026 ("Program Period").

     

    C. Program Criteria

    The Program applies to new customers and/or invited customers (via telesales offers) who become Cardholders during the Program Period. Eligible Cardholders must have their Card facilities approved and issued by Bank Danamon within this timeframe. The Program also extends to Bank Danamon employees ("Cardholders").

    E. Program Terms and Conditions

    1. Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel a Customer's participation in the Program if the Customer does not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    3. American Express RCP GOLD Cardholders approved and issued by Bank Danamon during the Program Period will earn 90,000 MR Points as bonus points by accumulating a minimum transaction amount of IDR 20,000,000 (twenty million rupiah) within 2 (two) months of the card's approval and issuance by Bank Danamon ("Transaction Period").
    4. Only transactions made during the first 60 days from the card's approval and issuance date by Bank Danamon will be considered.
    5. Eligible transactions are retail purchases only and exclude Bill Payments, Insurance Payments, Cash Advances, Money Transfers, QRIS transactions using Card funds, and transactions converted into installments, including monthly installment payments.
    6. By having a Card approved and issued during the Program Period and making transactions under this Program during the Transaction Period, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program, subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The approval and issuance of the Card, along with the transactions made by the Cardholder, serve as valid evidence of the Cardholder's participation in the Program and their agreement to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

     

    F. Program Reward Mechanism

    1. Bonus Points will be awarded for a maximum of 2 (two) months from the end of the Transaction Period, and multiple rewards do not apply.
    2. Bonus Points will be credited to the Primary Cardholder's Danamon Credit Card and appear on the billing statement in the following month after the winner's data withdrawal period.
    3. Bonus Points will be invalid if the Danamon Credit Card is blocked or if there is a delay in bill payment.
    4. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel the granting of Bonus Points for transactions deemed unreasonable, including but not limited to cash swipe transactions and transactions at merchants found to be selling products prohibited under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
    5. If the Cardholder cancels any transaction during the Transaction Period, resulting in a failure to meet the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon has the right to withhold Bonus Points.

Terms and Conditions for Bonus 210,000 Membership Rewards Points

    A. Program Description

    The General Terms and Conditions of the Program Bonus up to 210,000 Membership Rewards® Points for Danamon American Express® Gold Card (" General Program Terms and Conditions") are the terms and conditions applicable to customers participating in the Program Bonus up to 210,000 Membership Rewards® Points for Danamon American Express® Gold Card (" Program") organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (" Bank Danamon").

    By participating, customers agree to comply with all provisions of the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, as outlined below:

     

    B. Program Period

    Program will run from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026 ("Program Period").

     

    C. Program Criteria

    1. This program is valid for Bank Danamon individual customers who have a Danamon American Express® Gold with a 3755394 and 3755391 BIN (" Cardholder").
    2. The Cardholder's Danamon American Express Gold® Charge Card must be active, have no arrears and the card is unblock.

     

    D. Program Terms and Conditions

    1. Program Participants are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    2. The Bank reserves the right to refuse or cancel the Program Participant's participation in this Program if the Program Participant does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    3. Program Participants are solely responsible for all risks of losses, claims, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the Program Participant's participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
    4. The program is valid under the following conditions:
      1. Cardholders must have minimum total accumulated overseas offline transactions (card present) to receive Membership Rewards® Points bonus during the program period following below tier* scheme:

        *Cardholders can only participate in one of the tier scheme. If a cardholder have total transaction of IDR 200 Million during program period, the cardholder is entitled to receive 210.000 bonus Membership Rewards® Points.

      2. Transactions that are calculated are transactions that have been posted in the Bank's system and have not been canceled by the customer/third party merchant/Bank.
      3. The accumulated transaction must be done overseas, using foreign currency, and is an offline transaction (card present).
      4. The accumulated transactions made do not include overseas online transactions (overseas card not present), Bill Payment (routine bills), autodebet Insurance Payments, Cash Advance (cash withdrawals), Money Transfer (fund transfers), QRIS transactions with the source of funds Amex Card, and transactions that are converted into installments along with monthly installment transactions.
    5. Cardholders who meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program will receive a reward in the form of Membership Rewards® Points according to the tiering of transactions made ("Reward").
    6. Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the Cardholder's participation and/or award of prizes/ rewards on the Program if the Cardholder does not meet and/or violate the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    7. The Program Winner is the Cardholder as stated in the Participant Criteria point. So that if there is a change in the downgrade/upgrade of the card type before the end of the program period, the cardholder is no longer eligible to become a Program Winner.
    8. Bonus Membership Rewards® Points that will be given to Cardholders is only for Cardholders who meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

    10. The accumulated transactions during the program period are calculated based on the posting date.
    11. Bonus Membership Rewards® Points will be credited to the primary Cardholder no later than 60 (sixty) calendar days after the end of the program period.
    12. Bonus Membership Rewards® Points will be credited to the Cardholder in an active, unblocked and non-delinquent state of payment.
    13. Bonus Membership Rewards® Points is non-transferable and converted to cash.
    14. The validity of the Membership Rewards® Points follows the general terms and conditions of the Rewards Program.
    15. Bank Danamon's decisions related to the Program, including but not limited to the receipt of the Prospective Cardholder's personal data for the purpose of the decision to award prizes are final and cannot be challenged against all Cardholders participating in the Program, both Cardholders and Prospective Cardholders.
    16. Other terms and conditions related to the card and the products and/or services of Bank Danamon, as long as they are not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program are declared to remain valid and binding on the Cardholder and become an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    17. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership as well as the General Terms and Conditions of Rewards Point Membership. These terms and conditions remain valid as long as they are not otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
    18. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to correct/amend/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event that there is a change in benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Cardholder has the right to submit his objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of the change made by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that the Cardholder is deemed to have agreed to such changes if the Cardholder does not raise any objections within such timeframe. If the Cardholder does not agree to the change, the Cardholder has the right to cancel the Program membership by first completing all the Cardholder's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
    19. The Cardholder declares that there are no and will not be transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not allowed under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
    20. If there is a report of any indication of fraud, misconduct and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction, cancel the Program participation, or give prizes to the Cardholder concerned.
    21. Cardholders may submit complaints about banking products/services orally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
    22. Procedures regarding complaint services can be accessed through https://www.danamon.co.id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah website.
    23. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
    24. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia.

     

    E. Other Terms and Conditions

    1. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Banking Accounts and Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk and the General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Credit Card Membership, the General Terms and Conditions of Credit Card Membership, such Terms and Conditions remain valid as long as they are not otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
    2. The Program Participant hereby agrees and acknowledges that the Bank reserves the right to correct/amend/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at the Bank. In the event that there is a change in benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Program Participant has the right to submit his objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the time the notification of the change is made by the Bank through the Bank's communication media. The Program Participant agrees that the Program Participant is deemed to have agreed to such changes in the event that the Program Participant does not raise any objections within such time frame. If the Program Participant does not agree to the change, then the Program Participant has the right to cancel the Program participation by first settling all Program Participant's obligations to the Bank (if any).
    3. Program Participants declare that there are no and will not be transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not allowed based on the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
    4. If there are indications of fraud, misconduct, abuse, transaction irregularities, improper transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, the Bank has the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Bank's products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the Program Participant concerned. Program Participants are still obliged to pay off all their obligations to the Bank (if any).
    5. If irregularities are found related to this Program or if it is felt that fraud has occurred, Program Participants are advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
    6. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
    7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a guarantee participant of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

  1. Program participants can submit complaints about banking products/services orally or in writing through the nearest Bank branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

Reminder

Program Participants must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent the Bank and promising prizes in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by third parties associated with or on behalf of the Program are beyond the Bank's responsibility.
