Program Description

The General Terms and Conditions of this Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions that apply to Customers who participate in the Danamon Hadiah Beruntun 5.0 Program (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).

Customers hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The Program is valid from 15 October 2025 to 31 May 2026 ("Program Period").

Program Participant Criteria

Participants eligible to join the Program are all individual customers/natural persons who are savings account holders at Bank Danamon ("Customers"). Not applicable to Bank Danamon employees.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Customers are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Customer's participation in this Program if the Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  3. Customers are to be responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. In the event that the Customer has a Joint OR or Joint AND Joint Account, all balances and transactions made through the account will be considered as belonging to/for the Customer listed as the first name on the account. Balances in Joint OR or Joint AND Joint Accounts will not be counted for Customers listed as the second or third name on the account.
  5. This Program consists of the following scheme:
    1. Savings Lucky Draw
      1. Customers can participate in the Savings Lucky Draw with 2 (two) options for the Savings Draw schedule as follows:

        *) The date of the Savings Draw will be announced by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's official communication channels in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
      2. To participate in the Savings Lucky Draw during the First Savings Draw Period and/or Second Savings Draw Period as stated in point III.5.i.a above, Customers must conduct a Monthly Average Balance Increase or Fund Blocking transaction with the following conditions:
        1. Monthly Average Balance Increase
          1. Customers must increase the average monthly balance of all savings accounts held at Bank Danamon by a minimum of IDR 25,000,000.00 (twenty-five million rupiah).
          2. The average balance as per point 1 (one) is calculated during the Average Balance Calculation Period for each Savings Draw Period (from 1 October 2025 to 31 January 2026 for the First Savings Draw Period, and from 1 February 2026 to 31 May 2026 for the Second Savings Draw Period).
          3. The monthly average balance during each of these periods will be compared to the total balance in all of the Customer's savings accounts on the Baseline Date.
          4. If the Customer has a Joint OR or Joint AND Joint Account, the average balance calculated from the Joint Account will only be calculated as belonging to/for the Customer listed as the first name on the account.
          5. Savings and current account products with foreign currency balances will be converted into Indonesian Rupiah at the daily exchange rate applicable at Bank Danamon.
          6. Current accounts that use the Current Account Loan (PRK) facility are not included in the calculation of the monthly average balance.
          7. If there is a blocked (held) balance or funds in savings and/or current accounts, such balances or funds will not be included in the calculation of the monthly average balance.
          8. The average balance calculation is divided by the number of calendar days in the relevant month.
          9. If the Customer has a savings account and a current account, the average balance of all current accounts must not decrease compared to the average balance on the Baseline Date.
          10. For every incremental in the average savings balance of IDR 25,000,000 (twenty-five million rupiah), the Customer will receive 25 (twenty-five) Savings Lucky Draw Points, which are valid in multiples.
          11. If the Customer has a Danamon LEBIH PRO Savings Account, the Customer will receive additional Savings Draw Points if there is an increase in the average balance of the Danamon LEBIH PRO Savings Account (total balance of all currencies) with the following conditions:

        2. Hold Scheme
          1. This offer is only valid for customers who do not yet have an account and/or services with Bank Danamon ("New Customers") or customers who meet certain criteria and are selected and invited by Bank Danamon, who will be notified by email and/or through Bank Danamon staff ("Invited Customers");
          2. New Customers or Invited Customers are required to hold balance in their Bank Danamon savings account by completing and signing the Fund Blocking Form for the Danamon Hadiah Beruntun Savings Scheme (“Fund Blocking Form”). For New Customers specifically, the blocking must be done no later than 30 (thirty) working days from the date of account opening.
          3. For New Customers specifically, the following terms and conditions apply for fund placement and hold balance:

            Customers who have participated in the New to Privilege Bank Danamon Program and whose term expires between 1 February 2026 and 31 May 2026 5 (five) months IDR 500 million
          5. For every IDR 25,000,000 (twenty-five million rupiah) of hold amount, the customer will receive 25 (twenty-five) Lucky Draw Points, applicable in multiples.
          6. The customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that the customer is not allowed to request the release of the hold amount before maturity date.
      3. Customers who have fulfilled the requirements for the Average Monthly Balance Increase and Fund Blocking transactions as stated in point b above can earn additional Savings Raffle Points under the following conditions:
        1. If a customer opens a BISA Umrah iB Savings Account or Hajj Plan iB Savings Account during the Program Period, the customer will receive 10 (ten) Savings Draw Points per successfully opened account.
        2. If the customer makes a transaction using a Danamon Debit/ATM Card at an offline merchant for a minimum of IDR 2,000,000.00 (two million rupiah), the customer will receive 1 (one) Savings Raffle Point, with multiples of the transaction amount applying.
      4. The Savings Draw will be conducted at each regional office (region) of Bank Danamon as follows:

      5. The Savings Draw will be conducted three times in each period and in each region, in accordance with the applicable prize tiers, namely Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 based on the following table ("Savings Draw Prize Tiering"):

      6. Customers who meet the criteria for each tier will be included in the Savings Draw according to the region where the customer's account is registered.
      7. If a customer meets the requirements for the previous Savings Draw Tier and is not selected as a winner when the Savings Draw Tier is held, then the customer will be included in the next Savings Draw Tier.
      8. If a customer meets the requirements for the previous Savings Draw Tier and is not selected as a winner when the Savings Draw Tier is held, then the customer will be included in the next Savings Draw Tier.
      9. In the event that a customer who meets the requirements for the Tier 1 Savings Draw or Tier 2 Savings Draw is not selected as a winner in each tier, the customer will receive a cashback with the following terms and conditions:

      10. Savings Draw Points will be forfeited or cancelled in the calculation if the balance or average savings balance in the last month of the Average Balance Calculation Period is zero or if the account is closed.
      11. The decision of the Savings Draw results from Bank Danamon is final and cannot be contested.
    2. Special Deals Transaction Scheme
      1. To participate in the Special Deals Transaction Scheme, Customers must maintain a minimum monthly average savings account balance of IDR 1,000,000 (one million rupiah), calculated from the accumulation of all savings accounts held by the Customer at Bank Danamon, and collect a minimum of 30 (thirty) Transaction Points.

      3. For customers who have and use a Joint Account for transactions, the balance and transactions on the Joint Account will only be calculated for the customer listed as the first name on the account.
      4. The Special Deals Transaction scheme consists of 8 (eight) implementation periods. Transaction Points earned by customers are cumulative during each Point Collection Period under the Special Deals Transaction scheme and can only be used to redeem rewards on the Special Deals Date corresponding to the point collection period, subject to the following conditions:

      5. The Bank will provide information on the number of Transaction Points successfully earned by Customers during 1 (one) Transaction Point Collection Period via the Customer's telephone number (WhatsApp) and/or email registered in the Bank Danamon system, on the last date of each Transaction Point Collection Period. Additionally, customers can actively obtain information regarding the number of Transaction Points by contacting Hello Danamon customer service at 1-500-090 or through other communication channels provided by Bank Danamon.
      6. Transaction Points collected by customers can be used to redeem rewards online through the official Dinomarket website: www.dinomarket.com/DanamonRewards, with available reward options subject to the following terms and quotas:

    3. Grand Prize Lucky Draw
      1. Customers who have participated in the Savings Lucky Draw and/or Special Deals Transaction Scheme (minimum 1 Transaction Point) are eligible to participate in the Grand Prize Draw.
      2. The Grand Prize Draw will be conducted 3 (three) times in accordance with the applicable prize tiers, namely Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 based on the following table:

      3. The Grand Prize Draw will be held no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days after the end of the Program Period. Bank Danamon will notify Customers of the date and location of the Grand Prize Draw, no later than 14 (fourteen) working days after the end of the program period.
      4. The results of the Grand Prize Draw are final and cannot be contested.
  6. The prize draw process to determine the Customers who will receive prizes (both Savings Draw and Grand Prize Draw) will be conducted openly through the means determined by Bank Danamon in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  7. If there is a discrepancy between the data held by the Customer and the data held by Bank Danamon in relation to the Program, the data held by Bank Danamon shall be deemed correct, unless the Customer can prove otherwise.
  8. In implementing the Program, Bank Danamon does not charge any fees to Customers participating in the Program, except for fees that are the representative of the winning Customer, including but not limited to document processing and other relevant fees in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Terms & Condition for Reward Distribution

  1. Customers have the opportunity to win prizes in each Program Scheme (Savings Draw Scheme, Special Deals Transaction Scheme, and Grand Reward Draw Scheme).
  2. The prize award terms for the Savings Draw Scheme are as follows:
    1. Customers who win prizes in the Savings Draw Scheme will be contacted by Bank Danamon via the telephone number and/or email registered with Bank Danamon within a maximum of 10 (ten) working days after the date of the Savings Draw.
    2. Savings Draw prizes will be awarded at Bank Danamon branches.
    3. Customers are required to collect their prizes at a Bank Danamon branch office within a maximum of 60 (sixty) working days for gadget prizes, or 90 (ninety) working days for vehicle prizes, from the date the Customer is notified as the winner of the Savings Draw and fulfils the documents required by Bank Danamon in relation to the awarding of prizes. If the prize is not collected within a maximum period of 90 calendar days from the end of the Program Period, the winning customer shall not be entitled to or able to make any claims or demands to Bank Danamon regarding the prize that was not collected by the winner.
    4. For Savings Lucky Draw prizes in the of Danamon LEBIH PRO/DanamoN LEBIH PRO iB savings balances, the Customer must first have a Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamn LEBIH iB savings account. If Customer does not have Danamon LEBIH PRO Account, Customer must open Danamon LEBIH PRO account before reward fulfillment date, so that Bank can credit the reward into that account.
    5. The crediting of prizes in the form of savings balances to Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB savings accounts will be carried out within a maximum of 30 (thirty) working days from the date the Customer is notified as the winner of the Savings Draw or from the date of opening the Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB savings account. If the Customer does not open a Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB Savings Account within a maximum period of 90 (ninety) calendar days from the end of the Program Period, the winning Customer shall not be entitled to or able to make any claims or demands to Bank Danamon regarding the prize.
    6. For cashback prizes, the prize will be credited to the savings account within 30 (thirty) working days from the date the Savings Draw winner is notified.
  3. The terms and conditions for awarding prizes under the Special Deals Transaction Scheme are as follows:
    1. Prize redemption for Special Deals will be conducted through the Dinomarket platform. Details of the website address and instructions will be communicated to eligible customers through Danamon's official communication channels, namely email and/or WhatsApp (WA), to the customer's registered email address and/or mobile phone number at the Bank.
    2. If the Customer successfully redeems the Prize during the Special Deals Period in accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions of the program, the prize delivery process will be carried out by Dinomarket in accordance with the address provided by the Customer during the prize redemption process through the Dinomarket platform. The terms and conditions for prize delivery can be found at the following link (www.dinomarket.com/danamonrewards)
  4. The terms and conditions for awarding prizes under the Grand Prize Draw Scheme are as follows:
    1. Customers who win the Grand Prize Draw Scheme prize will be contacted by Bank Danamon via the telephone number and/or email registered with Bank Danamon within a maximum of 10 (ten) working days after the date of the Grand Prize Draw.
    2. Grand Prize Draw prizes will be awarded through a Danamon Bank branch office.
    3. Customers are required to collect their prizes at a Bank Danamon branch office within a maximum of 60 (sixty) working days for gadget prizes, or 90 (ninety) working days for vehicle prizes, from the date of notification that they are winners of the Grand Prize Draw and fulfil Bank Danamon's request for the necessary documents related to the delivery of prizes. If the prize is not collected within a maximum period of 90 calendar days from the end of the program period, the winning customer shall not be entitled to or able to make any claims or demands to Bank Danamon regarding the prize that has not been collected by the winner.
    4. For Savings Lucky Draw prizes in the of Danamon LEBIH PRO/DanamoN LEBIH PRO iB savings balances, the Customer must first have a Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamn LEBIH iB savings account. If Customer does not have Danamon LEBIH PRO Account, Customer must open Danamon LEBIH PRO account before reward fulfillment date, so that Bank can credit the reward into that account.
    5. The crediting of prizes in the form of savings balances to Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB savings accounts will be carried out within a maximum of 30 (thirty) working days from the date the Customer is notified as the winner of the Grand Prize Draw and/or opens a Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB savings account. If the Customer does not open a Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB Savings Account within a maximum period of 90 (ninety) calendar days from the end of the Program Period, the winning Customer shall not be entitled to or able to make any claims or demands to Bank Danamon regarding the prize.
  5. When collecting the prize at a Danamon Bank branch, the winning Customer must bring identification documents and/or other documents in accordance with Danamon Bank's policies.
  6. Vehicle prizes will be delivered off the road, and Bank Danamon will not be involved in the process of determining ownership. Vehicle documents and other costs shall be borne by the winning customer.
  7. The type, colour, and model of the prize awarded to the winning customer will be subject to stock availability. Bank Danamon does not accommodate special requests for colour, size, upgrades, exchanges, or other modifications that do not align with the prize specifications.
  8. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or any other form.
  9. Bank Danamon is not the guarantor of the prizes obtained by customers under this Program. Therefore, any complaints regarding the quality of the prizes must be addressed directly to the manufacturer of the prizes.
  10. Customers are required to check the prize before accepting it. If the prize received by the Customer is damaged/defective (due to manufacturing/shipping), the Customer may report this to Bank Danamon no later than 1 (one) working day after the prize is received by the Customer. If the Customer submits a complaint after this deadline, the matter should be followed up with the manufacturer of the prize.
  11. All tax calculations are based on the applicable tax regulations in Indonesia. The tax on the gift is borne by Bank Danamon.
  12. All matters relating to the calculation and reporting of tax on gifts received by Customers are entirely the responsibility of the Customer (self-assessment basis).

If the Customer is unable to redeem Transaction Points for rewards on the Special Deals Date, the Transaction Points earned cannot be used on subsequent Special Deals Dates.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, unless otherwise stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, shall remain valid and binding on the Customer and form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program form an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk", "General Terms and Conditions of Sharia Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk", "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon LEBIH PRO Savings" the "General Terms and Conditions for Danamon LEBIH PRO iB Savings", the "General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Debit/ATM Cards", the "General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Privilege Services", and the "General Terms and Conditions for D-Bank PRO Services". In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these terms and conditions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
  3. In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, system disruptions, government policies, or other conditions beyond Bank Danamon's control, Bank Danamon reserves the right to:
    1. Postpone or suspend the implementation of the Program;
    2. Postpone or cancel the awarding of prizes to winners; and
    3. Change the Program Period and/or the mechanism for implementing the Program.
  4. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the changes if the Customer does not submit an objection within that period. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first settling all of the Customer's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  5. If any provision in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program is prohibited or cannot be implemented or becomes invalid or is declared null and void by a government regulation or court ruling, this shall not affect the validity of other provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, and the other provisions shall remain valid and binding and can be implemented as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  6. The Customer declares that there are no and will be no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia.
  7. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the Program, and/or the awarding of prizes to the Customer concerned. The Customer remains obligated to settle all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  8. Customers agree that funds placed in savings accounts with returns above the maximum interest rate guaranteed by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation are not guaranteed by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation. Prizes received by customers are also calculated as a component of the maximum guaranteed interest rate. Customers can find out about changes to the maximum guaranteed interest rate through Bank Danamon branches or through Hello Danamon.
  9. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority and the provisions on guaranteed interest rates based on the regulations of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.
  10. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation's guarantee scheme.

Reminder

Customers must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising gifts of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
