Program Description

The General Terms and Conditions of the Top It Up (TIUP) Osaka & Kyoto Marathon 2026 Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions that apply to Customers participating in the Top It Up (TIUP) Osaka & Kyoto Marathon 2026 (“Program”) organised by PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) and form an integral and inseparable part of the Top It Up (TIUP) Osaka & Kyoto Marathon 2026 Program Participation Form (“Form”).

Customers hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The program is valid from 17 to 30 September 2025 ("Program Period").

Customer Criteria

This program is applicable only to individuals who have never had a savings account with Bank Danamon (“Customers”).

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Before participating in the Program, Customers are required to read, understand and comprehend the characteristics, benefits, risks, costs and other provisions of the Program and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon has the right to refuse or cancel a Customer's participation in this Program if the Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Customers are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. Every Customer who participates in this Program must first register by completing and signing the Program Participation Form.
  5. Customers are required to open Danamon LEBIH PRO account and Tabungan Cita2ku Berhadiah Account by completing the Customer Data Form and Tabungan Cita2ku Berhadiah Account Application Form at Bank Danamon Branch.
  6. The opening Tabungan Cita2ku Berhadiah Account must be done no later than 1 (one) business day after the Customer opens a Danamon LEBIH PRO account.
  7. Customers are required to provide funds in the amount of the Initial Deposit and one Monthly Deposit (for the first debit) in the Danamon LEBIH PRO account, which is used as the source account for debits to Tabungan Cita2ku Berhadiah Account. The debit must be successfully completed no later than 1 (one) business day after the opening date of Tabungan Cita2ku Berhadiah Account, in accordance with the Initial Deposit and Monthly Deposit amounts stated in point III.9.
  8. Customers must provide funds at least equal to the Monthly Deposit (for the second and subsequent Monthly Deposits) and a minimum balance in the Danamon LEBIH PRO account used as the source account for debits to Tabungan Cita2ku Berhadiah Account each month, before debit date to Tabungan Cita2ku Berhadiah Account.
  9. Customers who have fulfilled the above requirements will receive a reward with the following conditions (“Reward”):

  10. The program is valid for the first 30 customers who have met the Terms and Conditions of the Program, with the following quota details:

  11. Customers will continue to receive interest rates in accordance with applicable provisions.
  12. Customers may cancel their participation by visiting the Bank Danamon branch where they registered for this Program and are required to sign the Program Cancellation Form and Tabungan Cita2ku Berhadiah Account Closure Form.
  13. Upon cancellation of participation in the Program or failure to comply with all Terms and Conditions of the Program (including failure to make the Initial Deposit and/or Monthly Deposit), the customer will be charged a Penalty Fee in accordance with the provisions of point III.9 above. The Penalty Fee will be paid by the customer in a lump sum by Bank Danamon debiting the customer's account at Bank Danamon.

Terms and Conditions of the Reward

  1. For rewards in the form of a guaranteed slot for the 2026 Osaka Marathon or 2026 Kyoto Marathon, the following conditions apply:
    1. For customers who have met all the requirements, Bank Danamon will send information containing a link/URL/website to register for the Osaka Marathon or Kyoto Marathon (Guaranteed Slot) via the customer's communication media registered with Bank Danamon no later than 8 October 2025.
    2. Customers will not be charged for the Guaranteed Slot for the 2026 Osaka Marathon or Kyoto Marathon.
    3. Customers are required to register via the link/URL/website as stated in point IV.1.a above no later than 15 October 2025 at 23:59 WIB.
    4. The registration fee for the Kyoto Marathon or Osaka Marathon is fully borne by the customer, subject to the following conditions:

    5. Bank Danamon is not the organiser of the Osaka Marathon 2026 or Kyoto Marathon 2026 events, and Bank Danamon is not responsible for any obstacles, losses, or cancellations that may occur, including but not limited to cancellations due to natural disasters, bad weather, or other force majeure circumstances. The implementation of the event is fully subject to the official terms and conditions of the organisers of the 2026 Osaka Marathon and/or the 2026 Kyoto Marathon.
  2. For rewards in the form of cashback, the cashback will be credited to the Danamon LEBIH PRO account (in rupiah) of the Customer participating in the Program as the Source Account, no later than 5 November 2025.
  3. For rewards in the form of Traveloka E-Vouchers, the following conditions apply:
    1. Bank Danamon will send the Traveloka E-Voucher code to the customer's email address registered in the Bank Danamon system, no later than 5 November 2025.
    2. The validity period of the Traveloka E-Voucher reward and its terms and conditions can be found in the applicable provisions on the Traveloka E-Voucher concerned.
  4. Reward tax is borne by Bank Danamon. All matters relating to the calculation and reporting of tax on Rewards received by Customers are entirely the responsibility of the Customer (self assessment basis). All Rewards received by Customers are non-refundable.
  5. All types of Rewards received by Customers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Customer provides funds of IDR 160 million in their Danamon LEBIH PRO account for the initial deposit and monthly deposits for Tabungan Cita2ku Berhadiah Account, amounting to IDR 155 million and IDR 5 million respectively.
  • Customer opens Tabungan Cita2ku Berhadiah Account to participate in the program on 17 September 2025, where the initial deposit and monthly deposits will be debited by Bank Danamon no later than 1 (one) working day after the account is opened.
  • As the customer has met the program terms and conditions, they are eligible to participate in this program.
  • The customer receives an email notification from Bank Danamon containing the registration link/URL/website for the Osaka Marathon 2026 on 8 October 2025.
  • The customer receives a Traveloka e-voucher code from the email sent by Bank Danamon on 30 October 2025.

  • Customer is offered and agree to participate in the Program, with a choice of rewards in the form of a Guaranteed Slot for the Osaka Marathon, a Traveloka voucher worth IDR 20 million, and a cashback of IDR 3 million.
  • Customer fills out and sign the Program participation form and open a Danamon LEBIH account on 17 September 2025.
  • Customer provides funds of IDR 160 million in their Danamon LEBIH account for the initial deposit and monthly deposits for Tabungan Cita2ku Berhadiah Account, amounting to IDR 155 million and IDR 5 million respectively.
  • Customer opens Tabungan Cita2ku Berhadiah Account to participate in the Program on 17 September 2025, where the initial deposit and monthly deposits will be debited by Bank Danamon no later than 1 (one) working day after the account is opened.
  • Since the customer is not using the Danamon LEBIH PRO savings account as the funding source account, the customer is not eligible to participate in this Program.

  • Customer is offered and agree to participate in the Program, with a choice of prizes in the form of a Guaranteed Slot for the Osaka Marathon, a Traveloka voucher worth IDR 20 million, and a cashback of IDR 3 million.
  • Customer fills out and sign the Program participation form and open a Danamon LEBIH PRO account on 17 September 2025.
  • The customer does not provide funds amounting to IDR 160 million in the Danamon LEBIH PRO account for the deduction of Tabungan Cita2ku Berhadiah Account.
  • The customer opens Tabungan Cita2ku Berhadiah Account for participation in the Program on 17 September 2025.
  • As of 18 September, funds are not available in the customer's Danamon LEBIH PRO account, so the customer is not eligible to participate in this Program.

 

Power of Attorney

  1. The Customer hereby authorises Bank Danamon to: (i) block and unblock funds in accordance with the Cancellation Form and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program; and/or (ii) debit the Customer's account at Bank Danamon for the payment of Penalty Fees if the Customer cancels the Program or fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The authorisation granted by the Customer in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program is granted to the Bank with the right of substitution and as long as the Customer's obligations to the Bank have not been fully fulfilled, such authorisations cannot be revoked or terminated for any reason, including but not limited to the reasons stated in Article 1813 (termination of authority: by the revocation of the authority by the principal; by notification of termination of authority by the principal; by the death, incapacity or bankruptcy of the principal or the agent), 1814 (the principal may revoke the authority whenever he/she so desires, and if there are grounds for doing so, compel the attorney to return the power of attorney held by him) and 1816 (the appointment of a new attorney to carry out the same business shall result in the revocation of the first power of attorney, effective from the date of notification of the appointment to the latter) The Civil Code and these powers are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

Customer Complaints

  1. Customers may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The complaint handling procedure can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, unless otherwise stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, shall remain valid and binding on the Customer and form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services and the General Terms and Conditions of Sharia Accounts and Banking Services issued by Bank Danamon. These terms and conditions remain in force unless otherwise stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  3. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the changes if the Customer does not submit an objection within that period. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first settling all of the Customer's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  4. The Customer declares that there are no and will be no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  5. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the Program, and/or the awarding of rewards to the Customer concerned. Customers remain obligated to settle all their obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  6. If any provision in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program is prohibited or cannot be implemented or becomes invalid or is declared null and void by a government or court decision, this shall not affect the validity of other provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, and the other provisions shall remain valid and binding and can be implemented as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  7. The Customer agrees that the placement of funds in a savings account with a return above the maximum interest rate guaranteed by the Deposit Insurance Corporation is not guaranteed by the Deposit Insurance Corporation. The prize received by the Customer is also calculated as a component of the maximum guaranteed interest rate. The Customer can find out about changes to the maximum guaranteed interest rate through a Bank Danamon branch office or through Hello Danamon.
  8. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the provisions on guaranteed interest rates based on the regulations of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).
  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).

Reminder

Customers must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising gifts of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of Bank Danamon or the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
