Program Description

General Terms and Conditions of the 2025 Digital Acquisition Special Direct Reward Program for New Customers – Average Balance (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) These are the terms and conditions for Customers participating in the 2025 Digital Acquisition Special Direct Reward Program for New Customers – Average Balance (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).

Customers hereby agree and bind themselves to all the terms and conditions of this Program under the following terms and conditions:

Program Period

This program runs from 28 April 2025 to 31 December 2025 ("Program Period").

Program Participant Criteria

This program is only valid for prospective customers who do not yet have a savings account with Bank Danamon and open an account with Bank Danamon through the D-Bank PRO application or website https://www.dbank.co.id/#/login// (“Participants”).

Program's General Term and Condition

  1. To participate in this Program, Participants must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right at any time to refuse or cancel a Participant's participation in this Program if the Participant does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Participants are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. Participants must open a Danamon LEBIH PRO account through the D-Bank PRO application or the https://www.dbank.co.id/#/login// website during the Program Period in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, and Participants must enter the special Program code in the referral code field during the account opening registration process, namely LEBIHPRO.
  5. If Participants do not enter the special code mentioned in point 4 above or enter the wrong code in the referral code field in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, then Participants are not entitled to receive the Reward.
  6. Participants who have successfully opened a Danamon LEBIH PRO account through the D-Bank PRO application ARE REQUIRED to activate the D-Bank PRO application within a maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days from the account opening date.
  7. Participants are required to conduct financial transactions (including but not limited to investments, payments, and top-ups) from the Danamon LEBIH PRO account enrolled in this Program, through the D-Bank PRO application -Bank PRO application ("Transactions") at least 2 (two) times, and maintain a minimum average balance in the Danamon LEBIH PRO account opened in the first month, to receive a cashback reward ("Reward") as per the terms and conditions in the table below:

  8. If the Program Quota has been exhausted, eligible Participants will not receive the Reward after the quota has been exhausted.
  9. Transfers/account transfers to other accounts, whether Danamon Bank accounts or other banks, are not included in the types of Transactions that are taken into account for this Program.
  10. Transactions must be conducted in the same month as the account opening.
  11. The calculation of the Participant's average balance is the total average balance of the savings account over 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of opening the Danamon LEBIH PRO account. An example/illustration if the Participant opens an account in May 2025 is as shown in the table below:

  12. Participants in the Program will only receive a maximum of one (1) Prize during the Program Period.
  13. The Program is not cumulative and cannot be combined with other programs.
  14. Funds placed in Danamon LEBIH PRO accounts opened under this Program are fresh funds, namely (i) funds deposited in cash through a Bank Danamon branch; or (ii) funds transferred to a savings account opened by a Participant from a bank account other than an account at Bank Danamon.
  15. Participants agree that if the interest rate/profit sharing for funds placed in a Danamon LEBIH PRO account exceeds the maximum interest rate/profit sharing guaranteed by the Deposit Insurance Corporation, then the funds placed in the account are not guaranteed by the Deposit Insurance Corporation.
  16. By entering a special code in the referral code field when opening a Danamon LEBIH PRO account through the D -Bank PRO website, as well as activating the D-Bank PRO application and placing funds in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Participant is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, and such actions constitute valid proof of the Participant's participation in this Program.

Reward Awarding Mechanism

  1. Participants who have fulfilled the Terms and Conditions of the Program above are entitled to receive the Reward as stated in point III, number 7 above.
  2. The Reward will be credited to the Participant's Danamon LEBIH PRO account opened in connection with participation in this Program no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of the average balance check conducted by the Bank.
  3. Reward tax is borne by Bank Danamon.

1 Customer A – Registers to open a Danamon LEBIH PRO account through D-Bank PRO using the referral code LEBIHPRO, and activates D-Bank PRO on 1 May 2025.
 
The Customer then immediately makes an initial deposit of IDR 3,000,000 (three million rupiah) into Danamon LEBIH PRO and maintains it until 30 May 2025.
 
The Customer does not make any transactions.
 
The customer does not receive a reward worth IDR 100,000.
 
Explanation:
The customer did not meet all the requirements for opening an account as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, including making 2 transactions. Although the customer's average minimum balance for 30 days since opening the account is IDR 3,000,000 (three million rupiah), they are not entitled to receive the Tier 1 reward.
 
 
 
2 Customer B – Registered to open a Danamon LEBIH PRO account through D-Bank PRO using the referral code LEBIHPRO, and activated D-Bank PRO on 14 June 2025.
 
The customer then immediately made an initial deposit of IDR 5,000,000 and maintained it until 13 July 2025
 
The customer adds funds on 20 June 2025 in the amount of IDR 200,000 and makes 2 transactions on DBank PRO (e-money top-up and mobile credit purchase).
 
 
Customers receive a Reward worth IDR 200,000 (Tier 2).
 
Explanation:
Customers meet all the requirements related to opening an account as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, including making 2 transactions in the same month as the month the account was opened (June), with a minimum average balance of IDR 5,000,000 (five million rupiah) for 30 days from the date the account was opened, thereby entitling them to a Tier 2 reward.
 
 
 
3 Customer C – Registered to open a Danamon LEBIH PRO account through D-Bank PRO using the referral code LEBIHPRO on 29 July 2025 and activated D-Bank PRO on 1 August 2025.
 
The customer then made an initial deposit of IDR 5,000,000 (five million rupiah) on 1 August and maintained it until 27 August 2025.
 
The customer made 3 transactions on D-Bank PRO (e-Money top-up and mobile credit purchase) with a total value of IDR 300,000 (three hundred thousand rupiah) on 12 August 2025.
 
The customer does not receive a prize worth IDR 100,000 (Tier 1).
 
Explanation:
The customer did not meet all the requirements related to opening an account as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of the Programme, including making 2 transactions outside the specified period (transactions should be made in the same month as the account was opened).

Although the customer's average minimum balance over 30 days since the account opening is IDR 4,340,000 (four million three hundred thousand rupiah), they are not eligible to receive the Tier 1 reward.

4 Customer D – Registered to open a Danamon LEBIH PRO account through D-Bank PRO using the referral code LEBIHPRO, and activated D-Bank PRO on 2 August 2025.

The customer then immediately made an initial deposit of IDR 5,000,000 and maintained it until 31 August 2025

The customer adds funds on 30 August 2025 in the amount of IDR 200,000 and makes 2 transactions on D-Bank PRO (QRIS and VA Payment) on 2 September 2025.
 
The customer does not receive a prize worth IDR 200,000 (Tier 2).
 
Explanation:
The customer did not meet all the requirements related to opening an account as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, including making 2 transactions outside the specified period (transactions should be made in the same month as the account was opened). Although the customer's average minimum balance over 30 days since the account was opened is IDR 5,013,333 (five million thirteen thousand three hundred and thirty-three rupiah), they are not eligible to receive the Tier 2 reward.
 
 
 

Customer Complaints

  1. Participants may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

Other Term and Conditions

  1. General Terms and Conditions This program is an integral part of the ‘General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services’, ‘General Terms and Conditions for D-Bank PRO’ and ‘General Terms and Conditions for Danamon LEBIH PRO Savings’. These terms and conditions remain valid unless otherwise stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this program. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
  2. Participants declare that there are no and will be no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or transactions that are not permitted under the laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia.
  3. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, participation in the Program, the awarding of Rewards to Participants and/or the closure of accounts. If this occurs, it does not exempt the Participant from their obligation to pay all their obligations to the Bank (if any).
  4. If any irregularities related to this Program are found or if fraud is suspected, Participants are advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
  5. Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, Participants have the right to submit their objections in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. Participants agree that they are deemed to have accepted the changes if they do not submit an objection within the specified period. If Participants do not accept the changes, they have the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first settling all of their obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  6. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).

Reminder

  1. Participants must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon by promising prizes of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or claiming to represent the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
  2. Passwords/M-PINs/T-PINs/OTPs are confidential. Be wary of fraud attempts by individuals claiming to be Bank Danamon employees via telephone, fax, email, and/or other means of communication who ask for personal data, including passwords/M-PINs/T-PINs/OTPs. Bank Danamon employees will not ask for or inquire about customers' passwords/M-PINs/T-PINs/OTPs.
