Program Description

These General Terms and Conditions of the Program for the Danamon Direct Debit Monthly Fee Cashback Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) set out the terms and conditions applicable to Customers participating in the Danamon Direct Debit Transaction Program (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank”).

Customers hereby agree to and are bound by all the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program as follows:

Program Period

The program runs for the period set out below: (”Program Period”).

Program Participant Criteria

Customers eligible to participate in this Program are as follows:

  1. Bank customers who hold an active savings account during the Program Period, with the following details:
    1. Danamon Save konvensional/ regular;
    2. Danamon Save iB/ syariah;
    3. Danamon Lebih;
    4. Danamon Lebih PRO; dan
    5. Syariah Lebih.
    6. Fleximax,
    7. Fleximax iB/ syariah.
    Hereinafter referred to as the ”Bank Account”.
  2. The program also applies to bank employees,

hereinafter referred to as ”Customers”,

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Customers must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. The Bank reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Customer’s participation in this Program if the Customer fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  3. The Customer is responsible for any risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims arising from the Customer’s participation in and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. To participate in the Program, the Customer must register and link their Danamon savings account number on the Partner Platform.
  5. The Customer must make payment transactions for the purchase of goods on the Partner Platform using an installment payment scheme with a minimum term of 3 (three) months and a minimum instalment amount of IDR 250,000 (two hundred and fifty thousand Rupiah) per month, using the Danamon Direct Debit payment method (“Transactions”).
  6. The Partners participating in the Program are as follows:

  7. Customers who successfully complete a Transaction in accordance with the provisions set out in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program during the Program Period are entitled to receive a cashback reward on their monthly fees amounting to IDR 10,000 (ten thousand Rupiah) for the duration of the program (“Program Reward”).
  8. For each Customer Information File (CIF), the Customer is only entitled to receive the Program Reward once per month and a maximum of three times during the Program Period on the same Partner platform, with a maximum total value of the Program Reward of IDR 30,000 (thirty thousand IDR).
  9. By carrying out Transactions in accordance with the provisions set out above, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. Such Transactions constitute valid proof of the Customer’s participation in the Program and the Customer’s agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

Prize Awarding Mechanism

  1. Customers will receive the Program Reward once they have met the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. The Program Reward will be credited to the Customer’s account at the Bank no later than 30 (thirty) working days into the following month after the Transaction.

  4. The Program Reward Quota for each Partner platform is 200 (two hundred) Program Rewards per month, totalling 600 (six hundred) Program Rewards during the Program Period (“Program Quota”).
  5. If the Program Quota is exceeded, the Customer agrees that they will not receive any Program Rewards, even if the Program Period has not yet ended.
  6. The Bank will pay any tax deductions arising (if any) from the receipt of Program Rewards in the form of cashback to the relevant tax authority. All matters relating to the calculation and reporting of tax on the cashback received by the Customer are entirely the Customer’s responsibility (self-assessment basis).
  7. In the event that the Customer’s account used to carry out Transactions is inactive, blocked or in any other condition that prevents the crediting of the Program Reward, the Customer hereby acknowledges that the Program Reward cannot be awarded.
  8. Participation in this Program is free of charge and the tax on the Program Reward shall be borne entirely by the Bank.

Customer Complaints

  1. Customers and/or their representatives may lodge a complaint regarding banking products or services, either verbally or in writing, via their nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or by email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The procedure for the Customer Complaints service can be accessed via the website www.danamon.co.id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Term and Conditions

  1. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program form an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Facilities/Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk”, the “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Online Direct Debit Services”, and other terms and conditions relating to banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between those provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the General Terms and Conditions of this Program shall prevail.
  2. The Partner’s products and/or services are not the Bank’s products and are not the Bank’s responsibility; they are therefore entirely the responsibility of the Partner. Should there be any issues and/or complaints regarding the products, services, and/or the Program, please contact the relevant Partner
  3. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that the Bank is entitled to amend, modify or supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any amendments, additions or updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified via the communication channels available at the Bank. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions set out in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, as well as any other changes, the Customer is entitled to submit a written objection to the Bank within 30 (thirty) working days from the date on which the Bank notifies such changes via the Bank’s communication channels. The Customer agrees that they shall be deemed to have accepted such changes if they do not raise an objection within the aforementioned period. Should the Customer not agree to such changes, they are entitled to cancel their participation in the Program, provided they have first settled all their obligations to the Bank (if any).
  4. The Customer declares that there are no, and will be no, transactions indicating money laundering offences and/or other transactions prohibited under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
  5. Should there be any indication of fraud, deception, misuse, irregular transactions, unusual transactions, money laundering offences and/or other actions that do not comply with applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of Bank Danamon’s products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the Customer concerned. The Customer remains obliged to settle all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  6. Should any provision of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program be prohibited, unenforceable, invalid or declared null and void by a government regulation or court ruling, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, and such other provisions shall remain valid, binding and enforceable as set out in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  7. Should any irregularities relating to this Program be discovered, or should any suspected fraud occur, the Customer is advised to report this immediately to Hello Danamon.
  8. These Program Terms and Conditions are drawn up in Indonesian and English. In the event of any discrepancy in provisions or interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
  9. The headings and terms used in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program are intended solely to facilitate understanding of the content of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  10. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been aligned with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority.
  11. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Warning

Customers must be wary of fraud perpetrated by individuals acting on behalf of the Bank who promise prizes of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties or third parties in connection with, or on behalf of, the Bank or this Program are beyond the Bank’s control.
