Program Description

These General Terms and Conditions of the Prima Special Deal Program (“ General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) constitute the terms and conditions applicable to Customers participating in the Prima Special Deal (“ Program”) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“ Bank Danamon”) in cooperation with PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia (“ Manulife Indonesia”), and form an integral and inseparable part of the Prima Special Deal Program Participation Form (“ Form”).

The Customer hereby agrees and binds itself to all provisions set forth in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

This Program is valid from 1 July 2026 until 30 September 2026 (“Program Period”).

Definisi

  1. Application means a request or submission from a prospective Policyholder to the Insurer to obtain insurance coverage.
  2. Free-look Period means a period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date the Policy is issued to review the Policy. During this period, the Policyholder may cancel the Policy for any reason if they do not agree with the terms and conditions of the Policy.
  3. Customer means an individual or legal entity customer who has an account with Bank Danamon and/or uses banking products/services provided by Bank Danamon.
  4. Policyholder means a person who is bound by an agreement made with the Insurer and is responsible for all obligations towards the Insurer.
  5. Insurer means the insurance company Manulife Indonesia.
  6. Policy Issuance means the issuance of a policy by the Insurer as proof that insurance coverage has been approved.
  7. Policy means an agreement between the Policyholder and the Insurer governing the rights and obligations of each party.
  8. Premium means an amount of money that must be paid as an obligation of the Insured to the Insurer for participation in the Insurance Product.
  9. Insurance Product means the insurance products owned by the Insurer that are included in the Program.
  10. Submit means the submission of an Application.
  11. Insured means the party exposed to risk as stipulated in the Policy.

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Each Customer who participates in this Program must first register by completing and signing the Form.
  2. The Customer must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Insurance Products included in the Program are:
    1. Single Premiun (“ SP Insurance Product ”):
      1. Proteksi Prima Emas Plus – lump sump payment method (“ PPEP-SP”)
      2. Proteksi Prima Pendapatan Berencana – 20-year term, lump sum payment method (“ PPPB-SP T-20”).
    2. Regular Premium (“ RP Insurance Product ”):
      1. Proteksi Prima Pendapatan Berencana – 20-year payment period, annual payment method (“ PPPB-RP T-20”).
      2. Proteksi Prima Pendapatan Berencana – 15-year payment period, annual payment method (“ PPPB-RP T-15”)
      3. Proteksi Prima Emas Plus – annual payment method (“ PPEP-RP”).
      4. Proteksi Prima Warisan Terencana – 5-year payment period and annual payment method (“ PPWT-RP Pay 5”).
      5. Proteksi Prima Perlindungan Utama – annual payment method (“ PPPU-RP”)
      6. Proteksi Prima Perlindungan Utama Syariah – annual payment method (“ PPPUS-RP”)
      7. Proteksi Proteksi Prima Kritis Andalan – 5-year payment period and annual payment method (“ PPKA-RP Pay 5”).
      8. Proteksi Proteksi Prima Kritis Andalan – 8-year payment period and annual payment method (“ PPKA-RP Pay 8”).
      9. Proteksi Prima Perlindungan Andalan – annual payment method (“ PPPA-RP”)
      10. Proteksi Prima Fleksi Ekstra – 5-year payment period and annual payment method (“ PPFE-RP Pay 5”).
      11. Proteksi Prima Fleksi Ekstra – 6-year payment period and annual payment method (“ PPFE-RP Pay 6”).
  4. The Customer must purchase the Insurance Product for which the Application is submitted by the Customer to the Insurerwithin the Program Period, and the Policy must be issued by the Insurer no later than 2 (two) months after the end of the Program Period.
  5. The Customer may participate in the Program and have the opportunity to receive the Main Gift and/or Additional Gift in the form of cashback, e-vouchers, and/or Exclusive Luggage under the following conditions:

    2. Additional Gift (NTI Customers)

      An Additional Gift will be granted to Customers who do not have any active RP Insurance Product and/or SP Insurance Product policy within the last 12 (twelve) months (" NTI Customers"), and who purchase one of the Insurance Products in accordance with the terms set out in the table below (" Additional Gift Criteria"):

      2. Customers must submit an Application to the Insurer, and the Policy must be issued during the Exclusive Luggage Gift Program Period.
      3. The Exclusive Gift is granted per policy in accordance with the Premium Tiering provisions above (aggregation of multiple policies does not apply).
      4. The purchase of the above insurance products must be in the form of a new policy with annual premium payments (either USD or IDR). Regular top-ups are not taken into account.

      2. Customers must submit the Application to the Insurer, and the Policy must be issued during the Program Period.
      3. Each Policyholder is entitled to only 1 quota within 1 (one) month of the Program Period.
      4. Freelook Policies and/or Lapsed Policies are not counted as Premiums for the purpose of receiving the Gift.
      5. In the event of identical Premium amounts, the Top-Spender ranking will be determined based on which Customer first reaches the Premium amount according to the submission date.
      6. Purchases of the above insurance products must be in the form of new policies with annual premium payments (USD or IDR). Regular top-ups are not counted
      7. Bank Danamon will announce the Top-Spender Gift winners no later than 30 (thirty) days after the end of each Top Spender Early Bird Scheme Period through Bank Danamon’s official channels and/or via an official letter delivered to the Customers.
      8. Gifts will be awarded in IDR currency.
  6. Customers who cancel the Policy during the Free-Look Period hereby acknowledge and agree that the Premium refund from the Insurer will be deducted by the value of the Main Gift, Additional Gift, and/or the Replacement Value of the Exclusive Gift (as stipulated in point III.7 below) previously granted to the Customer, as well as the Policy cancellation fee in accordance with the applicable Policy terms and conditions.
  7. The Replacement Value of the Exclusive Gift (Danamon Birthday) as referred to above is as follows:

  8. This Program cannot be combined with other programs or promotions
  9. Bank Danamon does not charge any fees in this Program.

Terms & Condition for Reward Distribution

  1. Gift Calculation:
    1. The value of the Main Gift and/or Additional Gift is calculated per Policy based on the SP Insurance Product Gift, the RP Insurance Product Gift, and the Additional Gift provisions.
    2. The results of the Main Gift and Additional Gift calculation will be aggregated to determine the type of Gift received by the Customer (e-voucher or cashback), under the following provisions:

  2. Provisions for Gift distribution in the form of e-vouchers are as follows:
    1. The Customer will receive an e-voucher notification via SMS with DANAMONGIFT masking.
    2. SMS notifications will be sent to the Customer’s mobile phone number registered in Bank Danamon’s system no later than 30 (thirty) working days after Policy Issuance, unless otherwise stipulated in the Program Terms.
    3. If the Customer does not receive the SMS notification, the Customer must contact the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or contact Hello Danamon for follow-up.
    4. The Customer may use the e-voucher by redeeming it at online merchants cooperating with Bank Danamon (“ Voucher Redemption”).
    5. The list of online merchants cooperating with Bank Danamon can be viewed after logging in via the following link: more.id/d/ atau https://danamon.more.id (“Voucher Redemption Website”).
    6. The period for redeeming the e-voucher on the Voucher Redemption Website is 1 (one) month from the date the e-voucher SMS notification is received by the Customer.
    7. The expiry period of the e-voucher that has been redeemed by the Customer on the Voucher Redemption Website shall follow the terms and conditions applicable to each respective online merchant; therefore, the Customer is required to read and understand the terms and conditions of the selected online merchant.
    8. Taxes related to the procurement of the e-voucher Gift shall be borne by the Insurer. All matters related to the calculation, payment, and reporting of taxes on the Gift received by the Customer (if any) shall be entirely the responsibility of the Customer (on a self-assessment basis).
    9. The Insurer and Bank Danamon do not provide tax advice in relation to this transaction.
  3. Provisions for Gift distribution in the form of cashback are as follows:
    1. Customers who meet certain requirements may receive cashback from the Insurer.
    2. For individual Customers Specifically, cashback will be credited to the Customer’s Danamon LEBIH PRO account as stated in the Form. If the Customer does not yet have a Danamon LEBIH PRO savings account, the Customer must first open a Danamon LEBIH PRO savings account.
    3. For non-individual (corporate) Customers Specifically, cashback will be credited to the Customer’s Bank Danamon account as stated in the Form.
    4. The Insurer (as the Gift provider) may impose taxes in accordance with applicable tax regulations (if any).
    5. Cashback will be credited no later than 30 (thirty) business days after Policy Issuance, in an amount after tax in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
    6. Customers who cancel their Policy during the Free-Look Period hereby acknowledge and agree that the Premium refunded by the Insurer will be deducted by the amount of the cashback previously granted to the Customer and any Policy cancellation charges, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions of the Policy.
    7. The Insurer and Bank Danamon do not provide further tax advice in relation to this transaction.
  4. Provisions for the distribution of the Exclusive Gift are as follows:
    1. The Gift is granted based on quota availability and determined by the earliest issued Policy. If there are Customers within the same tier and with the same Policy issuance date, the higher premium amount shall be considered.
    2. If the quota has been exhausted, the Customer will not receive the Exclusive Gift (First Come, First Get).
    3. The Gift cannot be exchanged for cash.
    4. The model and color of the luggage are subject to availability.
    5. With regard to Gift collection, Bank Danamon will contact eligible Customers via the telephone number registered with Bank Danamon once the Gift is available and ready for collection. The Gift must be collected at a Bank Danamon branch office within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) business days after Policy Issuance.
    6. Taxes related to the procurement of the Exclusive Gift shall be borne by the Insurer. All matters related to the calculation, payment, and reporting of taxes on the Gift received by the Customer (if any) shall be entirely the responsibility of the Customer (on a self-assessment basis).
    7. The Insurer and Bank Danamon do not provide tax advice in relation to this transaction.

Program Risk

  1. Bank Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel the Customer’s participation in this Program if the Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. If the Customer cancels the Policy for the Insurance Product during the Free-Look Period, the Customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Premium refund from the Insurer will be deducted by the value of any Gifts previously granted to the Customer and the Policy cancellation fee in accordance with the applicable Policy terms and conditions.
  3. For Exclusive Gifts and Additional Gifts that are awarded based on a limited quota, Customers understand and acknowledge the risk that, once the applicable quota has been fully allocated, Customers shall not be entitled to receive such Gifts even if they have purchased an Insurance Product in accordance with the Program requirements.

1 Customer A purchases the PPEP-SP product with a Premium of IDR 1,700,000,000.00 (one billion seven hundred million rupiah) and purchases the PPKA Pay-5 product with a Premium of IDR 50,000,000.00 (fifty million rupiah). After verification by the Bank, the Customer has an active policy of PPEP purchased and issued in 2021. Main Gift for the purchase of PPEP-SP: IDR 85,000,000.00 (eighty-five million rupiah) in the form of cashback.
Main Gift for the purchase of PPKA Pay-5: IDR 1,500,000.00 (one million five hundred rupiah) in the form of an e-voucher.
2 Customer B purchases the PPPA-RP product with a Premium of IDR 500,000,000.00 (five hundred million rupiah). After verification by the Bank, the Customer has an active policy of PPEP purchased and issued in 2023. Main Gift for the purchase of PPPA-RP: IDR 35,000,000.00 (thirty-five million rupiah) in the form of cashback.
Exclusive Gift in the form of a TUMI 19 Degree Lite International Carry-On.
3 Customer C purchases the PPKA-RP Pay 8 product with a Premium of IDR 500,000,000.00 (five hundred million rupiah). After verification, the Customer does not have any active RP Insurance Product and/or SP Insurance Product policies within the last 12 (twelve) months. Main Gift for the purchase of PPKA-RP Pay 8: IDR 40,000,000.00 (forty million rupiah) plus Additional Gift (NTI Customer): IDR 15,000,000.00 (fifteen million rupiah), resulting in a total Gift of IDR 55,000,000.00 (fifty-five million rupiah) in the form of cashback.

4 Customer D purchases the PPPA-RP product with a Premium of IDR 1,000,000,000.00 (one billion rupiah). After verification, the Customer does not have any active RP Insurance Product and/or SP Insurance Product policies within the last 12 (twelve) months. Main Gift for the purchase of PPPA-RP: IDR 70,000,000.00 (seventy million rupiah) plus Additional Gift (NTI Customer): IDR 30,000,000.00 (thirty million rupiah), resulting in a total Gift of IDR 100,000,000.00 (one hundred million rupiah) in the form of cashback.

5 Customer E purchased the PPFE-RP Pay 6 product with a premium of IDR 100,000,000 (one hundred million rupiah) on July 20, 2026. After verification, the Customer d oes not have any active RP Insurance Product and/or SP Insurance Product policies within the last 12 (twelve) months. Subsequently, on July 30, 2026, Customer E purchased the PPFE-RP Pay 6 product again with a premium of IDR 175,000,000 (one hundred seventy-five million rupiah), thereby qualifying as one of the Top 10 Customers with the highest accumulated premiums. Main Gift for the purchase of PPFE-RP Pay 6 (on July 20, 2026): IDR 4,000,000 (four million rupiah) – plus Additional Gift (NTI Customer): IDR 3,000,000 (three million rupiah). Thus, the total prize is IDR 7,000,000 (seven million rupiah) in the form of an e-voucher.
Main Gift for the purchase of PPFE-RP Pay 6 (on July 31, 2026): IDR 7,000,000 (seven million rupiah) – plus Additional Gift (NTI Customer): IDR 5,250,000 (five million two hundred fifty thousand rupiah). Thus, the total prize is IDR 12,250,000 (twelve million two hundred fifty thousand rupiah) in the form of a cashback.
Additional Gift – Top Spender Early Bird PPFE: IDR 7,000,000 (seven million rupiah) in the form of an e-voucher.

Customer Complaints

  1. For insurance product complaint services, Customers may contact Manulife Indonesia’s contact center at (021) 25557777 or 0800 1 606060 (toll-free and applicable only for areas outside the Jakarta area code).
  2. Customers and/or their representatives may submit complaints regarding banking transactions/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or via Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or by email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  3. Procedures regarding Customer Complaint Services and Complaint Handling can be accessed through the website www.danamon.co.id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. Insurance Products marketed by Bank Danamon in connection with this Program are insurance products of the Insurer, which are marketed through cooperation with Bank Danamon; therefore, such products are not products of Bank Danamon and are not the responsibility of Bank Danamon, and are not covered under the deposit guarantee program of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan).
  2. Responsibility for the Insurance Products rests entirely with the Insurer.
  3. The use of Bank Danamon’s logo and/or attributes is solely intended to indicate the cooperation between the insurer and Bank Danamon.
  4. The insurance participation application process, including the underwriting process of insurance products, is under the authority of the Insurer; therefore, Bank Danamon is not responsible for the Insurer’s decisions regarding the Customer’s insurance participation application.
  5. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program constitute a single and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services” and the “General Terms and Conditions of Sharia Banking Accounts and Services.” In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between such provisions and these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
  6. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/modify/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any amendment/addition/update to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of any changes to benefits, risks, costs, terms, and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days from the date Bank Danamon notifies such changes through its communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted such changes if no objection is submitted within the stipulated period. If the Customer does not agree with such changes, the Customer has the right to cancel participation in the Program after first fulfilling all of the Customer’s obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  7. Customers understand that, for certain changes as permitted under applicable laws and regulations, the notice period for such changes may be exempted.
  8. The Customer declares that there is no and will be no transaction indicated as money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  9. If there are indications of fraud, misconduct, misuse, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering, and/or actions that are not in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations, the Bank reserves the right to cancel transactions, terminate the use of Bank products/services, cancel participation in the Program, and/or cancel the provision of Program benefits/discounts to the relevant Customer. The Customer remains obligated to settle all of the Customer’s obligations to the Bank (if any).
  10. If any irregularities related to this Program are found or if fraud is suspected, the Customer is advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
  11. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including regulations of the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan).
  12. Bank Danamon is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the deposit guarantee scheme of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.
  13. The Insurer is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
  14. If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is prohibited, unenforceable, becomes invalid, or is declared null and void by any government regulation or court ruling, such circumstance shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, and the remaining provisions shall remain valid, binding, and enforceable as stipulated herein.
  15. This General Terms and Conditions of The Program are prepared in both Indonesian and English. In the event of any discrepancy or difference in interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.

Warning

Customers must remain cautious of fraud committed by parties claiming to represent Bank Danamon by promising prizes in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other/third parties associated with or claiming to represent the Program are beyond the authority and responsibility of Bank Danamon.
