Program Description

This general Terms and Conditions of Secondary Bonds Online Program (“Program Terms and Conditions”) are the terms and conditions that apply to Customers who meet the criteria to participate in the Secondary Bonds Online Program (“Program”) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).

Customers hereby agree and are bound by all provisions in the Program Terms and Conditions as follows:

Program Period

The Program Period starts from 01 August 2026 to 31 August 2026 (“Program Period”).

Program Participant Criteria

Customers who are eligible to participate in this Program are as follows:

  1. Customers eligible to participate in this program are individual customers who are already registered with Bank Danamon (Existing to Bank) or who have newly become customers of Bank Danamon (New to Bank);
  2. Applicable to Bank Danamon employees.

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Before participating in the Program, the Customer is required to read, understand, and fully comprehend the Program and to agree to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel the Customer’s participation in this Program if the Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Customer shall be fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the Customer’s participation in and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. The Customer is required to make a first-time purchase of secondary market bond products through D-Bank PRO during the Program Period, with a minimum purchase amount as stated in the Product Information Summary.
  5. Applicable to all Secondary Market Bond purchase transactions available on D-Bank PRO.

Terms & Condition for Reward Distribution

  1. Customers who meet the terms and conditions of the Program shall be eligible to receive a reward in the form of cashback (“Reward”), subject to the following conditions:

    ETP refers to Customers who already have an SID and make their first secondary market bond transaction through D‑Bank Pro.

    ** NTP refers to Customers who previously did not have an SID. Customers are required to register for an SID through a branch and make their first secondary market bond transaction through D‑Bank Pro.

    *** This Program applies on a first come, first served basis, in accordance with the monthly quota determined for each Customer category (quota cross-utilization is not permitted).

  2. Customers acknowledge and agree that they will not receive the Reward if the Monthly Quota has been fully utilized.
  3. This Program is not cumulative, and each Customer is only entitled to receive the Reward once during the Program Period.
  4. The Reward will be credited within a maximum of 45 business days from the end of the Customer’s transaction month to the Customer’s Rupiah account under the Customer’s name. The account must be active. If the account is not active, the Customer agrees that they will not receive the Reward.
  5. For purchases of Secondary Market Bonds denominated in USD, the Customer will receive the Reward in Rupiah.
  6. The Customer is fully responsible for any tax obligations (if any) arising from the Reward received, in accordance with the applicable tax regulations in Indonesia from time to time.

Program Illustration

  1. Illustration 1 – Customer A (Eligible as ETP)
    Customer A is a customer who already has an SID and has previously conducted secondary market bond transactions through a branch. However, the customer makes their first secondary market bond transaction through D-Bank PRO by purchasing INDON31 amounting to USD 100 on 14 August 2026.
    In this illustration, Customer A is eligible to receive the reward as ETP (Existing to Product), therefore a reward of IDR 170,000 will be credited to the customer’s Rupiah account no later than 45 business days after the end of the current month (August).
  2. Illustration 2 – Customer B (Eligible as NTP)
    Customer B is a customer who does not yet have an SID. The customer then registers for an SID at a branch on 14 August 2026.and makes their first secondary bonds market transaction through D-Bank PRO by purchasing FR0108 amounting to IDR 2,000,000 on 21 August 2026.
    In this illustration, Customer B is eligible to receive the reward as NTP (New to Product), as the customer registered for an SID after the Program period began and conducted a transaction with an eligible amount and product. Therefore, a reward of IDR 270,000 will be credited to the customer’s account no later than 45 business days after the end of the current month (August).
  3. Illustration 3 – Customer C (Ineligible Product)
    Customer C is a customer who does not yet have an SID. The customer then registers for an SID at a branch on 14 August 2026 and makes their first secondary market bond transaction through D-Bank PRO by purchasing an SBN Retail IPO amounting to IDR 5,000,000 on 21 August 2026.
    In this illustration, Customer C is not eligible to receive the reward as NTP (New to Product), because although the customer registered for an SID after the Program period began and conducted a transaction in the same month, the purchased product is not eligible as it is a primary market bond product (IPO).
  4. Illustration 4 – Customer D (Transaction Conducted in a Different Month from SID Registration)
    Customer D is a customer who does not yet have an SID. The customer then registers for an SID at a branch on 14x August 2026 and makes their first secondary market bond transaction through D-Bank PRO by purchasing PBS004 amounting to IDR 10,000,000 on 14 August 2026.
    In this illustration, Customer D is not eligible to receive the reward as NTP (New to Product), because although the customer registered for an SID and conducted a transaction with an eligible amount and product, the transaction was conducted in a different. However, the customer will still be eligible as ETP (Existing to Product).
  5. Illustration 5 – Customer E (Second Secondary Market Bond Transaction month from the SID registration on D-Bank PRO)
    Customer E is a customer who already had an SID in April 2026. The customer makes their first purchase transaction of FR0100 on D-Bank PRO on 10 August 2026. The customer then conducts another transaction on 10 August 2026. For the first transaction, the customer is eligible as ETP (Existing to Product); however, for the second transaction, the customer is not eligible to receive reward.

Customer Complaints

  1. Customers can submit complaints about banking products/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via e-mail at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id which is available 24/7.
  2. Procedures regarding Customer Complaints services can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Term and Conditions

  1. Bond Products are not products of, nor the responsibility of, Bank Danamon. All responsibilities and risks related to such products are entirely borne by the bond issuer.
  2. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program form an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk”, the “General Terms and Conditions for Investment Products”, the “General Terms and Conditions for D‑Bank PRO Services”, and other terms and conditions related to the relevant banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between those provisions and these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
  3. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to revise/modify/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through Bank Danamon’s available communication channels. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, fees, or terms and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days from the date such changes are notified by Bank Danamon through its communication channels. The Customer agrees that the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted such changes if no objection is submitted within such period. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel participation in the Program, provided that all of the Customer’s obligations to Bank Danamon (if any) have been fully settled in advance.
  4. The Customer represents that there are no and will be no transactions indicating money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  5. If there are indications of fraud, dishonesty and/or transaction irregularities, indications of money laundering, and/or indications of actions that do not comply with the prevailing laws and regulations, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the Program, and/or cancel the granting of the Program reward to the relevant Customer. The Customer shall remain obligated to fulfill all obligations to Bank Danamon.
  6. If any provision in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is prohibited or cannot be implemented or becomes invalid or null and void by virtue of a government regulation or court decision, such condition shall not affect the validity of the other provisions in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, and the remaining provisions shall remain valid, binding, and enforceable as stipulated herein.
  7. If any irregularities related to this Program are discovered or if any fraud is suspected, Customers are advised to promptly report it through Hello Danamon.
  8. The headings and terms used in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program are solely for ease of reference and understanding of their contents.
  9. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program are prepared in the Bahasa Indonesia and English. In the event of any differences in provisions or interpretation between Bahasa Indonesia and English versions, the Bahasa Indonesia version shall prevail.
  10. Bank Danamon is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation (Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan).

Warning

Beware of fraud. Make sure you are careful and not fooled by individuals who claim to be from Bank Danamon. Any form of fraud or other acts committed by other/third parties associated with this Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
