Program Description

By increasing your use of DCC for payments and operational transactions, you have the opportunity to receive rewards worth up to millions of rupiah.


Program Period

The program will be implemented from June 1, 2026 to May 31, 2027 (“Program Period”).


Program Participant Criteria

  1. New and existing Bank Danamon customers
  2. Customers who activate and use the Danamon Cash Connect service

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Program Participants are required to read, accept, and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program
  2. Program Participants may participate in one or all program schemes offered by Bank Danamon in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program
  3. The details of the Program schemes are as follows:
    1. Danamon Cash Connect Activation
      A prize in the form of a gift voucher worth IDR 500,000 (five hundred thousand rupiah) will be given to 10 (ten) Program Participants each month who activate the Danamon Cash Connect (DCC) service in accordance with the following provisions:
      1. Program Participants are required to activate the DCC service, as indicated by the completion of login guidance or transaction guidance (“Implementation”) by Bank Danamon’s implementation team during the Program Period.
      2. Starting from the Implementation, Program Participants must actively conduct transactions through Danamon Cash Connect.
    2. Bill Payment Reward
      A prize in the form of a gift voucher will be given to 50 Program Participants who have never conducted Bill Payment transactions, encouraging them to actively conduct Bill Payment transactions through Danamon Cash Connect. Rewards will be given to a maximum of 50 winners per quarter with the highest number of Bill Payment transactions in each quarter.
    3. DCC Transaction Reward Scheme
      A prize in the form of a gift voucher will be given to 10 Program Participants who use DCC but have not actively conducted transactions through DCC (Non-Bill Payment), encouraging them to conduct transactions through Danamon Cash Connect at least 20 times per month. Rewards will be given to a maximum of 10 winners per quarter with the highest number of DCC transactions in each quarter.
  4. Reward distribution for winning Program Participants will follow the provisions below:
    After Program Participants are identified as having met the requirements and conditions of the Program Scheme, Bank Danamon will contact the Program Participants, and the winning Program Participants must provide written information regarding the data required for reward distribution within 14 (fourteen) business days after receiving the information request from Bank Danamon. The distribution or delivery of the gift voucher will be carried out in accordance with the following provisions:
    1. Prizes in the form of gift vouchers are given to Program Participants who achieve the ranking in accordance with the applicable Program terms and conditions.
    2. Prize tax will be borne by Bank Danamon.
    3. Program Participants will receive MAP gift vouchers.
    4. The distribution or delivery of the gift voucher will be carried out no later than 60 (sixty) business days after the winning Program Participant provides written information on the details required by Bank Danamon for the reward distribution in the form of a gift voucher.
    5. If the winning Program Participant refuses the prize and/or does not provide written confirmation of the information required by Bank Danamon for the prize distribution within the specified confirmation period, Bank Danamon has the right to declare the prize void and transfer the prize to another Program Participant who meets the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    6. The gift voucher prize is not a Bank Danamon product. Any questions and requests for information regarding the prize may be directed to the relevant gift voucher producer. Program Participants release Bank Danamon from any responsibility related to the handling of complaints concerning the gift voucher prize delivered to the Program Participants.

Program Description

Grow your business by increasing the average balance of your current account and actively transacting through DCC.

The more optimal your financial management, the greater your opportunity to earn rewards worth up to tens of millions of rupiah.


Program Period

The program will be implemented from June 1, 2026 to May 31, 2027 (“Program Period”).


Program Participant Criteria

  1. New and existing Bank Danamon customers
  2. Customers who hold business current accounts (SME & Enterprise)
  3. Customers who activate and use the Danamon Cash Connect service

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Program Participants are required to read, accept, and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program
  2. Program Participants may participate in one or all program schemes offered by Bank Danamon in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program
  3. The details of the Program schemes are as follows:
    Prizes will be awarded to a total of 20 winners with the highest points in each quarter and a total of 2 Grand Prize Winners with the highest points throughout the program period. Customers who meet the program participant criteria and achieve the highest increase will receive cash rewards/gift vouchers worth up to tens of millions of rupiah
    Terms and conditions for winner calculation:

    Customers will automatically be included as participants in this program without registration and will have the opportunity to be included in program monitoring if they meet the following provisions:
    1. Terms and Conditions for Point Earning
      Scheme Points
      Increase in the average balance of all Current Accounts (CIF Level; FCY & LCY; granular current account funding criteria)
      EB: every multiple of IDR 1 billion
      SME: every multiple of IDR 500 million

      Minimum 6 DCC transactions/month (applicable to BI-FAST, SKN, RTGS, Remittance, or payment/top-up) 500
    2. The minimum increase in average balance to receive a reward is IDR 5 billion for LOB SME and IDR 10 billion for LOB EB.
    3. During the current quarter, participants are required to conduct at least 6 (six) debit transactions per month through DCC for at least 3 (three) consecutive months to be counted in program monitoring.
    4. Customers who have won in a previous quarter are not eligible in the following quarter.
    5. Grand Prize Winners are calculated based on the highest increase in the average balance of current accounts during the program period (12 months) from each LOB (1 from SME and 1 from EB), applicable to all program participants.
    6. The minimum increase in granular average balance to receive the grand prize is IDR 15 billion for LOB SME and IDR 30 billion for LOB EB.
    7. If, during the quarterly ranking period or at the end of the program period, the number of eligible winners is lower than the predetermined winner quota, rewards will only be given to winners declared eligible in accordance with the program terms and conditions as stated in this marketing program memo.
  4. Reward distribution for winning Program Participants will follow the provisions below:

    5. For Program Participants who choose a cash reward, the prize will be credited to the winner’s current account.
    6. If the winning Program Participant refuses the prize and/or does not provide written confirmation of the information required by Bank Danamon for reward distribution within the specified confirmation period, Bank Danamon has the right to declare the prize void and transfer the prize to another Program Participant who meets the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    7. The gift voucher prize is not a Bank Danamon product. Any questions and requests for information regarding the prize may be directed to the relevant gift voucher producer. Program Participants release Bank Danamon from any responsibility related to the handling of complaints concerning the gift voucher prize delivered to the Program Participants.

Other Terms

  1. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program constitute an inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, as well as the terms and conditions of other products and/or services used by Program Participants. Such terms and conditions remain applicable unless otherwise stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program
  2. Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that Bank Danamon has the right to amend/change/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any amendment/addition/update to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through communication media available at Bank Danamon
  3. If there are changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms, and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, Program Participants have the right to submit written objections to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days from the date such changes are notified by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon’s communication media
  4. The titles and terms used in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program are solely intended to facilitate understanding of the contents of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program
  5. If there is any indication of money laundering, fraud, misconduct, and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the prize award to the relevant Program Participant
  6. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are subject to the prevailing laws and regulations, including regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority
  7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) guarantee program
