Program Description

The General Terms and Conditions of the Sharia Plan Savings Reward Program for the Period of 01 June 2026 - 31 May 2027 ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") are the terms and conditions applicable to Customers who participate in the Sharia Plan Savings Reward Program for the Period 01 June 2026 - 31 May 2027 ("Program") organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon")) and is a unit and an inseparable part of the Sharia Plan Savings Reward Program Participation Form for the period 01 June 2026 - 31 May 2027 ("Program Participation Form").

The Customer hereby agrees and is bound by all the provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The Program is run during the period 01 June 2026 - 31 May 2027 ("Program Period").

Program Participant Criteria

This program is valid for:

  1. Individual/individual customers who have never had an Tabungan Rencana Haji iB ("TRH iB")/ Tabungan Rencana Haji iB USD ("TRH iB USD")/ Tabungan Perencanaan Syariah iB ("TPS iB") previously at Bank Danamon that was opened either through Bank Danamon branch offices (sharia branches or office channeling branches) / D-Bank PRO application/ Social Banking Application, or
  2. Existing customers who already have an Tabungan Rencana Haji iB ("TRH iB")/ Tabungan Rencana Haji iB USD ("TRH iB USD")/ Tabungan Perencanaan Syariah iB ("TPS iB") at Bank Danamon.

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Customers are required to fill out and sign the Program Participation Form.
  2. The Customer is required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel the Customer's participation in this Program if the Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. The Customer is solely responsible for all risks of losses, claims, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the Customer's participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  5. The Customer is required to open an account as follows:
    1. TRH iB / TRH iB USD account, which is opened through Bank Danamon branch offices (either through sharia branches or office channeling branches) with an initial deposit of IDR 100,000 (one hundred thousand rupiah) for TRH iB, or USD10 (ten US dollars) for TRH iB USD; or
    2. TPS iB account, which is opened through digital channels either through the D-Bank PRO application with an initial deposit of IDR 10,000 (ten thousand rupiah) or through the Social Banking application (without an initial deposit).
  6. The Customer must meet the minimum monthly deposit and the saving period at TRH iB/ TRH iB USD/ TPS iB with the following options:

  7. This program is only valid for account opening through Bank Danamon Sharia branches or Bank Danamon office channeling branches that serve sharia products and services (TRH iB/ TRH iB USD)) or account opening through the D-Bank PRO application and Social Banking application (TPS iB).
  8. Each 1 (one) CIF Customer is only entitled to participate in this program 2 times during the program period.

Prize Awarding Terms and Conditions

  1. Bank Danamon will give prizes in the form of goods (tumblr/ lunch box/ suitcase/ etc) to Customers who have fulfilled all Program Terms and Conditions ("Prize"). The type of prize given to the Customer may vary according to the availability of goods at Bank Danamon and while supplies last.
  2. Bank Danamon will inform the Customer who is entitled to receive the Prize through the branch office of the Customer's account manager. The Customer can collect the Prize at the branch office no later than 45 working days from the time the Customer is declared eligible for the terms and conditions of the Program. Prizes are given to customers at the TRH iB/ TPS iB/ TRH iB USD account opening branches. Customers can get this information at Bank Danamon branches (Syariah or Office Channeling).
  3. If the Customer: (i) closes the TRH iB/ TRH iB USD/ TPS iB account during the savings period; and (ii) cancels participation in the Program by filling out and signing the Sharia Plan Savings Reward Program Cancellation Form for the period of 01 June 2026 - 31 May 2027 ("Program Cancellation Form""), or (iii) the target funds are not met by the end of the saving period, then Bank Danamon has the right to debit the prize replacement fee to the Customer's debit source account of Rp277,038 (two hundred and seventy-seven thousand thirty-eight rupiah) or equivalent in USD currency according to the exchange rate on the day and time of debiting. This nominal includes taxes on gifts.
  4. The debit of the prize replacement fee to the Customer's debit source account is carried out when the saving period on TRH iB / TRH iB USD / TPS iB expires.

Power of Attorney

  1. The Customer hereby authorizes Bank Danamon to debit the Customer's account to Bank Danamon for payment of the prize replacement fee if the Customer (i) closes the TRH iB / TRH iB USD/ TPS iB account during the saving period; (ii) cancel participation in the Program by filling out and signing the Program Cancellation Form; or (iii) the target fund is not met by the time the saving period ends; in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The powers granted by the Customer in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program are granted to Bank Danamon with the right of substitution and as long as the Customer's obligations to the Bank have not been fully fulfilled, such powers cannot be revoked or will not be terminated for any reason, including but not limited to the reasons mentioned in Article 1813 (grant of power of attorney terminated: with the withdrawal of the power of attorney of the attorney; with notice of termination of the power of attorney by the author; by death, pardon or bankruptcy of the executor or the proxies), 1814 (the proxies may withdraw their propositions at his pleasure, and if there is any reason for that, compel the proxies to return the proxies he holds) and 1816 (the appointment of a new proposition, to carry out the same business, causes the withdrawal of the first proposition, as soon as he has been informed of the latter of the appointment) The Civil Code and its proxies are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

Program Benefits

The Customer gets a Prize for opening an account in accordance with the Program Terms and Conditions.

Program Risk

The Customer will be charged a prize replacement fee if they do not meet the Program Terms and Conditions.

Customer Complaints

  1. Customers can submit complaints about banking products/services orally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedures regarding Customer Complaint services can be accessed through the https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah website.

Program Fee

The Customer is not charged any fee at the time of picking up the prize at the branch, but if the Customer does not meet the Program Terms and Conditions, the Customer will be charged a prize replacement fee along with prize tax.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program are declared to remain valid and binding on the Customer and are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. General Terms and Conditions This Program is an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Sharia Banking Accounts and Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk.
  3. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to correct/amend/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event that there is a change in benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Customer has the right to submit his objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of the change made by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the change in the event that the Customer does not raise any objection within such time period. If the Customer does not agree to the change, the Customer has the right to cancel the Program by first completing all of the Customer's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  4. The Customer declares that there are no and will not be transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  5. If there are indications of fraud, fraud, transaction irregularities, improper transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction, cancel the Program participation, or give gifts to the Customer concerned. The Customer is still obliged to pay off all of its obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  6. The Customer agrees that the placement of funds in a savings account with a yield above the maximum guarantee interest rate set by the Deposit Insurance Corporation is not guaranteed by the Deposit Insurance Corporation. The prize received by the Customer is also calculated as the maximum component of the guarantee interest rate. Customers can find out the maximum change in the guarantee interest rate through Bank Danamon branch offices or through Hello Danamon.
  7. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia, and is a guarantee participant of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Reminder

Customers must be careful of fraud committed by individuals on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising prizes in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or on behalf of the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
