Program Description

These General Terms and Conditions of the Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) set out the terms and conditions applicable to Customers participating in the Kopi Kenangan Group Regular QRIS Program – 100% Cashback up to IDR 20,000 (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).

Customers hereby agree to and are bound by all the provisions set out in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The program period runs from 1 July 2026 to 30 September 2026 (“Program Period”)

Participant Criteria

Customers eligible to participate in this Program are those who meet the following criteria:

  1. Customers who hold an active Danamon savings account; or
  2. Customers who hold a Danamon credit card and an active savings account throughout the Program period;
  3. Customers who have and are registered on the latest version of the D-Bank PRO app; and
  4. The Program also applies to Bank Danamon employees.

hereinafter referred to as (“Customers”).

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Customers are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Customer’s participation in this Program if the Customer fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Customer bears full responsibility for any risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims arising from the Customer’s participation in and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. The Program offers a reward in the form of a cashback of 100% (one hundred per cent) up to IDR 20,000.00 (twenty thousand Rupiah) (“Cashback Reward”). The Program applies when the Customer makes a payment transaction using QRIS D-Bank PRO, funded from a savings account and/or a Danamon credit card bearing the Visa, Mastercard or JCB logo, with a minimum transaction amount of IDR 10,000.00 (ten thousand Rupiah) at Kopi Kenangan Group outlets (Kopi Kenangan, Kenangan Heritage, Kenangan Signature, Chigo) (“Transaction”).
  5. This program is valid every Monday to Sunday from 07:00 to 22:00 WIB
  6. This program is valid throughout the Program Period at the following outlets.
  7. By making a transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions. The transaction carried out by the Customer constitutes valid proof of the Customer’s participation in the Program and the Customer’s agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

General Terms and Conditions For Prize Distribution

  1. Customers may receive a cashback reward subject to the following conditions:
    1. For each CIF (Customer Information File), a customer is only entitled to receive one cashback reward per month, or a maximum of three times during the Program Period.
    2. The cashback quota is 3,000 (three thousand) transactions per month, or 9,000 (nine thousand) transactions during the Program Period (“Program Quota”).
  2. The Cashback Reward will be credited to the Customer’s savings account no later than 14 (fourteen) working days after the transaction has been made. If the Customer does not hold a Danamon savings account, they will not receive the Cashback Reward for the transaction.
  3. Participation in this Program is free of charge.
  4. The Customer understands and agrees that should the Program quota be exhausted before the end of the Program Period, the Customer will not receive a Cashback Reward.
  5. Bank Danamon will remit any tax deductions arising (if any) from the receipt of the Cashback Reward to the relevant tax authorities. All matters relating to the calculation and reporting of tax on the Cashback Reward received by the Customer are entirely the Customer’s responsibility (self-assessment basis).
  6. In the event that the Customer’s account used to carry out the Transaction is inactive, blocked or in any other condition that prevents the Cashback Reward from being credited, the Customer hereby acknowledges that the Cashback Reward cannot be awarded.

Customer Complaints

  1. Customers may lodge a complaint regarding banking products or services either verbally or in writing via their nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or by email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id, which is available 24 hours a day.
  2. The procedure for customer complaints can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Term and Conditions

  1. The products and/or services provided by the merchant are not the products of, nor the responsibility of, Bank Danamon; they are therefore the sole responsibility of the Kopi Kenangan Group. Should there be any issues and/or complaints regarding the products and/or services of the Kopi Kenangan Group, customers are requested to contact the relevant merchant partner.
  2. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program form an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions for Bank Danamon Accounts and Banking Services” and the “General Terms and Conditions for D-Bank PRO”. Those terms and conditions shall remain in force unless otherwise provided for in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  3. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend, modify or supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any amendments, additions or updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified via the communication channels available at Bank Danamon. In the event of any changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is entitled to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date on which Bank Danamon notifies such changes via Bank Danamon’s communication channels. The Customer agrees that they shall be deemed to have accepted such changes if they do not raise an objection within the aforementioned period. Should the Customer not agree to such changes, they are entitled to cancel their participation in the Program, provided they have first settled all their obligations to Bank Danamon (if any). The Customer declares that there are no, and will be no, transactions indicating money laundering offences and/or other transactions prohibited under the applicable laws and regulations of Indonesia.
  4. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon is entitled to cancel the awarding of Rewards under this Program if the Customer fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  5. In the event of any indication of fraud, misconduct and/or irregular transactions, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that do not comply with applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the Program, or cancel the Cashback award to the Customer concerned. Customers remain obliged to settle all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon.
  6. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been aligned with applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  7. Bank Danamon is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI), and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).

Warning

Customers are advised to be wary of scams perpetrated by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise cashback in any form. Any scams or other criminal acts committed by third parties in connection with, or on behalf of, the Program are beyond the control of Bank Danamon.
