Program Description

General Terms and Conditions of the Fundboost Reward Program ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") constitute the terms and conditions applicable to Customers participating in the Fundboost Reward Program ("Program") organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") and constitute an integral and inseparable part of the Fundboost Reward Program Participation Form ("Participation Form").

Customers hereby agree to and are bound by all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The program is valid from April 29, 2026 to September 30, 2026 (“Program Period”).

Participant Criteria

This program can be followed by institutional customers or non-individual customers who have a Giro Syariah iB Wadiah or Savings Syariah iB Wadiah account at Bank Danamon, both new and existing customers (“Customers”).

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Every Customer participating in this Program must first register by completing and signing the Participation Form.
  2. Customers must ensure that they have updated their personal data, including, but not limited to, their address, telephone number, and email address.
  3. Customers must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. Bank Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel a Customer's participation in this Program if they do not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  5. Customers are fully responsible for all risks of loss, claims, lawsuits, and/or claims related to their participation and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.
  6. The Program applies to Customers who have completed the Participation Form, placed funds, blocked, and/or opened an account as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  7. The Program Scheme is as follows:
    Fresh Fund Hold Scheme
    1. Customers are required to open an iB Wadiah Syariah Current Account or iB Wadiah Syariah Savings Account ("Account") in accordance with the Program provisions if they do not already have one.
    2. Customers are required to deposit fresh funds into the Account by: (i) depositing funds into the Account in cash through a Bank Danamon branch; or (ii) transferring funds from another bank account to the Account ("Fresh Fund Placement").
    3. Customer funds must be blocked on the same day as the Customer's participation in this Program.
    4. Fresh Fund Placement must be made a maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days before the funds are blocked.
    5. Customers who have placed and blocked Fresh Funds will receive prizes as specified in the table below ("Grand Prize"):

  8. Customers may participate in this Program more than once during the Program Period.
  9. Customers will continue to receive profit sharing in their Account in accordance with applicable product provisions.
  10. Customers may cancel their participation and unblock their funds in this Program by visiting the Bank Danamon branch where they registered for this Program and must sign the Program Participation Cancellation Form.
  11. Customers who cancel their participation in the Program will be charged a Reward Return Fee by Bank Danamon by debiting the Customer's account at Bank Danamon.

  • Amount Hold : Rp2.31 Billion
  • Tenor Hold : 36 months
  • Reward : Suzuki APV Blind Van
  • The Customer was offered and agreed to participate in the Program.
  • The Customer transferred Rp400 million from another bank on April 20, 2026, and Rp2 billion on April 27, 2026.
  • Because the Customer's funds for this Program were received more than 7 (seven) calendar days before the blocking was implemented, the Customer is not eligible to participate in this Program.

Terms & Condition for Reward Distribution

  1. The Grand Reward ("Reward") will be awarded to the Customer within a maximum period of:
    1. 45 (forty-five) business days (for non-motor vehicle rewards)
    2. 60 (sixty) business days (for motor vehicle rewards)

    from the time the Customer's funds are blocked and/or all General Program Terms and Conditions are declared fulfilled. Information regarding the status of fulfillment of the General Program Terms and Conditions can be obtained no later than the end of the following month through the Bank Danamon branch office where the Customer participated in the Program.

  2. The Reward will be sent to the Customer's address registered in the Bank Danamon system. If Bank Danamon cannot deliver the Reward due to an incomplete Customer address or an address different from the one registered in the Bank Danamon system, the Reward will be sent to the Bank Danamon branch office where the Customer registered their participation in the Program. The Bank Danamon branch office will inform the Customer so that the Customer can collect the Reward in person at the designated Bank Danamon branch office.
  3. Specifically for the Motor-vehicle Reward, the following conditions apply:
    • Awarded off-the-road. Vehicles are not yet equipped with tax documents and vehicle registration numbers.
    • he type and color of the Reward are awarded according to availability. Bank Danamon does not accommodate special requests for color, size, upgrades, exchanges, or other matters that do not comply with the Reward specifications.
  4. Specifically for Joint Accounts (Joint OR or Joint AND):
    1. For motor vehicle Rewards, Bank Danamon is not involved in the process of determining ownership.
    2. Rewards must be accepted/claimed by all account holders. If one account holder is unable to accept/claim the Reward, the account holder who is unable to do so may authorize the other account holder to accept/claim the Reward.
  5. The type and color of the Reward cannot be selected.
  6. Reward tax is borne by Bank Danamon. All matters related to the calculation and reporting of taxes on Rewards received by the Customer are the Customer's sole responsibility (self-assessment basis).
  7. All types of Rewards received by the Customer cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
  8. Bank Danamon does not guarantee the Rewards received by Customers under this Program. Therefore, any complaints regarding the quality of the Rewards must be addressed directly to the Reward manufacturer.
  9. Customers are required to inspect the Rewards before receiving them. If the Reward received by the Customer is damaged/defective (caused by manufacturing/shipping of the goods), the Customer must report this to the Bank Danamon branch office where the Customer registered for participation in the Program no later than 1 (one) business day after the Customer receives the Reward.

Power of Attorney

  1. The Customer hereby authorizes Bank Danamon to: (i) block and unblock a certain amount of funds in accordance with the Participation Form and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program; and/or (ii) debit the Customer's account at Bank Danamon to charge a prize return fee if the Customer cancels their participation in the Program in accordance with the Cancellation Form and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The power of attorney granted by the Customer in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program is granted to Bank Danamon with the right of substitution and as long as the Customer's obligations to the Bank have not been fully fulfilled, then the power of attorney cannot be revoked or will not end for any reason, including but not limited to the reasons referred to in article 1813 (the granting of power of attorney ends: with the withdrawal of the power of attorney; with notification of termination of the power of attorney by the power of attorney; with the death, guardianship or bankruptcy of the principal or the power of attorney), 1814 (the principal may revoke his power of attorney whenever he wishes, and if there is a reason for that, force the power of attorney to return the power he holds) and 1816 (the appointment of a new power of attorney, to carry out the same business, causes the withdrawal of the first power of attorney, starting from the notification to the latter person about the appointment) The Civil Code and the powers of attorney are an inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

Customer Complaints

  1. Customers can submit complaints about banking products/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program constitute an inseparable part of the "General Terms and Conditions for PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Sharia Banking Accounts and Services," "General Terms and Conditions for iB Wadiah Sharia Current Accounts," "General Terms and Conditions for iB Wadiah Sharia Savings," and/or other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
  2. The terms and conditions related to physical voucher prizes, including but not limited to voucher redemption procedures and voucher validity periods, are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the voucher issuer.
  3. Customers hereby agree and acknowledge that Bank Danamon reserves the right to revise/amend/add to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through the communication channels available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms, and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication channels. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the changes if the Customer does not submit an objection within that time period. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first fulfilling all of their obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  4. If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is prohibited or cannot be implemented, becomes invalid, or is declared null and void by law due to a government or court decision, this does not affect the validity of the other provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, and such other provisions remain valid, binding, and enforceable as specified in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  5. The Customer declares that there are no and will not be any transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions prohibited by applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.
  6. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, transaction irregularities, irregular transactions, money laundering, and/or actions inconsistent with applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the Program, or award prizes to the Customer concerned. The Customer remains obligated to pay all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  7. The Customer agrees that placement of funds in a savings account with a yield above the maximum guaranteed interest rate set by the Deposit Insurance Corporation is not guaranteed by the Deposit Insurance Corporation. Prizes received by the Customer are also calculated as a component of the maximum guaranteed interest rate. Customers can find out about changes in the maximum guaranteed interest rate through Bank Danamon branches or through Hello Danamon. 8. General Terms and Conditions This program has been adjusted to comply with statutory provisions, including the Financial Services Authority regulations and the guaranteed interest provisions based on the Deposit Insurance Corporation regulations.
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation guarantee program.

Reminder

Nasabah wajib berhati-hati terhadap penipuan yang dilakukan oleh oknum-oknum yang mengatasnamakan Bank Danamon dengan menjanjikan hadiah dalam bentuk apapun. Segala penipuan ataupun perbuatan kejahatan lainnya yang dilakukan oleh pihak lain/ketiga yang dikaitkan dengan atau mengatasnamakan Program adalah di luar kewenangan Bank Danamon.
