Program Description

The General Terms and Conditions of the Save 50% for the Purchase of Haagen Dazs Products at Danamon Education Fair Event (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions that apply to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank”) who own and conduct transactions using Cards (“Cardholders”) who participate in the Save 50% (fifty percent) for the Purchase of Haagen Dazs Products at Danamon Education Fair Event (“Program”) organized by the Bank with the merchant partner Haagen Dazs.

The Cardholder hereby agrees and binds themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The Program is carried out starting from 10 June 2026 until 12 June 2026 (“Program Period”).

Program Participant Criteria

The Program applies to transactions using QRIS D-Bank PRO with funding sources Savings Account (“QRIS Debit”) and/or Credit Card (“QRIS CC”) Cardholders as follows: Danamon Debit/ATM Cards with Mastercard and GPN logos, Danamon Credit Cards with Visa, Mastercard, and JCB logos, but excluding Corporate Credit Cards (“Cards”).

Participating Branch Offices

The Program is valid for purchases of Haagen Dazs products at the Danamon Education Fair event located at Danamon Kelapa Gading Branch Office (Jl. Boulevard Barat Blok XB No.8, 3rd Floor, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta 14240).

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The Bank has the right to reject or cancel the participation of Cardholders in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Cardholders are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with participation and/or cancellation of participation of the Cardholder in this Program.
  4. The program is subject to the following terms and conditions:
    1. The program offers a 50% (fifty percent) discount, applicable with a minimum transaction of IDR 700,000 (seven hundred thousand rupiah) before tax and service charges.
    2. The program applies to the purchase Of all Haagen Dazs products (Pint, Mini Cup, and Stick Bar) available during the event at Danamon Kelapa Gading branch.
    3. The program is valid every day throughout the Program Period.
    4. The program is applicable for both primary cards and supplementary cards.
    5. The Program is not valid for multiple transaction or split bills.
    6. The program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
  5. By the Cardholder carrying out transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The transaction carried out by the Cardholder constitutes valid proof of participation of the Cardholder in the Program and the Cardholder’s agreement to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Customer Complaints

  1. Cardholders and/or representatives of Cardholders may submit complaints regarding banking transactions/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedures regarding complaint services can be accessed via the website: www.danamon.co.id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Term and Conditions

  1. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program constitute an inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Account and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk”, “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Debit/ATM Card”, “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership”, and other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services. In the event of any difference or conflict between those provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the applicable provisions are the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Products and/or services from the merchant partner are not products and not the responsibility of the Bank, therefore they are entirely the responsibility of the merchant partner. If there are obstacles and/or complaints related to the products, services, and/or Program, the Cardholder may contact the relevant merchant partner.
  3. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that the Bank has the right to amend/modify/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates will be notified through communication media available at the Bank. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, costs, terms, and conditions in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program and other changes, the Cardholder has the right to submit an objection in writing to the Bank within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of such changes by the Bank. The Cardholder agrees that they are deemed to have approved such changes if no objection is submitted within the specified period.
  4. If the Cardholder does not agree, the Cardholder has the right to cancel participation in the Program after first settling all obligations to the Bank (if any).
  5. The Cardholder declares that there are no and will not be any transactions indicated as money laundering and/or other transactions not permitted under the laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia.
  6. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, misuse, irregular transactions, unusual transactions, criminal acts of money laundering, and/or other actions not in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, the Bank has the right to cancel transactions, terminate the use of Bank products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or cancel the provision of Program benefits. The Cardholder remains obligated to settle all obligations to the Bank (if any).
  7. If any provision in these General Terms becomes prohibited or unenforceable due to government or court decisions, such condition does not affect the validity of other provisions, and those provisions remain valid and binding.
  8. If any irregularities related to the Program are found or if fraud is suspected, the Cardholder is advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
  9. These Terms and Conditions are made in Indonesian and English. In the event of any difference in interpretation, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
  10. The titles and terms used in these Terms are solely intended to facilitate understanding of the contents.
  11. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the deposit insurance program of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Warning

Cardholders must be careful of fraud committed by individuals claiming to be the Bank and promising prizes in any form. Any fraud or criminal acts carried out by third parties associated with or claiming on behalf of the Bank or the Program are beyond the Bank’s authority.
