Program Description

General Terms and Conditions of the Program Win 2 Tickets to the FORMULA 1 SINGAPORE AIRLINES SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX 2026 for Platinum Card® Danamon” (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) constitute the terms and conditions applicable to participants of the Program Win 2 Tickets to the FORMULA 1 SINGAPORE AIRLINES SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX 2026 for Platinum Card® Danamon (“Program”), organized by PT Bank Danamon Tbk (“Danamon”) and supported by American Express, Formula One World Championship Limited (and its affiliated companies) (collectively referred to as “F1”), and Singapore GP Pte Ltd (“Singapore GP”).

Program Participant hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The Program shall be conducted during the period from 1 June 2026 until 30 July 2026 (“Program Period”).

Program Participant Criteria

This Program may only be participated in by program participant who meet the following criteria (“Participant”):

  1. Hold an active Platinum Card® Danamon (BIN 3755392).
  2. Ensure the card is active, not blocked, and has no outstanding payments.
  3. Only primary cardholders are eligible.
  4. The Participant is not an official, employee, officer, or agent of any government or of any department, agency, or instrumentality of any government at any level (national, state, provincial, or local), in any branch of government; is not an individual listed on the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN List); is not located in or operating from any country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions (the ‘Sanctioned Territories’); and does not work for or on behalf of the government of any Sanctioned Territory.

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Participants are required to read and understand the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  2. Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel the Participant’s involvement in the Program should the Participant fail to comply with the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  3. Participant shall be fully responsible for any risk, losses, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims arising in connection with their participation in and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. To participate in this Program, Participant must have accumulated a minimum total spending of IDR 1,000,000,000 (one billion Rupiah) during program period. Only eligible transactions, as determined under this Program, shall be taken into account, as set out below:
    1. The total transaction amount shall be calculated based on the accumulated transactions from both the primary and supplementary cards.
    2. Only transactions with a transaction date from 1 June 2026 to 30 July 2026, inclusive, shall be counted for the purposes of this Program.
    3. Only retail swipe transactions, whether domestic or international (offline retail swipe), shall qualify as eligible transactions to be counted for the purposes of this Program.
    4. The following transaction types are excluded from this program: online transaction, cash advance, QRIS, insurance, bill payments, installment conversions, Money Transfer or cancelled transactions.
  5. Two (2) Program Participant with the highest accumulated transaction value during the Program Period (“Winning Participant”) shall have the opportunity to win the Prize as stipulated in General Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions of Rewards

  1. Prizes consist of:
    1. Two (2) Amex Sky Suite tickets for the Singapore Grand Prix and Formula 1 event on 9–11 October 2026 (“Singapore GP & F1 Tickets”);
    2. One (1) round-trip economy class flight ticket from the Winning Participant’s city of origin to Singapore for the Winning Participant and one (1) companion during the period 9–12 October 2026;
    3. One (1) Premiere Double Room type at Swissotel The Stamford Singapore, to be occupied by the Winning Participant and one (1) companion guest, for three (3) consecutive nights from 9–12 October 2026.
  2. Danamon shall provide a document in the form of a ticket redemption letter, which must be presented by the Winning Participant for the redemption of two (2) Amex Sky Suite tickets, after the Winning Participant has received notification via WhatsApp blast to the mobile phone number registered in the Danamon’s system and has confirmed acceptance of the Prize. The Winning Participant shall be required to comply with the ticket redemption terms and conditions as stipulated in the ticket redemption letter
  3. Flight ticket and accommodation bookings shall be made directly by the Winning Participant through the American Express Travel Concierge appointed by American Express, namely Smailing Tour.
  4. The Winning Participant understands and agrees that the flight schedule and/or room availability shall be subject to the availability and policies of the respective airline and/or hotel.
  5. In the event that the Winning Participant extends their stay in Singapore beyond the period of 9–12 October 2026, all additional costs incurred shall be the sole responsibility of the Winning Participant.
  6. Program Prize Income tax (PPh) shall be the responsibility of the Winning Participant.
  7. The Winner will be announced no later than 31 August 2026 through Danamon’s available communication channels.
  8. The Winning Participant agrees that, for the purpose of Prize acceptance, the Winning Participant is required to provide all necessary personal data and documents of both the Winning Participant and their companion to Danamon.
  9. The Participant agrees and understands that Danamon may provide such personal data and documents to third parties involved in the provision and/or organization of the Prize.
  10. The Participant declares that the provision and use of all personal data and documents belonging to third parties by Danamon has been duly approved by the owners of such data and documents.
  11. Prize collection must be done by the Winning Participant and cannot be represented by anyone else.
  12. If Danamon does not receive confirmation of Prize acceptance from the Winning Participant within three (3) business days, the Winning Participant shall be disqualified from the Program, and Danamon shall have the right to select a new winner of the Program.
  13. If the Winning Participant does not utilize the Prize or fails to comply with the terms and conditions of this Program, the Winning Participant shall not be entitled to receive the Prize and shall not be entitled to submit any claim or demand any form of compensation from Danamon, American Express, Singapore GP and/or Formula 1.
  14. The mechanism for Prize acceptance shall be further communicated to the Winning Participant through the communication channels available at Danamon.
  15. By conducting transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Program Participant is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with and be bound by these General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The transactions made by the Program Participant shall serve as valid proof of their participation in the Program and their agreement to adhere to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Customer Complaints

  1. Program Participants may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon 1-500-090, or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id, which is available 24/7.

Other Term and Conditions

  1. The ticket/s for the FORMULA 1 SINGAPORE AIRLINES SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX 2026 is not transferrable and cannot be resold. In the event it is sold or traded, the ticket will be revoked.
  2. The products and services of Formula One World Championship Limited (and its affiliated companies), Singapore GP, hotels, and airlines are not products of, nor the responsibility of Danamon. In the event of any issues and/or complaints related to such products and services, the Winning Participant shall directly contact the respective product and service providers.
  3. Eligible Cardmembers/Winners shall not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against American Express, F1 and Singapore GP where the FORMULA 1 SINGAPORE AIRLINES SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX 2026 is delayed, postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled.
  4. Singapore GP terms and conditions apply, including any applicable age restrictions, and participants in the promotion agree to be bound by such terms and conditions. The Singapore GP event personnel and staff and its agents, each reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to remove or revoke full or partial access to the event, to any winner and/or guests who do not comply with the Singapore GP 's terms and conditions.   5. F1, Singapore GP, and American Express, each are not responsible for or involved in the organization, development, execution or results of this promotion and this Program. This promotion and the Program are organized exclusively by Danamon. Accordingly, American Express, F1, and Singapore GP each assume no responsibility for any aspect related to the dynamics of the promotion and the Program (except with respect to their own products and services), including but not limited to the selection of winners, the awarding of prizes, or any inconvenience that may arise during the promotion and the Program. All inquiries, complaints, concerns or objections related to this promotion and this Program shall be directed solely to Bank Danamon and not to American Express, F1, or Singapore GP. American Express, F1 and Singapore GP, including any of their subsidiaries or affiliates, each waive any liability arising from the promotion and shall not be liable for any damage, injury or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the promotion and this Program.
  6. All offers are subject to the respective travel-related service provider’s terms and conditions. Any queries regarding such offers or its terms and conditions should be directed to the respective travel-related service provider in question.
  7. American Express acts solely as a payment provider and is not responsible or liable in the event that such services, activities or benefits are not provided or fulfilled by the travel-related service provider. American Express is not responsible for the endorsement of any service or product featured. The service providers are solely responsible for the fulfillment of services and benefits in connection with the offer and all relevant privileges.
  8. American Express shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any loss, injury or damage whatsoever caused by or arising from any failure or delay in the provision of or malfunction, defect or deficiency in any services and benefits of the offer.
  9. The travel-related service providers reserve the right to change their terms and conditions at any time without assigning any reasons or providing prior notice. The user acknowledges that any disputes in relation to the promotion are to be directed solely at the relevant service provider providing such services, activities or benefits.
  10. American Express shall have no involvement in resolving or any liability in respect of any disputes related to the offer.
  11. All offers are subject to all applicable laws, regulations, and legal requirements in the relevant jurisdiction where they are made available. American Express reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the offers if required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
  12. These General Terms and Conditions form an inseparable part of the Danamon Charge Card Terms and Conditions. The latter shall remain in effect unless otherwise stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions.
  13. Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that Danamon reserves the right to amend/modify/supplement these General Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions will be notified through Danamon's available communication channels. In case of changes to benefits, risks, fees, or terms and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions, Program Participants have the right to submit written objections to Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of notification through Danamon's communication channels. Program Participants agree that failure to object within this period constitutes acceptance of the changes. If Program Participants do not agree to the changes, they may terminate their participation in the Program after settling all outstanding obligations to Danamon (if any).
  14. Program Participants declare that there are no and will be no transactions indicating money laundering activities and/or any other transactions prohibited under applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  15. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English and Bahasa Indonesian versions of the Program’s Terms and Conditions, the Bahasa Indonesia version shall prevail.
  16. In the event of any indication of fraud, misconduct, deception, irregular transactions, unreasonable transactions, money laundering, and/or any actions that are contrary to applicable laws and regulations, Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of Danamon’s products/services, revoke the Participant participation in the Program, and/or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Participant.The Participant shall remain obligated to fulfill all outstanding obligations to Danamon, if any.
  17. These Program General Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to comply with the prevailing laws and regulations, including regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  18. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the deposit insurance program of the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).

Warning

Participants must exercise due caution against fraudulent activities perpetrated by individuals or entities falsely claiming to represent Danamon and offering rewards in any form. Danamon shall not be held liable for any acts of fraud or other criminal conduct committed by third parties in connection with or under the pretense of association with Danamon or this Program.
