Program Spend and Get a Map Voucher Worth IDR 100,000.00 Program at Hobbystation Fest 2026

The program takes place from 18 to 19 April 2026 (“Program Period”).

The program is available to Danamon customers who hold and use (i) Danamon Debit/ATM Cards bearing the Mastercard and GPN logos; and (ii) Danamon Credit Cards bearing the VISA, Mastercard and JCB logos; however, it does not apply to Danamon corporate Credit Cards and Charge Cards (“Cards”).

Hereinafter referred to as “Cardholders”.

1. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
2. Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder’s participation in this Program if the Cardholder fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
3. Cardholders are fully responsible for all risks of loss, claims, lawsuits, and/or claims arising from their participation in and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.
4. The Program consists of the provision of a physical MAP voucher worth IDR 100,000.00 (one hundred thousand Rupiah) (“MAP Voucher”) valid for retail transactions at Hobbystation Fest 2026 during the Program Period, subject to the following conditions:
   1. Cardholders are entitled to receive a MAP Voucher by making transactions in accordance with the following scheme:

   2. The promotion cannot be combined with other offers or used multiple times;
   3. The promotion applies only to the redemption of MAP vouchers based on purchases made in a single receipt;
   4. The promotion is subject to the following quotas for each type:

      Danamon credit cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard and JCB logos	20 (twenty) MAP Vouchers per day
      Danamon debit cards bearing the Mastercard and GPN logos	20 (twenty) MAP Vouchers per day

   5. The program applies to 1 (one) transaction per day using the same payment method;
   6. Cardholders who hold both a Danamon Debit Card and a Danamon Credit Card may receive 2 (two) MAP Vouchers by redeeming transaction receipts from their Danamon Debit Card and Danamon Credit Card in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of this program.
   7. Cardholders agree that they will not receive MAP Vouchers if the daily MAP Voucher quota has been exhausted (as stipulated in point e.4.d above) even if the Program Period has not yet ended.
   8. The program is valid every day during the Program Period;
   9. The program applies to both primary and supplementary cards;
   10. The program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
5. By carrying out transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. Such transactions carried out by the Cardholder constitute valid proof of the Cardholder’s participation in the Program and of the Cardholder’s agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

1. Cardholders must exchange their transaction receipts for a MAP Voucher at the Danamon Booth’s redemption corner, located at Hobbystation Fest 2026, on the same day and date as the transaction, by presenting the transaction receipt used for that transaction. A Danamon Person in Charge (PIC) will stamp the sales draft to confirm the MAP Voucher redemption. Once the transaction receipt has been exchanged and the sales draft has been stamped, the MAP Voucher is valid and can be used; and
2. The validity period of the MAP Voucher, as well as its terms and conditions, are subject to the provisions applicable to the MAP Voucher in question.

1. Cardholders and/or their representatives may submit complaints regarding banking transactions or services either verbally or in writing via the nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or by email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
2. The procedure regarding the complaints service can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

1. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program form a single whole and constitute an integral part of the “General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk”, the “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Debit/ATM Cards”, the “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Credit Card Membership”, and other terms and conditions relating to banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between those provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
2. Products and services provided by merchant partners and/or the organisers of Hobbystation Fest 2026 are not the responsibility of Danamon and are therefore entirely the responsibility of the merchant partners and/or the organisers of Hobbystation Fest 2026. Should there be any issues and/or complaints regarding the products, services, and/or the Program, please contact the merchant partner and/or the organisers of Hobbystation Fest 2026.
3. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Danamon reserves the right to amend, modify or supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any amendments, additions or updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified via the communication channels available at Danamon. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, as well as other changes, the Cardholder is entitled to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date such changes are notified by Danamon via Danamon’s communication channels. The Cardholder agrees that Danamon shall deem the Cardholder to have consented to such changes if the Cardholder does not raise an objection within the aforementioned period. Should the Cardholder not consent to such changes, the Cardholder is entitled to cancel their participation in the Program, provided they first settle all outstanding obligations to Danamon (if any).
4. The Cardholder declares that there are no and will be no transactions indicating money laundering offences and/or other transactions prohibited under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
5. If there are indications of fraud, deception, misuse, irregular transactions, abnormal transactions, money laundering offences, and/or other actions inconsistent with applicable laws and regulations, Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of Danamon products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the Cardholder in question. The Cardholder remains obliged to settle all outstanding obligations to Danamon (if any).
6. If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is, by virtue of a government regulation or court ruling, prohibited, unenforceable, invalid, or declared null and void, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, and such other provisions shall remain valid, binding, and enforceable as set out in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
7. Should any irregularities relating to this Program be discovered or should fraud be suspected, the Cardholder is advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
8. These Program Terms and Conditions are drawn up in Indonesian and English. In the event of any discrepancy in provisions or interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
9. The headings and terms used in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program are intended solely to facilitate understanding of the content of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
10. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Scheme.
11. These General Terms and Conditions have been aligned with applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority.

Cardholders are advised to be wary of scams perpetrated by individuals posing as Danamon and promising prizes of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by third parties in connection with or in the name of the Program are beyond the Bank’s control.
