Program Description

The General Terms and Conditions of the Program ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") are the terms and conditions applicable to Program Participants who participate in the Program KPR Special Rate ("Program") organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank”).

Participants in the Program hereby agree and are bound by all the terms and conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The implementation of the program is from 9 February 2026 to 31 August 2026 (“Program Period”).

Program Participant Criteria

This program is only open to prospective borrowers who meet the criteria ("Program Participants"), namely those who apply for mortgage/property purchase facilities either through a developer or broker who has collaborated with the Bank, or Program Participants who apply for mortgage/property purchase facilities themselves.

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Program participants are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The Bank reserves the right to refuse or cancel the participation of Program participants in this Program if they do not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Program Participants are fully responsible for all risks, losses, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims related to their participation and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.
  4. Program Participants who meet the Program Terms and Conditions are entitled to the following interest rates:
    • Special Interest Promo 7.00% Applicable to products:
      • KPR (Kredit Pemilikan Rumah) Primary
      • KPA (Kredit Pemilikan Apartemen) Primary
      • Balance Transfer + Top Up

    • Special Interest Promo 7.77% Applicable to products:
      • KMG (Kredit Multiguna)
      • KPR (Kredit Pemilikan Rumah) Secondary
      • KPA (Kredit Pemilikan Apartemen) Secondary
  5. Program participants whose applications for mortgage/KPA facilities have been approved are entitled to special interest rates as referred to in point III.4 of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, provided that they meet the following requirements:
    • have an active D-Bank PRO account;
    • apply for the following Bank products and/or services:

      with the following conditions:
      Customers must meet the conditions in point 1 of the table above, and at least meet 2 (two) of the conditions in points 2 to 4 of the table above.

Other conditions not mentioned above shall follow the applicable provisions.

Power of Attorney

  1. Program Participants hereby authorise the Bank to block a certain amount of funds in the Program Participants' accounts at the Bank in the amount and for the period specified in [state the name of the form] or any other form with a similar purpose, in connection with the Program Participants' participation in this Program.
  2. The authorisation granted by the Program Participant in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program is granted to the Bank with the right of substitution and as long as the Program Participant's obligations to the Bank have not been fully fulfilled, such authorisations cannot be revoked or terminated for any reason, including but not limited to the reasons mentioned in Article 1813 (termination of power of attorney: by revocation of the power of attorney; by notification of termination of the power of attorney by the attorney; by the death, incapacity or bankruptcy of the principal or the attorney), 1814 (the principal may revoke the power of attorney whenever he/she so desires, and if there are reasons for doing so, compel the attorney to return the power of attorney held by him) and 1816 (the appointment of a new attorney to carry out the same affairs shall result in the revocation of the first power of attorney, effective from the date of notification of the appointment to the latter) The Indonesian Civil Code and these powers are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

Program Participant Complaints

  1. If there are any questions, complaints or credit complaints related to the Program, Program Participants may submit complaints about the Program either verbally or in writing via email: hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The procedures and mechanisms for customer complaints can be accessed via www.danamon.co.id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Conditions

  1. The insurance application process, including the underwriting process for insurance products, is the responsibility of the insurance company, and therefore Bank Danamon is not responsible for the insurance company's resolution regarding the customer's application.
  2. The insurance products marketed by Bank Danamon are investment products (mutual funds) and insurance products marketed in collaboration with Bank Danamon, therefore these products are not the products and responsibility of Bank Danamon and are not covered by the Deposit Insurance Corporation's guarantee program.
  3. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program form an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Accounts and Banking Services", "General Terms and Conditions of Online Deposits", "General Terms and Conditions of D -Bank PRO", "General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Credit Cards and Charge Cards", and other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
  4. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to revise/amend/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions will be communicated through the communication channels available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, fees, terms, and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days from the date the changes are communicated by Bank Danamon. The Customer agrees that if no objection is submitted within the specified period, the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the changes. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel their participation in the Program, provided that all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any) have been settled.
  5. The Customer declares that there are no and will not be any Transactions that indicate money laundering or other Transactions prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  6. In the event of any indication of fraud, misconduct and/or irregular Transactions, unreasonable Transactions money laundering, and/or actions that violate applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the Transactions, or cancellation of the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Program Participant. Program Participants remain obliged to settle all their obligations to the Bank (if any).
  7. Program Participants agree that funds placed in savings accounts with returns/interest above the maximum guarantee interest rate set by the Deposit Insurance Corporation are not guaranteed by the Deposit Insurance Corporation. Program Participants can find out about changes to the maximum guarantee interest rate through Bank branches or through Hello Danamon.
  8. If any provision in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program is prohibited or cannot be implemented or becomes invalid or is declared null and void by a government or court ruling, this shall not affect the validity of other provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, and the other provisions shall remain valid and binding and can be implemented as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  9. If any irregularities are found in relation to this Program or if fraud is suspected, Program Participants are advised to immediately report it through Hello Danamon.
  10. The Terms and Conditions of this Program are written in Indonesian and English. In the event of any differences in provisions or interpretations between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
  11. The titles and terms used in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program are solely intended to facilitate understanding of the contents of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  12. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been adjusted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  13. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI), and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) guarantee program.

Warning

Program Participants are advised to beware of fraud conducted by individuals impersonating BDI representatives or offering prizes. Any criminal acts committed by third parties under the guise of this Program are beyond BDI’s responsibility.
