Program Description

General Terms and Conditions of the Danamon Watch Together Program – DANOBAR ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") are the terms and conditions that apply to Program Participants who participate in the Danamon Watch Together – DANOBAR Program (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") in collaboration with its merchant partner Cinema XXI ("Partner").

Program Participants hereby agree and bind themselves to all the provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The program is conducted during the period from 16 February 2026 to 31 October 2026 ("Program Period").

Program Participant Criteria

This program can only be participated in by individuals who meet the following criteria ("Program Participants"):

  1. Program participants are employees of companies that have payroll agreements with Bank Danamon.
  2. Program participants are employees of companies selected and invited by Bank Danamon.

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Program Participants are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel the participation of any Program Participant in this Program if the Program Participant does not fulfill the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Program Participants are fully responsible for any risks, losses, claims, lawsuits, and/or demands related to their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. Program participants must register with the company representative appointed by the Bank.
  5. Program participants must have a Bank Danamon savings account and show the D-Bank Pro application during the event/activity.
  6. Program participants who have registered and met the Program participation requirements will receive 1 (one) ticket to the Danamon Nonton Bareng (Danobar) event according to the schedule set by Bank Danamon.
  7. Program participants who join the Program have the opportunity to purchase a snack package consisting of popcorn and a drink for IDR 1,000, with the following conditions:
    • Purchases can only be made using QRIS transactions through D-Bank Pro during the event/activity.
    • The purchase promotion is only valid once for each Program Participant.
    • The snack package is subject to change at any time.
    • The purchase of snack packages is valid while stocks and quotas last.
  8. Program participants are only allowed to participate in this program once during the Program Period.
  9. This program is only valid on Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays) in accordance with the time agreed upon by Bank Danamon.
  10. This program is only valid at cinemas in locations agreed upon by Bank Danamon.
  11. Film selections and screening schedules are subject to the terms and availability of Bank Danamon's partners.
  12. By fulfilling the Program requirements, the Program Participant is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Rewards

  1. Program Participants who have fulfilled the Program Terms and Conditions are entitled to receive the prize specified under the Program ("Prize").
  2. The quota of Program Participants is limited to the capacity of the cinema selected for the event/activity.
  3. In the event that the prize quota has been exceeded, Program Participants agree that they will not receive a prize, even if the Program Period has not yet ended.
  4. Prizes are not cumulative for each Programme Participant.
  5. All types of prizes received by Program Participants cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
  6. Participation in this Program is free of charge.
  7. If a Program Participant cancels their participation in the Program, the Bank reserves the right to transfer the quota to another Program Participant.
  8. The prizes given to Program Participants are not Bank products, so all questions and requests for information regarding the prizes should be directed to the relevant prize manufacturer. Program Participants release the Bank from any liability in relation to handling complaints regarding prizes given to Program Participants.

Program Participant Complaints

  1. Program Participants and/or their representatives can submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The procedure for the complaints service can be accessed through the Bank's official website at the following link: https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program form an integral and inseparable part of the "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Bank Accounts and Banking Services," the "General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO," and other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between those terms and conditions and these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, these General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
  2. The products, services and/or benefits provided by Cinema XXI are the responsibility of Cinema XXI and are not the products and responsibility of the Bank. If there are any problems and/or complaints regarding these products, services and/or benefits, please contact the relevant Cinema XXI.
  3. The Program Participant hereby agrees and acknowledges that the Bank has the right to amend/revise/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time by providing notice through the communication channels available at the Bank. In the event of any changes to benefits, risks, fees, terms and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, and any other changes, the Program Participant has the right to submit a written objection to the Bank within 30 (thirty) working days from the date the Bank notifies of the changes through its communication channels. The Program Participant agrees that they will be deemed to have consented to the notified changes if they do not submit an objection within this period. If the Program Participant does not agree to the changes, the Program Participant has the right to terminate their participation in the Program, provided they first settle all of their obligations to the Bank.
  4. The Program Participant declares that they are not currently engaged in, and will not engage in, any transactions indicative of money laundering criminal acts and/or other transactions prohibited under applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  5. Should there be any indication of fraud, deception, misuse, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering criminal acts, and/or actions that are inconsistent with applicable laws and regulations, the Bank has the right to cancel transactions, terminate the use of Bank products/services, cancel participation in the Program, and/or cancel the granting of Program benefits to the relevant Program Participant. The Program Participant remains obligated to settle all their obligations to the Bank.
  6. If any provision within these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is prohibited or becomes unenforceable, void, or declared invalid by a government or court decision, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and be binding and enforceable as stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  7. If any irregularities concerning this Program are discovered or if suspected fraud is perceived, Program Participants are advised to promptly report it through Hello Danamon.
  8. The Terms and Conditions of this Program are written in Indonesian and English. In the event of any discrepancy or difference in interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
  9. The titles and terms used in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program are solely intended to facilitate understanding of the contents of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  10. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority.
  11. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the deposit insurance scheme of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Warning

Program Participants must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals misrepresenting the Bank by promising prizes of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts conducted by other/third parties associated with or misrepresenting the Bank or this Program are the sole responsibility of those parties and not the Bank.
