Cashback 100% untuk PLN Prabayar

The Program runs from 5 October to 31 December 2026 (“Program Period”).

Customers eligible to participate in the Program must meet the following criteria:

• Bank Customers who hold an active Danamon savings account during the Program Period.
• Bank Customers who are registered for and use the latest version of the D-Bank PRO app during the Program Period.

The Program is also available to Bank Danamon employees.

1. Customers must read and understand these General Program Terms and Conditions.
2. Bank Danamon may reject or cancel a Customer’s participation in the Program if the Customer does not meet these General Program Terms and Conditions.
3. The Customer is fully responsible for any risk of loss, demand, legal action and/or claim arising from their participation in and/or cancellation of participation in the Program.
4. Under the Program, Customers may receive 100% (one hundred per cent) cashback on an administration fee of up to IDR 3,500 (three thousand five hundred rupiah) (“Cashback”) when making a PLN Prepaid transaction through D-Bank PRO (“Transaction”).
5. Each CIF (Customer Information File) is entitled to receive Cashback once per month during the Program Period.
6. The Cashback quota is 20,000 (twenty thousand) Transactions per month, or 60,000 (sixty thousand) Transactions during the Program Period (“Program Quota”).
7. By making a Transaction in accordance with these General Program Terms and Conditions, the Customer is deemed to have read and understood them, agreed to participate in the Program and agreed to be bound by them. The Customer’s Transaction constitutes valid evidence of participation in the Program and agreement to be bound by these General Program Terms and Conditions.

1. The Cashback Reward will be credited to the Customer’s savings account no later than 14 (fourteen) working days after the Transaction. If the Customer does not have a Danamon savings account, the Customer will not receive the Cashback Reward for the Transaction.
2. Customers are not charged a fee to participate in the Program.
3. The Customer understands and agrees that if the Program Quota is exhausted before the Program Period ends, the Customer will not receive the Cashback Reward.

1. PLN’s products and/or services are neither products nor the responsibility of Bank Danamon and remain entirely PLN’s responsibility. For any issues and/or complaints relating to those products, services and/or the Program, please contact PLN.
2. Other terms and conditions relating to banking products, services and/or transactions remain applicable and binding on the Customer, and form an integral part of these General Program Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise stipulated herein.
3. These General Program Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Accounts and Banking Services” and the “General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO”. Those terms and conditions remain applicable unless otherwise stipulated in these General Program Terms and Conditions.
4. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon may revise, amend or supplement these General Program Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any revision, addition or update will be notified through Bank Danamon’s available communication channels. If there are changes to the benefits, risks, fees, terms or conditions under these General Program Terms and Conditions, the Customer may submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date on which Bank Danamon gives notice through its communication channels. The Customer agrees that they will be deemed to have accepted the changes if they do not object within that period. If the Customer does not accept the changes, they may cancel their participation in the Program after first settling all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any). The Customer declares that there are no, and will be no, transactions suspected of involving money laundering and/or other transactions prohibited under applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.
5. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon may cancel the Cashback granted under the Program if the Customer does not meet these General Program Terms and Conditions.
6. The Customer declares that there are no, and will be no, transactions suspected of involving money laundering and/or other transactions prohibited under applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.
7. If there are indications of fraud, deception and/or transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or acts contrary to applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon may cancel the Transaction, cancel participation in the Program and/or cancel the Cashback granted to the Customer concerned. The Customer remains obliged to settle all obligations to Bank Danamon.
8. These General Program Terms and Conditions comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI), and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).

Customers must beware of fraudsters claiming to represent Bank Danamon and promising Cashback in any form. Any fraud or other criminal act committed by another or third party in connection with, or in the name of, the Program is outside Bank Danamon’s authority.
