Program Description

The General Terms and Conditions of the Cashback Program in Japan with Visa Credit Cards ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") are the terms and conditions that apply to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank") who make offline transactions in Japan using Danamon Visa Credit Cards.

Cardholders hereby agree and bind themselves to all the provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

This program is valid from 1 February 2026 to 30 April 2026 ("Program Period").

Participant Criteria

This program is only open to participants who meet the following criteria ("Program Participants"):

  1. This program is only valid for customers who make retail transactions with Danamon Visa Platinum, Visa Infinite, and Visa Grab credit cards.

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Program participants are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The Bank reserves the right to refuse or cancel the participation of Program participants if they do not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Program Participants are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the participation and/or cancellation of Program Participants in this Program.
  4. Program Participants are required to make offline retail purchases in Japan ("Transactions") using physical Danamon Visa Platinum, Visa Infinite, and Visa Grab Credit Cards ("Cards"), with the following conditions:
    1. Program participants must make a minimum of 5 offline retail transactions of at least JPY 1,000 per transaction in Japan during the Program Period.
The following are examples of transactions that do and do not meet the program requirements:
    2. Eligible transactions are those that have been posted within the program period, where the posting of transactions occurs a maximum of 14 days after the transaction date. If the transaction posting date is more than 14 days, the transaction is not eligible for cashback. Here is an illustration:
      1. The transaction was conducted on 29 April 2026 and posted on 5 May 2026, therefore it is eligible.
      2. The transaction was conducted on 29 April 2026 and posted on 20 May 2026, therefore it is not eligible.
  5. Program participants, both primary cardholders and additional cardholders for each card type (Visa Platinum, Visa Infinite, and Visa Grab) who make Transactions, are eligible to receive Rewards as long as they meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  6. Program participants are only entitled to receive 1 (one) Reward during the Program Period.
  7. The reward quota applies to the first 1,000 (one thousand) Program Participants during the Program Period. If the reward quota has been met, Program Participants agree that they will not receive any rewards, even if the Program Period has not ended.
  8. The Program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
  9. The Program does not apply to online transactions and CNP (card non-present) transactions.
  10. By transacting in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, Program Participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. Transactions made by Program Participants constitute valid proof of the Program Participants' participation in the Program and the Program Participants' agreement to be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Rewards

  1. Participants in the Program who have met the General Terms and Conditions of the Program are entitled to receive a cashback of JPY 1,000 ("Reward").
  2. The Reward will only be given to Program Participants if their Card is active, not blocked, and has no outstanding balance.
  3. The Reward will be credited directly by Visa and distributed to eligible Program Participants through VLPS (Visa Loyalty Platform Service).
  4. The Reward will be converted to Rupiah using the exchange rate applicable on the cashback ("Reward") posting date.
  5. The Reward will be awarded no later than 14 (fourteen) working days after the Program Participant's transaction has met the program requirements.
  6. If the Program Participant cancels one of the transactions during the Program Period, causing the Program Participant to no longer meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Program Participant understands and agrees that the Program Participant will not receive the Reward.

Program Risk

  1. Program Participants will not receive Rewards if they do not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, including in the event that the Reward Quota has been exhausted even though the Program Period has not ended.
  2. The exchange rate used for shopping transactions and the exchange rate used to convert cashback (Rewards) to Rupiah may differ, so the value of Rupiah received as cashback (Rewards) may differ from the value of Rupiah at the time of the transaction.
