The Program is up to July 31, 2026 ("Program Period").

Customers who are eligible to participate in this Program are as follows:

1. This program is valid for Bank Danamon customers who have a Danamon Visa Infinite Credit Card ("Card"),
2. The Card must be in active condition, have no arrears, and the Card condition is not blocked.
3. The program also applies to Bank Danamon Employees.

Hereinafter referred to as "Program Participant".

1. Program Participants are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
2. The Bank reserves the right to refuse or cancel the Program Participant's participation in this Program if the Program Participant does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
3. Program Participants are solely responsible for all risks of losses, claims, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the Program Participant's participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.

January 14, 2026	The promotion is available at the Eraman Duty Free store at Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 (KLIA T1 & T2), as well as at Penang International Airport. Please present the voucher at checkout. The remaining balance after the voucher value reduction must be paid in full using the Danamon Visa Infinite card. Offer cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. Offer cannot be applied to Liquor, Cigarettes and products that do not participate in this program. Offers are limited to one coupon per receipt per cardholder. Offers are available in limited quantities and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
   Shilla Duty Free Hong Kong	Save HKD 250 (min. spend HKD 1,500)	July 31, 2026	This e-coupon is only valid at BEAUTY&YOU by The Shilla Duty Free at Hong Kong International Airport. Each transaction can only use one e-coupon, and the remaining value cannot be cashed out. This e-coupon is not valid for certain brands (such as Chanel, Dior Beauty, Pola). This e-coupon cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, staff offer, or other privilege offer. E-coupons cannot be used for products that already have savings of more than 20%. In the event of a refund, only the amount paid in real time will be refunded. The Shilla Duty Free Hong Kong reserves the right to change the above terms and conditions without prior notice. 5. Participants are required to make purchases using the Visa Infinite card.
6. This promo program is valid as long as the availability of goods at the time of purchase is still available.
7. Visa reserves the right to cancel the Cardholder's participation and/or the awarding of rewards/rewards on the Program if the Cardholder does not meet and/or violate the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
8. Other terms and conditions related to the card and the products and/or services of Bank Danamon, as long as they are not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program are declared to remain valid and binding on the Cardholder and become an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
9. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership. These terms and conditions remain valid as long as they are not otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
10. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to correct/amend/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event that there is a change in benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Cardholder has the right to submit his objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of the change made by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that the Cardholder is deemed to have agreed to such changes in the event that the Cardholder does not raise any objections within such timeframe. If the Cardholder does not agree to the change, the Cardholder has the right to cancel the Program membership by first completing all of the Cardholder's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
11. The Cardholder declares that there are no and will not be transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not allowed under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
12. If there is a report of any indication of fraud, misconduct and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction, cancel the Program participation, or give prizes to the Cardholder concerned.
13. Cardholders may submit complaints about banking products/services orally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Banking Accounts and Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk and the General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Credit Card Membership, the General Terms and Conditions of Credit Card Membership, such Terms and Conditions remain valid as long as they are not otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
   
2. The Program Participant hereby agrees and acknowledges that the Bank reserves the right to correct/amend/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at the Bank. In the event that there is a change in benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Program Participant has the right to submit his objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the time the notification of the change is made by the Bank through the Bank's communication media. The Program Participant agrees that the Program Participant is deemed to have agreed to such changes in the event that the Program Participant does not raise any objections within such time frame. If the Program Participant does not agree to the change, then the Program Participant has the right to cancel the Program participation by first settling all Program Participant's obligations to the Bank (if any).
   
3. Program Participants declare that there are no and will not be transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not allowed based on the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
   
4. If there are indications of fraud, misconduct, abuse, transaction irregularities, improper transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, the Bank has the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Bank's products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the Program Participant concerned. Program Participants are still obliged to pay off all their obligations to the Bank (if any).
   
5. If irregularities are found related to this Program or if it is felt that fraud has occurred, Program Participants are advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
   
6. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
   
7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a guarantee participant of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.
   

Program Participants must be careful of fraud committed by individuals on behalf of the Bank by promising prizes in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or on behalf of the Program are beyond the Bank's authority.
