Bonus up to 100% AirAsia points Conversion for D-Point and Membership Rewards® Points

Program Description

General Program Terms and Conditions apply to participants of the 100% (One hundred Percent) Bonus Program, which converts D-Point or Membership Rewards® Points into AirAsia points. The Program is organized by PT BIGLIFE Digital Indonesia (“AirAsia”).

Program Participants hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The Program is carried out during the period from December 15, 2025 to January 14, 2026 ("Program Period").

Program Participant Criteria

This program can only be participated by Program Participants who meet the following criteria:

  1. Customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank") who own and transact using Danamon Grab Credit Card, JCB Precious, Mastercard Platinum, Mastercard World, Mastercard World Business, Mastercard World Elite, Visa Platinum, Visa Infinite, American Express Blue, American Express Gold; and Danamon American Express Green, American Express Gold, American Express Rose Gold, and American Express Platinum Charge Cards ("Program Participants"); and
  2. AirAsia members who are registered as members of loyalty and rewards program operated by AirAsia (“AirAsia points”) and have a unique registration number at the time of participating in Program. If a participant is not an AirAsia member during the Program Period, they must register to become an AirAsia member through AirAsia website (https://www.airasia.com/en/gb) or AirAsia mobile app before participating in the Program. Registrations made after the Program Period will not qualify for participation.

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Program Participants are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The Bank reserves the right to refuse or cancel the Program Participant’s participation in this Program if the Program Participant does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Program Participants are solely responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the Program Participant's participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. Valid for Program Participants who have and transact using Danamon Grab Credit Card, JCB Precious, Mastercard Platinum, Mastercard World, Mastercard World Business, Mastercard World Elite, Visa Platinum, Visa Infinite, American Express Blue, American Express Gold; and Danamon American Express Green, American Express Gold, American Express Rose Gold, and American Express Platinum Charge Cards ("Card").
  5. The Program Mechanism is redeem D-Points or Membership Rewards® Points for:
    1. Tier 1: A minimum of 8,000 AirAsia points will receive 100% AirAsia points bonus.
    2. Tier 2: A minimum of 4,000 up to 7,999 AirAsia points will receive 50% AirAsia points bonus.
  6. There is no maximum cap for each Program Participant.
  7. The Program runs during the Program Period or after the entire total allocation of AirAsia Bonus points of 10,000,000 (ten million) has been fully utilized in accordance with the Program, whichever comes first.
  8. Program Participants are subject to the Bank's AirAsia points conversion structure and must successfully convert into AirAsia points through the Bank's platform.

  10. AirAsia Bonus is calculated from the converted AirAsia points and earned in accordance with the conversion rate set by the Bank.
  11. All AirAsia Payments earned under this Program will be credited to the AirAsia member's account that has fulfilled the Requirements and Program Terms within 30 (thirty) working days (or such other period as AirAsia deems appropriate) after the end of the Program Period, provided that AirAsia receives all information deemed appropriate necessary. This does not include unauthorized, cancelled or redeemed conversions, in which case no AirAsia points will be awarded to Program Participants under the Program.
  12. AirAsia Bonus earned through this Program is only valid for 6 (six) months from the date the AirAsia Bonus is credited to the AirAsia member's account. Any AirAsia points Bonus that is not used during the validity period will expire without notice or compensation.

Program Participant Complaints

  1. Program Participants may submit complaints regarding banking products/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank branch or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedures regarding complaint services can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Banking Accounts and Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership, and the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership. These terms and conditions remain valid as long as they are not otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. The products, services and/or benefits provided by AirAsia are the responsibility of AirAsia, and are not the products and responsibilities of the Bank. If there are any problems and/or complaints in relation to such products, services and/or benefits, please contact AirAsia.
  3. The Program Participant hereby agrees and acknowledges that the Bank reserves the right to correct/amend/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at the Bank. In the event that there is a change in benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Program Participant has the right to submit his objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the time the notification of the change is made by the Bank through the Bank's communication media. The Program Participant agrees that the Program Participant is deemed to have agreed to such changes in the event that the Program Participant does not raise any objections within such time frame. If the Program Participant does not agree to the change, the Program Participant has the right to cancel the Program participation by first settling all Program Participant's obligations to the Bank (if any).
  4. Program Participants declare that there are no and will not be transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not allowed based on the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  5. If there are indications of fraud, misconduct, abuse, transaction irregularities, improper transactions , money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with regulations legislation, the Bank has the right to cancel transactions, terminate the use of the Bank' s products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or cancel the provision of Program benefits to Program Participant concerned. Program Participants are still obliged to pay off all their obligations to the Bank (if any).
  6. If irregularities are found related to this Program or if it is felt that fraud has occurred, Program Participants are advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
  7. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a guarantee participant of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Reminder

Program Participants are advised to be cautious of fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent the Bank and offering prizes in any form. Any fraud or criminal acts committed by third parties associated with or claiming to represent the Program are beyond the Bank's authority.
