Program Description

These General Terms and Conditions of the Mastercard Travel Pass Benefit Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions that apply to Cardholders who participate in the Lounge Mastercard Travel Pass program (“Program”) organized by PT Mastercard Indonesia (“Mastercard”). Cardholders hereby agree and are bound by all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

This program is valid from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 (“Program Period”).

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Danamon Bank reserves the right to reject or cancel a Cardholder's participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Cardholder is fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims related to the Cardholder's participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. Valid for Danamon Mastercard World, World Business, and World Elite Credit Cardholders ("Cards").
  5. Cardholders must have a pre-existing account or have previously registered through the Mastercard Travel Pass website at https://mastercardtravelpass.dragonpass.com/ or through the Mastercard Travel Pass app for Android and iPhone smartphone users.
  6. Free access is valid for one person to all Lounges available on the Mastercard Travel Pass as follows:
    1. Danamon Mastercard World Elite has free access five times per year during the Period.
    2. An additional fee of USD 32 per person applies if the cardholder brings an additional guest.
  7. A fee of USD 32 applies for one person in all Lounges available on the Mastercard Travel Pass, as follows:
    1. Danamon Mastercard World and Danamon Mastercard World Business.
  8. This program is valid for the primary card.
  9. If the Cardholder's quota has been used up, Mastercard Travel Pass Lounge access will be subject to a fee in accordance with the Mastercard Travel Pass Lounge policy.
  10. This applies to access to Lounges participating in the Mastercard Travel Pass feature. Participating Lounges can be viewed through Mastercard Travel Pass at https://mastercardtravelpass.dragonpass.com/ or through the Mastercard Travel Pass app for Android and iPhone smartphone users.
  11. By complying with the terms and conditions in accordance with these General Program Terms and Conditions during the Program Period, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Program Terms and Conditions. The Cardholder's compliance with these terms and conditions constitutes valid proof of the Cardholder's participation in the Program and their agreement to be bound by the General Program Terms and Conditions. 

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. Mastercard products, services, and/or benefits are not the products or responsibility of Bank Danamon and therefore are solely the responsibility of Mastercard. If you encounter any issues and/or complaints regarding these products, services, and/or benefits, please contact the relevant Mastercard representative.
  2. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, to the extent not regulated differently in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, remain in effect and binding on the Cardholder and form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program are an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership." These terms and conditions remain in effect to the extent not regulated otherwise in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. The Cardholder acknowledges that there have been no and will be no transactions suspected of money laundering and/or other transactions prohibited by applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.
  5. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering, and/or other actions that are not in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel Program participation, and provide benefits to the Cardholder concerned. The Cardholder remains obligated to pay all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  6. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to revise/amend/add to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through the communication channels available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, fees, terms and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication channels. The Cardholder agrees that the Cardholder is deemed to have agreed to such changes if the Cardholder does not submit an objection within that time period. If the Cardholder does not agree to these changes, they have the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first fulfilling all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  7. Cardholders can submit complaints regarding banking transactions/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  8. Procedures for cardholder complaints can be accessed through the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation (Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan) guarantee program.
  10. These General Terms and Conditions for Benefits have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the Financial Services Authority regulations.

Reminder

Cardholders must be wary of fraud committed by individuals impersonating Bank Danamon and promising prizes in any form. Any fraud or other criminal activity committed by third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Program is beyond Bank Danamon's jurisdiction.
