Program Description

General Terms and Conditions of the QRIS D-Bank PRO Transaction Cashback For 113th Milad Muhammadiyah Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions that apply to Customers who participate in the QRIS D-Bank PRO Transaction Cashback for 113th Anniversary of Muhammadiyah Program (“Program”) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk through the Sharia Business Unit (“Bank Danamon”).

The Customer agrees and is bound by all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

This program is valid from November 17 - 18, 2025 (“Program Period”).

Program Participant Criteria

This program can only be followed by customers who meet all of the following criteria (“Customers”):

  1. This program is intended for all individual members of the Muhammadiyah Association ("Muhammadiyah"), whether they do not have a Danamon Bank account or already have one;
  2. Customers who have an active Sharia savings product with Danamon Bank, either a Mudharabah or Wadiah contract;
  3. Customers who own and have activated the D-Bank PRO application; and
  4. Customers who conduct transactions as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Before participating in the Program, Customers are required to read, understand, and comply with the characteristics, benefits, risks, costs, and other provisions of the Program and agree to the General Program Terms and Conditions.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel a Customer's participation in this Program if the Customer does not meet the General Program Terms and Conditions.
  3. Customers are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims related to their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. Customers are required to open a new account (for customers who do not have or already have a Sharia savings account) during the 113th Muhammadiyah Anniversary event period.
  5. Customers must conduct transactions during the 113th Muhammadiyah Anniversary event period using the latest version of QRIS D-Bank PRO, with the following details:

  6. Valid for Sharia savings products for both Wadiah and Mudharabah contracts.
  7. Customers must have Remarks 3 "MUHM" or the D-Bank PRO Referral Code "MUHM" on the account used for QRIS transactions using the Latest Version of D-Bank PRO.
  8. Customers must have downloaded and activated their account on the Latest Version of the D-Bank PRO application.
  9. Customers must make QRIS transactions with a nominal value of IDR 50,000 (fifty thousand rupiah) per transaction, with a minimum of two transactions on the same account during the Program Period.
  10. If customers make transactions from different accounts, the accumulated transaction will only be calculated from transactions within the same account.
  11. QRIS transactions through the D-Bank PRO application are only valid for funds originating from savings accounts with Sharia products; they are not valid for other sources of funds.
  12. Program participants will receive rewards if they meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, provided quotas are available.
  13. For 1 (one) CIF or Customer, the Customer is only entitled to receive a maximum of 1 (one) Cashback during the Program Period.
  14. By making a Transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to be subject to these Terms and Conditions. This Transaction constitutes valid proof of the Customer's participation in the Program and the Customer's agreement to be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Terms and Conditions of Rewards

  1. The first 500 (five hundred) Customers who fulfill the General Terms and Conditions of the Program are entitled to receive a cashback reward, which will be credited to the Customer's account used for Bank Transactions no later than 45 (fourty-five) business days after the Customer fulfills the Program Terms and Conditions.
  2. Reward awarded to Customers are tax-deductible, and the reward tax is borne by Bank Danamon.

Program Risk

Customers will not receive the reward if the Customers do not fulfill the Program Terms and Conditions.

Program Fee

Customers are not charged any fees for this Program.

Customer Complaints

  1. Customers can submit complaints about banking products/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedures for complaint handling can be accessed through the website https://www.danamon.co.id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program constitute an inseparable part of the "General Terms and Conditions for Sharia Banking Accounts and Services," "General Terms and Conditions for D-Bank PRO," issued by Bank Danamon, and the General Terms and Conditions for other products and/or services applicable at Bank Danamon. These terms and conditions remain in effect unless otherwise stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through the communication channels available at Bank Danamon. In the event of any changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication channels. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the changes if the Customer does not file an objection within the said period. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first fulfilling all of the Customer's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  3. If any provision in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is prohibited or cannot be implemented due to a government or court decision, or becomes invalid or declared null and void, this does not affect the validity of the other provisions in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, and the remaining provisions remain valid and binding and may be enforced as specified in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. The Customer declares that there are no and will not be any transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  5. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, misuse, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering, and/or actions inconsistent with laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of Bank Danamon products/services, cancel Program participation, or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the Customer concerned. The Customer remains obligated to pay all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  6. The Customer agrees that placement of funds in a savings account with a return above the maximum guaranteed interest rate set by the Deposit Insurance Corporation is not guaranteed by the Deposit Insurance Corporation. Prizes received by the Customer are also calculated as a component of the maximum guaranteed interest rate. Customers can find out about changes in the maximum guaranteed interest rate through Bank Danamon branches or through Hello Danamon.
  7. If any irregularities related to this Program are discovered or if fraud is suspected, the Customer is advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
  8. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan).
  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation (Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan/LPS) guarantee program.

Reminder

Customers must be wary of fraud committed by individuals claiming to be Bank Danamon and promising prizes in any form. Any fraud or other criminal activity committed by third parties associated with or using the Program's name is beyond Bank Danamon's jurisdiction.
