Program Description

Danamon Grab Credit Card Activation and Transaction Program ("Program") is a program of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") for selected and invited Danamon Grab Credit Card holders ("Cardholder") to obtain Grab Vouchers in accordance with the general terms and conditions ("Program General Terms and Conditions").

Program Period

This program is valid for applications from 01 November 2025 to 31 December 2025 (“Program Period”).

Terms and Conditions

  1. Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Valid for Danamon Grab Credit Card (“Card”).
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. The Program is valid for Cardholders invited by Bank Danamon via short message (SMS) or (WhatsApp) to mobile phone number and/or email (email) to the Cardholder's email address registered in Bank Danamon's system.
  5. The Cardholder is solely responsible for any risk of loss, legal claim, lawsuit, and/or claim in connection with the Cardholder's participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  6. Cardholders who meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Programme are entitled to receive a prize in the form of a Grab Voucher ("Voucher") with the following terms and conditions details:
    • For Cardholders who conduct Retail Transactions (Online and/or Offline) during the Transaction Period as informed in the Invitation, they are entitled to the following
      Minimum Retail Transaction (Online and/or Offline) Total Grab Voucher
      minimum total accumulated per month IDR 1,000,000,- IDR 100,000,-
    • Transactions are counted only for transactions on invited Danamon Grab Credit Cards.
    • The Cardholder must activate and transact using Danamon Grab Credit Card within the same month as the Program Offer sent by Bank Danamon. Eligible transactions under this Program include the combined spending on both Primary and Supplementary Cards within one (1) month. The details of the Program Offer Period and the Program Transaction Period are as follows:

    • Transactions included in the Program are online and/or offline retail shopping transactions ("Retail Transactions");
    • The program can be combined with other programs and/or promos.
    • The Cardholder must use the Card for payment.
    • Bank Danamon reserves the right to terminate the Program offer at any time and will not send a notification of the Program offer to the Customer for the next period; and
    • By transacting in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. Transactions made by such Cardholders are valid evidence of the Cardholder's participation in the Program and the Cardholder's consent to be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Prize Awarding Mechanism

  1. The type of Grab Voucher for each Cardholder is determined by Bank Danamon.
  2. Grab Voucher Rewards for Activation and Transaction Programs will be given a maximum of 2 (two) months from the end of the transaction period.
  3. The Grab Voucher will be awarded through the Grab App at the Cardholder's mobile phone number registered in the Bank Danamon system. If there is a discrepancy between the Cardholder's mobile phone number registered in the Bank Danamon system and the one registered in the Grab Application, the Cardholder will not be able to earn rewards for this Program.
  4. The Cardholder must have/install the Grab Application, and the Grab Application must be active during the Grab Voucher delivery process.
  5. The Grab Voucher is not valid if the Card is blocked or late payment of bill payment.
  6. The Cardholder's data/internet package must be active when using the Grab Voucher on the Grab App.
  7. The Grab Voucher is only valid when the Cardholder transacts on the Grab App using a Danamon Grab Credit Card.
  8. The use of Grab Voucher cannot be combined with other promos.
  9. Grab Voucher is a discount voucher that can deduct part/all transactions with a certain value and if the value of the Grab Voucher is less than the transaction value, then the difference must be paid by the Cardholder.
  10. Grab Voucher has an expiration period of 6 (six) months from the time the Grab Voucher is sent to the Cardholder's Grab App. If the Grab Voucher is not used within this period, the Grab Voucher will be lost/forfeited/expired from the rewards list on the Cardholder Grab Application.

Cardholder Complaints

  1. Cardholders can submit complaints about banking products/services orally or in writing through the nearest Bank branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or by email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedures regarding complaint services can be accessed through https://www.danamon.co.id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The Cardholder declares that there are no and will not be transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not allowed under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  3. If there are indications of fraud, misconduct, transaction irregularities, improper transactions, money laundering, and/or other actions that are not in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction, cancel the Program participation, terminate the use of the Card, or provide the benefits of the Program to the Cardholder concerned. The Cardholder remains obliged to pay off all of his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  4. Other terms and conditions related to Bank Danamon’s products and/or services, insofar as they are not otherwise stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, shall remain valid and binding on the Cardholder and form an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions.
  5. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership". These terms and conditions remain valid as long as they are not otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  6. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to correct/amend/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event that there is a change in benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Cardholder has the right to submit his objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of the change made by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that the Cardholder is deemed to have agreed to such changes in the event that the Cardholder does not raise any objections within such timeframe. If the Cardholder does not agree to the change, the Cardholder has the right to cancel the Program membership by first completing all of the Cardholder's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  7. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and is a guarantee participant of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Reminder

Cardholders must exercise caution against fraudulent acts committed by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon and offering prizes in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts perpetrated by third parties in connection with or on behalf of the Program are beyond the authority and responsibility of Bank Danamon.
