Program Description

The General Terms and Conditions of the program of Save 50% up to IDR75,000 for movie ticket at The Premiere Cinema XXI via m.tix every Thursday ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") apply to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") who own and transact using a Card ("Cardholder") and participate in the Save 50% up to IDR75,000 for movie ticket at The Premiere Cinema XXI via m.tix every Thursday ("Program"), which is organized by Bank Danamon in collaboration with The Premiere Cinema XXI as merchant partner.

By participating in this Program, the Cardholder agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Program Period

The program runs from October 2, 2025 until March 26, 2026 ("Program Period").

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. The program is valid for Danamon Privilege Debit Cardholders with card numbers beginning with: 55779188, 55779187, 54114303, 54114306 (“Card”).
  2. Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder's participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  4. Cardholders are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  5. The Program is subject to the following terms and conditions:
    1. The 50% (fifty percent) discount program for movie ticket purchases at The Premiere Cinema XXI is valid every Thursday (including national holidays) during the Program Period.
    2. The program applies to ticket purchases made online through the m.tix application.
    3. Discounts or price reductions apply excluding administrative fees for ticket purchases via m.tix.
    4. The program applies with a maximum discount of IDR 75,000.00 (seventy-five thousand Rupiah) per transaction.
    5. The program applies with a quota of 100 (one hundred) transactions every Thursday during the Program Period.
    6. The program applies to a maximum of 1 (one) transaction per day (every Thursday) with the same Card number.
    7. The program is not cumulative.
    8. Cardholders agree that if the quota referred to in point 5.e above has been exhausted, Cardholders will not receive a discount even if the Program Period has not ended.
    9. The program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
  6. By conducting transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, Cardholders are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. Transactions conducted by Cardholders constitute valid proof of Cardholders' participation in the Program and Cardholders' agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Procedures for Ticket Purchase Transactions via m.tix to Get Discounts

  1. Place your ticket order at m.tix: select the film, outlet, screen time, and seat location.
  2. On the order confirmation page, select Credit Card/Debit Card and enter the card number that is valid for this program.
  3. After clicking ‘pay’, enter the CVC/CVV number. Then click ‘Pay Now’.
  4. If the card used meets the applicable terms and conditions, the amount reduced by the discount will appear, then you can click ‘next’.
  5. On the One-Time Password (“OTP”) page, the amount reduced by the discount will also appear. If it is correct, enter the OTP that was sent.
  6. The transaction is successful.
  7. Scan the QR code in the ‘order details’ section at The Premiere Cinema XXI outlet to obtain your ticket.

Cardholder Complaints

  1. Complaints may be submitted by the Cardholder or an authorized representative either orally or in writing via the nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Complaint procedures are available at https://www.danamon.co.id/en/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. Products and/or services offered by merchant partners are not the responsibility of Bank Danamon and are fully under the merchants’ accountability. Please contact the relevant merchant for any issues or complaints.
  2. The Cardholder confirms that no transaction associated with this Program constitutes money laundering or violates applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  3. If fraud, abuse, transaction irregularities, or violations of laws are suspected, Bank Danamon may cancel the transaction, suspend services, or terminate Program benefits. The Cardholder remains liable for any outstanding obligations to the Bank.
  4. These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the: General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership, General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership, and any other applicable banking terms. If there is any inconsistency, these Program Terms shall prevail.
  5. Bank Danamon reserves the right to modify, update, or supplement these Terms at any time. Any changes will be announced through Bank Danamon’s official communication channels. If changes affect benefits, risks, costs, or conditions, Cardholders may raise objections in writing within 30 (thirty) business days. Failure to object within this period will be deemed as acceptance.
  6. If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid by law or court decision, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
  7. Any suspected fraud should be reported immediately to Hello Danamon.
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a member of the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).
  9. These Terms and Conditions comply with applicable laws and regulations, including those issued by the Financial Services Authority.

Reminder

Cardholders should be cautious of fraud committed by individuals impersonating Bank Danamon by promising prizes in any form. Any fraud or criminal acts by third parties on behalf of or related to the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
