Program Description

The General Terms and Conditions of the Cashback MDR QRIS Program ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") are the terms and conditions that apply to Program Participants who join the Cashback MDR QRIS Danamon Program for Regional Based Ecosystem (RBE) (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank”).

By participating, the Customer agrees to and is bound by all provisions set forth in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Acquisition Period & Program Period

  1. Acquisition Period

    Merchant Acquisition Period runs from 1 June 2025 – 31 March 2026 (“Acquisition Period”).

  2. Program Period

    The Cashback MDR QRIS Program runs for 3 (months) months from the date the Merchant successfully registers and the QR code becomes active (“Program Period”).

Program Participant Criteria

Merchants eligible to participate in this Program are:

  1. Automotive & Non-Automotive Merchants (Retail, F&B) with < 10 branches or turnover < IDR 500,000,000 per month ("Small/Medium Merchants").

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Program Participants are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The Bank reserves the right to refuse or cancel the participation of Program Participants in this Program if they do not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Program Participants are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the participation and/or cancellation of Program Participants in this Program.
  4. Bank Danamon will provide a Cashback MDR QRIS Program to Merchants, which will be credited to the Merchant's account on a monthly basis with the following details:

    Maximum QRIS Transaction Per Month (IDR)

    IDR 100,000,000

    Cashback MDR

    The first 1-3 months

    0.7%

    4th to 6th months

    0.2%


    If the number of transactions exceeds the maximum number of QRIS transactions per month, the Merchant will be charged a QRIS MDR of 0.5% (or equivalent to a 0.2% cashback) for the first 1-3 months.
  5. Cashback Program calculations will be made monthly based on the number of sales transactions for QRIS payments through Merchants during 1 (one) calendar month.
  6. The number of QRIS payment transactions calculated by Bank Danamon for this Cashback Program is based solely on the number of sales transactions for QRIS payments originating from Merchants with a regular MDR category of 0.7%.
  7. The Cashback Program will be credited directly by Bank Danamon each month, at the latest on the 15th working day after receiving confirmation in the form of a confirmation email from the Merchant.
  8. The Cashback Program credited to the Merchant's account is the total net MDR Cashback after deducting applicable taxes, if any.
  9. Bank Danamon reserves the right to review and terminate the Program at any time if the Merchant does not meet the specified terms and conditions.
  10. By conducting Transactions in accordance with the provisions set out above, Program Participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. Such Transactions constitute valid proof of the Program Participant's participation in the Program and the Program Participant's agreement to be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  11. Illustrative example of the program:

    Illustration for Program Participants who receive Cashback MDR QRIS Danamon:

    1. Small Medium Merchant (0% MDR program for Month 1 to Month 3)

      Scenario

      Cashback MDR QRIS

      Customer A participates in Cashback MDR QRIS Danamon Program

      QRIS transactions for January 2026: IDR 50,000,000

       

      Customer A is eligible for the Cashback MDR QRIS Danamon Program because their QRIS transactions in January amounted to IDR 50,000,000 and are still within the maximum monthly QRIS transaction limit of IDR 100,000,000.

      Cashback MDR Calculation:

       

      IDR 50,000,000 x 0.7% = IDR 350,000

      Gross Cashback: IDR 350,000*

      Customer B participates in Cashback MDR QRIS Danamon Program

      QRIS transactions for February 2026: IDR 100,000,000

       

      Customer B is eligible for the Cashback MDR QRIS Danamon Program because their QRIS transactions in February amounted to IDR 100,000,000 and are still within the maximum monthly QRIS transaction limit of IDR 100,000,000.

      Cashback MDR Calculation:

       

      IDR 100,000,000 x 0.7% = IDR 700,000

      Gross Cashback: IDR 700,000*

      Customer C participates in Cashback MDR QRIS Danamon Program.

      Customer C participates in Cashback MDR QRIS Danamon Program.

      1. Customer C is entitled to the Cashback MDR QRIS Danamon Program for the first IDR 100,000,000 transaction.
      2. Customer C will be charged 0.5% MDR for the next IDR 50,000,000 transaction.

      Cashback MDR Calculation:

       

      1. IDR 100,000,000 x 0.7% = IDR 700,000
      2. IDR 50,000,000 x 0.2% = IDR 100,000

      Total Gross Cashback: IDR 800,000*

      *The Cashback MDR amount will be subject to tax in accordance with applicable regulations.

    2. Small Medium Merchant (0.5% MDR program for the 4th to 6th month)

      Scenario

      Cashback MDR QRIS

      Customer A participated in the Cashback MDR QRIS Danamon Program in months 1-3, and is eligible for the 0.5% MDR Program for months 4 to 6.

       

      QRIS transactions for the period of April 2026: IDR 75,000,000

      Cashback MDR Calculation:

       

      IDR 75,000,000 x 0.2% = IDR 150,000

      Gross Cashback: IDR 150,000*

      Customer B has participated in Cashback MDR QRIS Danamon Program in months 1-3 and is entitled to the 0.5% MDR Program for months 4 to 6.

      QRIS transactions for the period of May 2026: IDR 120,000,000

      1. Customer B is entitled to the Danamon QRIS MDR Cashback Program for the first IDR 100,000,000 in transactions
      2. Customer B will be charged the standard MDR of 0.7% for the next IDR 20,000,000 in transactions.

      Cashback MDR Calculation:

      1. IDR 100,000,000 x 0.2% = IDR 200,000
      2. IDR 20,000,000 (Standard MDR applied)

      Gross Cashback: IDR 200,000*

      *The Cashback MDR amount will be subject to tax in accordance with applicable regulations.

Cashback Crediting Mechanism

  1. The number of QRIS payment transactions calculated by Bank Danamon for this Cashback Program is based solely on the number of sales transactions for QRIS payments originating from merchants in the regular MDR 0.7% category.
  2. The Cashback Program will be credited directly by Bank Danamon every month, at the latest on D+15 Business Days after receiving confirmation in the form of a confirmation email from the Merchant.
  3. The Cashback Program credited to the Merchant's account is the total net MDR Cashback after deducting taxes in accordance with the applicable tax provisions, if any.

Cardholder Complaints

  1. Customers may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, via Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or by email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The procedures for the customer complaint service may be found on the official website of the Bank at the following link: https://www.danamon.co.id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program form an inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Accounts and Banking Services” and the “General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO.” These terms and conditions remain valid unless otherwise regulated in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to revise/amend/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions will be communicated through the communication channels available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, fees, terms, and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days from the date the changes are communicated by Bank Danamon. The Customer agrees that if no objection is submitted within the specified period, the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the changes. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel their participation in the Program, provided that all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any) have been settled. The Customer declares that there are no and will not be any Transactions that indicate money laundering or other Transactions prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  3. The Customer declares that there are no and will not be any Transactions that indicate money laundering or other Transactions prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  4. In the event of any indication of fraud, misconduct and/or irregular Transactions, unreasonable Transactions, money laundering, and/or actions that violate applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the Transactions, cancel the Customer’s participation in the Program, and/or cancel the Cashback distribution to the relevant Customer. The Customer remains obligated to settle all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon.
  5. If any irregularities are found in relation to this Program or if fraud is suspected, Programme Participants are advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
  6. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been adjusted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI), and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) guarantee program.

Reminder

Customers must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon and promising Cashback in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by third parties in connection with or claiming to represent the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
