Program Description

General Terms and Conditions of the Program (“General Terms and Conditions”) constitute the terms and conditions applicable to Customers participating in Cashback Program For QRIS – Coffee (“Program”) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).

By participating, the Customer agrees to and is bound by all provisions set forth in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

Program Period is from 11 November – 30 November 2025. (“Program Period”).

Program Participant Criteria

Customers eligible to participate in this Program are those who meet the following criteria:

  1. Customers who have a Danamon savings account or;
  2. Customers who have a Danamon Credit Card and an active Savings Account during the Program Period;
  3. Customers who own and are registered on the latest version of the D-Bank PRO application; and
  4. The Program also applies to Bank Danamon employees.

Hereinafter referred to as ("Customer").

Terms and Conditions

  1. Customers are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel a Customer's participation in this Program if the Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Customer is fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims related to their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. The Program provides a cashback reward of 100% (one hundred percent) up to IDR 25,000.00 (twenty-five thousand Rupiah) ("Cashback Prize").
  5. The Program is valid if the Customer makes a payment transaction using QRIS D-Bank PRO with a savings account and/or Danamon Credit Card bearing the Visa, Mastercard, or JCB logo, with a minimum transaction of IDR 10,000.00 (ten thousand Rupiah) ("Transaction").
  6. The Program is valid for transactions at any of the following merchants: Kopi Kenangan, Janji Jiwa, TOMORO.
  7. This program is available every day from Monday to Sunday, between 06:00 and 22:00 WIB.
  8. By conducting transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to be subject to these General Terms and Conditions. Transactions made by the Customer constitute valid proof of the Customer's participation in the Program and the Customer's agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Program Terms and Conditions For Issuance of Reward

  1. Customers can receive Cashback Rewards under the following conditions:
    1. For 1 (one) Customer Information File (CIF), the Customer is only entitled to receive a maximum of 1 (one) Cashback Reward per month during the Program Period.
    2. The Cashback Reward Quota is limited to 5,000 (five thousand) transactions during the Program Period ("Program Quota").
  2. The Cashback Reward will be credited to the Customer's savings account no later than 14 (fourteen) business days after the transaction is made. If the Customer does not have a Danamon savings account, the Customer will not receive the Cashback Reward for the transaction.
  3. Customer participation in this Program is free of charge.
  4. The Customer understands and agrees that if the Program Quota is exhausted before the Program Period ends, the Customer will not receive the Cashback Reward.
  5. The Bank will remit any tax deductions (if any) arising from the Cashback Reward to the authorized tax authority. All matters relating to the calculation and reporting of taxes on Cashback Rewards received by the Customer are entirely the Customer's responsibility (self-assessment basis).
  6. If the Customer's account used to make the Transaction is inactive, blocked, or under other conditions that prevent the crediting of the Cashback Rewards, the Customer hereby acknowledges that the Cashback Rewards cannot be awarded.

Customer Complaints

  1. Customers may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, via Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or by email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. Merchant products and/or services are not Bank Danamon's products and/or services and are therefore the merchant's sole responsibility. If you encounter any issues and/or complaints regarding a merchant's products and/or services, please contact the merchant in question. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program form an inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Accounts and Banking Services” and the “General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO.” These terms and conditions remain valid unless otherwise regulated in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to revise/amend/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions will be communicated through the communication channels available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, fees, terms, and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days from the date the changes are communicated by Bank Danamon. The Customer agrees that if no objection is submitted within the specified period, the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the changes. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel their participation in the Program, provided that all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any) have been settled. The Customer declares that there are no and will not be any Transactions that indicate money laundering or other Transactions prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  3. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the Prize distribution under this Program if the Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. The Customer declares that there are no and will not be any Transactions that indicate money laundering or other Transactions prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  5. In the event of any indication of fraud, misconduct and/or irregular Transactions, unreasonable Transactions, money laundering, and/or actions that violate applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the Transactions, cancel the Customer’s participation in the Program, and/or cancel the Cashback distribution to the relevant Customer. The Customer remains obligated to settle all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon.
  6. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been adjusted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI), and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) guarantee program.

Reminder

Customers must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon and promising Cashback in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by third parties in connection with or claiming to represent the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
