Program Description

The General Terms and Conditions of the My Own Installment Program (Installment Conversion) for Overseas Transactions through the D-Bank PRO Application (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) constitute the terms and conditions applicable to Cardholders participating in the My Own Installment Program (Installment Conversion) 0% for Overseas Transactions through D-Bank PRO (“Program”), organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”), and form an integral and inseparable part of the Cardholder’s application through D-Bank PRO (“Application”).

Program Period

This Program is valid for applications submitted from October 20, 2025, until September 30, 2026 (“Program Period”).

Program Participant Criteria

Customers eligible to participate in this Program are as follows:

  1. Customers who hold an active Bank Danamon credit card or charge card during the Program Period.
  2. Customers who make transactions as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Program also applies to Bank Danamon employees.

Hereinafter referred to as (“Cardholder”).

Terms and Conditions

  1. Cardholders must read, understand, and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program when applying for installments through D-Bank PRO.
  2. Cardholders must register by completing and submitting their participation in the Program through the D-Bank PRO application, which forms an integral and inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Cardholders are fully responsible for any risks, losses, claims, lawsuits, and/or demands related to their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. Applies to all Danamon Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express) and Danamon Charge Cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) (“Cards”).
  5. This Program does not apply to corporate card types.
  6. Cards must be active, not overdue, and not blocked.
  7. The cards and transactions included and submitted in this Program are those selected by the primary Cardholder through the D-Bank PRO application.
  8. The minimum transaction amount that can be converted into installments is IDR 1,000,000 (one million rupiah), and the maximum transaction amount is IDR 50,000,000 (fifty million rupiah), with installment periods of 6 (six) and 12 (twelve) months.
  9. The following are the tenors and administrative fees for this Program:

  10. Only retail transactions can be converted into installments and do not include cash advances, insurance premium payments, fund transfers, bill payments, installment transactions or those already converted into installments, and transaction fees.
  11. Transactions made in currencies other than Rupiah will be converted into Rupiah according to the conversion rules based on the exchange rate applicable to Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express principals, as well as the conversion fee determined by Bank Danamon at the time the transaction is posted by Bank Danamon. Therefore, the transaction amount in Rupiah displayed in the D-Bank PRO application before posting may differ from the amount after posting.
  12. The installment amount displayed on the D-Bank PRO application confirmation page is only an estimated calculation based on the Cardholder’s selected tenor and interest. The actual installment amount will be as stated on the Cardholder’s billing statement.
  13. Interest charges and administrative fees will follow the selected installment period and will be applied to each transaction converted into installments.
  14. The conversion of transactions into installments will be processed within 1–2 business days after the transaction is successfully posted. If the transaction is not posted within 5 business days, the Program application will be canceled.
  15. If necessary, Bank Danamon may confirm by phone to the Cardholder’s mobile number registered in Bank Danamon’s system.
  16. Bank Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel the Cardholder’s participation in the Program if the General Terms and Conditions of the Program are not met and/or based on Bank Danamon’s assessment or review that does not comply with its policies.
  17. Cardholders will receive notification of the Program application via the email address registered in Bank Danamon’s system.
  18. Any early repayment or cancellation of Program transactions will incur a penalty fee of 5% of the remaining principal of the Program loan and any interest accrued at that time (if applicable).
  19. For any late payment of Program installments, the Cardholder will be charged a penalty according to Bank Danamon’s applicable fee schedule.
  20. If the Cardholder fails to pay the minimum amount due on the Credit Card or Charge Card (or fails to pay the full amount for American Express Charge Cards) for two consecutive months by the due date, Bank Danamon will collect the entire remaining principal of the Program loan plus a penalty fee of 5% of the remaining principal, late payment penalties, and any interest accrued at that time (if applicable).
  21. For the purposes of this Program, the Cardholder hereby authorizes Bank Danamon to convert transactions from the Cardholder’s Card into installments.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. All transactions must not indicate money laundering or any other transactions prohibited under applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  2. If there is a report of suspected fraud, irregularities, and/or transaction deviations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction and/or Program application. However, such cancellation by Bank Danamon does not eliminate the Cardholder’s obligation to pay all outstanding Danamon Credit Card bills.
  3. Other terms and conditions related to products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, remain valid and binding on the Cardholder and form an integral and inseparable part of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program form an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Accounts and Banking Services” and the “General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Credit Card Membership.”
  5. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to amend, modify, or supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program. For this purpose, Bank Danamon will notify the Cardholder within a reasonable period or as stipulated by applicable laws and regulations through Bank Danamon branches and/or other communication media based on the latest data recorded by Bank Danamon.
  6. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, fees, or these general terms and conditions, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through its communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will consider the Cardholder to have accepted the changes if no objection is submitted within that period. If the Cardholder does not agree to the changes, the Cardholder has the right to close the product and/or service after first settling all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon.
  7. Cardholders may submit complaints regarding banking transactions/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  8. Procedures regarding complaint handling services applicable at Bank Danamon can be accessed through the website: https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  9. This agreement has been adjusted to comply with applicable regulations, including those of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  10. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

Reminder

Cardholders must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon and promising rewards in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by third parties associated with or claiming to represent the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
