Program Description

General Terms and Conditions of the Top It Up (TIUP) – Gift iPhone 17 Series Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions that apply to Customers who participate in the Top It Up (TIUP) – Gift iPhone 17 Series Program (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) and form an integral and inseparable part of the Top It Up (TIUP) – Gift iPhone 17 Series Program Participation Form (“Program Participation Form”).

Customers hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The program is valid from 16 October 2025 to 31 October 2025 ("Program Period").

Program Participant Criteria

This program is applicable only to Bank Danamon customers who meet the following criteria ("Customers"):

  1. Individual customers who have a Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB savings account or corporate customers who have a Danamon LEBIH/Danamon LEBIH iB savings account; or

Terms and Conditions

  1. Every Customer participating in this Program must first register by completing and signing the Program Participation Form.
  2. Customers must ensure that they have updated their data, including but not limited to their address, telephone number and email address.
  3. Customers must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Customer's participation in this Program if the Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  5. Customers are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  6. The Program is valid for Customers who have completed the Form, deposited funds, hold funds and/or opened an account as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  7. The Program Scheme options are as follows:
    1. Hold Funds Scheme
      1. Customers are required to deposit fresh funds into their Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB/Danamon LEBIH/Danamon LEBIH iB accounts by: (i) depositing cash into the account through a Bank Danamon branch office; or (ii) funds transferred to the Customer's account used for participation in this program originating from another bank account ("Fresh Fund Deposit").
      2. Customer funds must be hold in accordance with the nominal amount listed in the table in point III.7.a.4 below, on the same day as the Customer's participation in this Program.
      3. Fresh Fund Placement must be made a maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days before hold the funds.
      4. Customers who have made Fresh Fund Placement and Hold Fund will receive prizes as specified in the table below ("Fresh Fund Grand Prize"):

    2. Term Savings Scheme
      1. The Term Savings Scheme applies specifically to individual customers.
      2. Customers are required to open a Tabungan Cita2Ku Berhadiah Account/iB Hajj Savings Plan by filling out the Tabungan Cita2Ku Berhadiah Account/iB Hajj Savings Plan account opening form at a Bank Danamon branch office, with a savings period in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program for Term Savings Schemes.
      3. Customers are required to provide funds in the amount of the Initial Deposit and one Monthly Deposit (for the first debit) in their Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account, which will be the source account for debits to their Tabungan Cita2ku Berhadiah Account/Tabungan Rencana Haji iB account. The debit must be successfully made on the same date as the opening date of the Tabungan Cita2ku Berhadiah Account/Haji Savings Plan, in accordance with the Initial Deposit and Monthly Deposit amounts stated in point III.7.b.v below.
      4. Customers must provide funds in the minimum amount of the Monthly Deposit (for the second and subsequent Monthly Deposits) and a minimum balance in the Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account used as the source account for debiting to the Tabungan Cita2ku Berhadiah Account/Tabungan Rencana Haji iB Account each month, before the debit date to the Tabungan Cita2ku Berhadiah Account/Tabungan Rencana Haji iB account.
      5. Customers who have fulfilled the provisions in points ii to iii above will receive a prize with the following conditions ("Grand Prize for Term Savings"):

  8. Customers who open a Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB savings account a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days prior to participating in the Program and who meet all the General Terms and Conditions of the Program will receive an additional prize in the form of a MAP e-Voucher worth IDR 100,000 (one hundred thousand rupiah) ("Additional Prize").
  9. 1 (one) Customer is only eligible to receive the Additional Gift 1 (one) time during the Program Period.
  10. Customers may participate in this Program more than 1 (one) time during the Program Period.
  11. Customers will still receive interest (conventional) or profit sharing (sharia) in accordance with applicable regulations.
  12. Customers may cancel their participation and unhold their funds in this Program by visiting the Bank Danamon branch where they registered for the Program and are required to sign:
    1. Program Cancellation Form (for customers participating in the Hold Funds Scheme); or
    2. Program Cancellation Form and Tabungan Cita2ku Berhadiah Account/Tabungan Rencana Haji iB Account Closure Form (for customers participating in the Term Savings Account Opening Scheme).
  13. Customers who cancel their participation in the Program will be charged a Penalty Fee/Prize Replacement Fee by Bank Danamon debiting the Bank Danamon account in the customer's name.

Ketentuan Pemberian Hadiah

  1. The Fresh Fund Grand Prize, Term Deposit Grand Prize and/or Additional Prize ("Prize") will be given to Customers within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) working days, starting from 31 October 2025. Information regarding the status of fulfilment of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program can be obtained at the latest by the end of the following month through the Bank Danamon branch office where the Customer participates in this Program.
  2. Prizes will be sent to the Customer's address as recorded in the Bank Danamon system. If Bank Danamon is unable to deliver the Prize due to an incomplete Customer address or an address that differs from that recorded in Bank Danamon's system, the Prize will be sent to the Bank Danamon branch office where the Customer participates in the Program. The Bank Danamon branch office will inform the Customer so that the Customer can collect the Prize themselves at the designated Bank Danamon branch office.
  3. Specifically for prizes in the form of e-vouchers, the following conditions apply:
    1. Bank Danamon will send a link containing a confirmation form for the e-voucher prize via email to the customer's email address registered in the Bank Danamon system within a maximum of 20 (twenty) working days from the date of funds hold and/or declared to have fulfilled all the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    2. By filling out the form on the link, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Customer is providing the data to a third party gift provider that collaborates with Bank Danamon.
    3. The Customer is required to complete their personal data (name, shipping address, telephone number, email address) on the form in the link within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date Bank Danamon sends the confirmation form link.
    4. The failure to receive or deliver the e-voucher prize due to delays or errors in filling out the data on the link is entirely the Customer's responsibility.
    5. The validity period of the e-voucher prize and its terms and conditions refer to the applicable terms and conditions of the e-voucher in question.
  4. Specifically for Joint Accounts (Joint OR or Joint AND), prizes must be accepted by all account holders. If one of the account holders is unable to accept the prize, the account holder who is unable to do so may authorise another account holder to accept the prize.
  5. The type and colour of the prize cannot be selected.
  6. Prize tax is borne by Bank Danamon. All matters relating to the calculation and reporting of tax on gifts received by customers are entirely the responsibility of the customer (self assessment basis).
  7. All types of gifts received by customers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
  8. Bank Danamon does not guarantee the prizes obtained by customers under this program. Therefore, any complaints regarding the quality of the prizes must be addressed directly to the prize manufacturer.
  9. Customers are required to inspect the Prize before accepting it. If the Prize received by the Customer is damaged/defective (due to manufacturing/shipping), the Customer must report this to the Bank Danamon branch office where they registered for the Program no later than 1 (one) working day after the Gift is received by the Customer.

  • As the Customer's funds for this Program were received more than 7 (seven) calendar days before Hold Fund was carried out, the Customer was not eligible to participate in this Program.

  • As the customer has met the program terms and conditions, the customer is eligible to participate in this program.

  • The customer was offered and agreed to participate in the Program.
  • The customer opened a Tabungan Cita2Ku Berhadiah account to participate in the program, making an initial deposit of IDR 110 million and one monthly deposit of IDR 6.3 million from their Danamon LEBIH source account.
  • As the customer used a Danamon LEBIH source account, they were not eligible to participate in this program.

Customer F (Existing Customer)

  • Product: Tabungan Cita2Ku Berhadiah
  • Source Account: Danamon LEBIH PRO
  • Tenor: 60 months
  • Initial Deposit: IDR 110 million
  • Monthly Deposit: IDR 6.3 million
  • Prize: iPhone 17 Pro Max 2 TB
  • In the third, fourth, and fifth months, the customer did not provide funds in their Danamon LEBIH PRO account equivalent to one monthly deposit for three consecutive months, resulting in a failed debit.
  • Customers are offered and agree to participate in the Program.
  • The customer opens a Tabungan Cita2Ku Berhadiah account to participate in the program, where the customer makes an initial deposit of IDR 110 million and one monthly deposit of IDR 6.3 million from their Danamon LEBIH PRO source account.
  • As the customer has met the program terms and conditions, they are eligible to participate in this program and receive an iPhone 17 Pro Max 2 TB as a reward.
  • In the 3rd, 4th, and 5th months consecutively, the customer did not make a monthly deposit of IDR 6.3 million into the Tabungan Cita2Ku Berhadiah account, so the account will be closed by Bank Danamon and the customer will be charged a penalty fee of IDR 55,000,000. The penalty fee will be paid by the customer in a single payment, with Bank Danamon debiting the customer's account at Bank Danamon.

Power of Attorney

  1. The Customer hereby authorises Bank Danamon to: (i) hold and unhold funds in accordance with the Participation Form and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program; and/or (ii) debit the Customer's account at Bank Danamon for the payment of initial deposits, monthly deposits and/or penalty fees/replacement fees if the Customer cancels the Program in accordance with the Cancellation Form and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The authority granted by the Customer in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is granted to Bank Danamon with the right of substitution and as long as the Customer's obligations to the Bank have not been fully fulfilled, such authority cannot be revoked or terminated for any reason, including but not limited to the reasons mentioned in Article 1813 (termination of authority: by the revocation of the authority by the authorised person; by notification of termination of authority by the authorised person; by the death, incapacity or bankruptcy of the principal or the authorised person), 1814 (the principal may revoke the authority whenever he/she so desires, and if there are grounds for doing so, compel the attorney to return the power of attorney held by him) and 1816 (the appointment of a new attorney to carry out the same affairs shall result in the revocation of the first power of attorney, effective from the date of notification of the appointment to the latter) The Civil Code and these powers are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

  1. Customers may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. General Terms and Conditions This programme is an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk", "General Terms and Conditions for Sharia Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk", the “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon LEBIH PRO Savings Accounts”, the “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon LEBIH PRO iB Savings Accounts”, the General Terms and Conditions for Danamon LEBIH Savings Accounts”, the “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon LEBIH iB Savings Accounts”, “General Terms and Conditions for Tabungan Cita2Ku Berhadiah account”, “General Terms and Conditions for Tabungan Rencana Haji iB” and/or other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Programme, the General Terms and Conditions of the Programme shall prevail.
  2. The terms and conditions related to e-Voucher and physical voucher prizes, including but not limited to the technicalities of redemption at vendors appointed by Bank Danamon, the validity period of vouchers/e-Vouchers, shall be subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by vendors appointed by Bank Danamon.
  3. Customers hereby agree and acknowledge that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Programme from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Programme will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Customer has the right to submit their objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of the change by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the changes if the Customer does not submit an objection within that period. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first settling all of the Customer's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  4. If any provision in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program is prohibited or cannot be implemented or becomes invalid or is declared null and void by a government or court ruling, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, and the other provisions shall remain valid and binding and can be implemented as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  5. The Customer declares that there are no and will be no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  6. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the Program, and/or the awarding of prizes to the Customer concerned. Customers remain obligated to settle all their obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  7. Customers agree that funds placed in savings accounts with returns above the maximum interest rate guaranteed by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation are not guaranteed by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation. Prizes received by Customers are also calculated as a component of the maximum guaranteed interest rate. Customers can find out about changes to the maximum guaranteed interest rate through Bank Danamon branches or through Hello Danamon.
  8. The General Terms and Conditions of this program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority and the provisions on guaranteed interest rates based on the regulations of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.
  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Warning

Customers must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising gifts of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
