- In the third, fourth, and fifth months, the customer did not provide funds in their Danamon LEBIH PRO account equivalent to one monthly deposit for three consecutive months, resulting in a failed debit.

- Customers are offered and agree to participate in the Program.
- The customer opens a Tabungan Cita2Ku Berhadiah account to participate in the program, where the customer makes an initial deposit of IDR 110 million and one monthly deposit of IDR 6.3 million from their Danamon LEBIH PRO source account.
- As the customer has met the program terms and conditions, they are eligible to participate in this program and receive an iPhone 17 Pro Max 2 TB as a reward.
- In the 3rd, 4th, and 5th months consecutively, the customer did not make a monthly deposit of IDR 6.3 million into the Tabungan Cita2Ku Berhadiah account, so the account will be closed by Bank Danamon and the customer will be charged a penalty fee of IDR 55,000,000. The penalty fee will be paid by the customer in a single payment, with Bank Danamon debiting the customer's account at Bank Danamon.
