Program Description

The General Terms and Conditions of this Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions that apply to Customers who participate in the Persembahan Kasih Program ("Program") organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") and form an integral and inseparable part of the Persembahan Kasih Program Participation Form ("Program Participation Form").

Customers hereby agree and bind themselves to all the provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The program is valid from 1 October 2025 to 28 November 2025 ("Program Period").

Program Participant Criteria

This program is open to individuals who are members of The Catholic Professionals and Entrepreneurs Organisation ("Customers").

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Every Customer participating in this Program must first register by completing and signing the Program Participation Form.
  2. Customers must ensure that they have updated their data, including but not limited to their address, telephone number and email address.
  3. Customers must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  4. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Customer's participation in this Programme if the Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  5. Customers are solely responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  6. Customers must have a Danamon LEBIH PRO savings account. If the customer does not yet have a Danamon LEBIH PRO savings account, they must first open a Danamon LEBIH PRO savings account.
  7. The Program Scheme options are as follows:
    1. Fund Blocking Scheme
      1. Customers are required to deposit fresh funds into their Danamon LEBIH PRO account by: (i) depositing cash into the account through a Bank Danamon branch office; or (ii) transferring funds to the Customer's account used to participate in this program from another bank account ("Fresh Fund Deposit").
      2. Customer funds must be blocked on the same day that the Customer participates in this Program.
      3. Fresh Fund Deposits must be made a maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days before the funds are blocked.
      4. Customers who have placed Fresh Fund deposits and blocked funds will receive a Persembahan kasih ("Persembahan Kasih"), subject to the conditions in the table below:

    2. Fixed Term Savings Scheme
      1. Customers are required to open a Tabungan Cita2Ku Berhadiah account by filling out the Tabungan Cita2Ku Berhadiah account opening form at a Bank Danamon branch.
      2. Customers are required to provide funds equivalent to one Monthly Deposit (for the first debit) in their Danamon LEBIH PRO account, which will be used as the source account for debits to their Tabungan Cita2ku Berhadiah Account. The debit must be successfully completed no later than 1 (one) business day after the opening date of the Tabungan Cita2Ku Berhadiah Account, in accordance with the Monthly Deposit amount stated in accordance with the Monthly Deposit amount stated in point 7.2.4.
      3. Customers must provide funds in the minimum amount of the Monthly Deposit (for the second and subsequent Monthly Deposits) and a minimum balance in their Danamon LEBIH PRO account, which is used as the source account for debits to their Tabungan Cita2ku Berhadiah Account, every month, before the date of the debit to their Tabungan Cita2ku Berhadiah Account.
      4. Customers who have fulfilled the requirements as stated in points 1 and 2 above will receive a Persembahan Kasih as specified in the table below:

  8. Customers may participate in this Program more than once during the Program Period.
  9. Customers will continue to receive the (conventional) interest rate in accordance with the applicable provisions.
  10. Customers may cancel their participation in this Program by visiting the Bank Danamon branch where they registered for the Program, and they are required to sign:
    1. Program Cancellation Form (for customers participating in the Fund Blocking Scheme); or
    2. Program Cancellation Form and Tabungan Cita2ku Berhadiah Account Closure Form (for customers participating in the Term Savings Account Opening Scheme).
  11. In the event of cancellation of participation in the Program or failure to comply with all Terms and Conditions of the Program (including failure to make Monthly Deposits for the Fixed Term Savings Scheme), the Customer will be charged a Penalty Fee in accordance with the provisions of 7.1.4 or 7.2.4 above. The Penalty Fee shall be paid by the Customer in a lump sum by Bank Danamon debiting the Customer's account at Bank Danamon.

Terms and Conditions for Persembahan Kasih

  1. The Customer agrees that the Donation will be transferred to the National Catholic Professional and Entrepreneur Organisation ("PUKATNAS") if, during the Program Period, there are a minimum of 20 (twenty) Program Schemes participated in by the Customer (either the Fund Blocking Scheme and/or the Term Deposit Scheme).
  2. If at the end of the Program Period the provisions of point 1 (one) above have not been met, the Donation will be credited by Bank Danamon to the Customer's Danamon LEBIH PRO account that meets the General Terms and Conditions of the Program no later than 20 working days from the end of the Program Period.
  3. The tax on the Donation shall be borne by Bank Danamon. All matters related to the calculation and reporting of taxes on the Persembahan Kasih received by the Customer or the PUKAT Nasional Religious Institution are the sole responsibility of the Customer or the PUKAT Nasional Religious Institution (self-assessment basis).

  • At the end of the Program Period, there were at least 20 (twenty) Fund Blocking Schemes and/or Term Deposit Schemes, so the Persembahan Kasih will be credited by Bank Danamon to the Customer's Danamon LEBIH PRO account no later than 20 working days from the end of the Program Period.

  • The customer filled out the Program Participation Form and blocked the funds on 23 October 2025.
  • At the end of the Program Period, there were 20 (twenty) Fund Blocking Schemes and/or Term Deposit Schemes, so the Persembahan Kasih will be credited by Bank Danamon to PUKATNAS's Danamon account no later than 20 working days from the end of the Program Period.

  • Reward: Persembahan Kasih of IDR 1,800,000
  • The Customer was offered and agreed to participate in the Program.
  • The Customer opened a Tabungan Cita2Ku Berhadiah Account to participate in the program, whereby they made monthly deposits of IDR 10 million from their Danamon LEBIH PRO source account.
  • At the end of the Program Period, there were no fewer than 20 (twenty) Fund Blocking Schemes and/or Term Deposit Schemes, so that the Persembahan Kasih will be credited by Bank Danamon to the Customer's Danamon LEBIH PRO account no later than 20 working days from the end of the Program Period.

    IDR 1,800,000

  • In the third, fourth, and fifth months, the customer did not provide funds in their Danamon LEBIH PRO account equal to one monthly deposit each month for three consecutive months, resulting in a failed debit.
  • The customer was offered and agreed to participate in the Program.
  • The customer opened a Tabungan Cita2Ku Berhadiah Account to participate in the program, where they made monthly deposits of IDR 10 million from their Danamon LEBIH PRO source account.
  • At the end of the Program Period (28 November 2025), there were 20 (twenty) Fund Blocking Schemes and/or Term Deposit Schemes, so that the Persembahan Kasih will be credited by Bank Danamon to the PUKATNAS account no later than 20 working days from the end of the Program Period.
  • In the 3rd, 4th, and 5th months, the customer did not make a monthly deposit of IDR 10 million to the Tabungan Cita2Ku Berhadiah Account, so the account will be closed by Bank Danamon and the Customer will be charged a Penalty Fee of IDR 2,500,000. The Penalty Fee will be paid by the Customer at once by Bank Danamon debiting the Tabungan Cita2Ku Berhadiah Account in the Customer's name at Bank Danamon. The remaining balance in the Tabungan Cita2Ku Berhadiah Account will be transferred to the Customer's Danamon LEBIH PRO account.

Power of Attorney

  1. The Customer hereby authorises Bank Danamon to: (i) block and unblock funds in accordance with the Participation Form and the General Terms and Conditions of this Program; and/or (ii) debit the Customer's account at Bank Danamon for monthly deposits and/or penalties or gift replacement fees if the Customer cancels the Program in accordance with the Cancellation Form and the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. (iii) send the Customer's Donation to the account of the PUKAT Nasional Religious Institution as agreed by the Customer
  2. The power of attorney granted by the Customer in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program is granted to Bank Danamon with the right of substitution and as long as the Customer's obligations to the Bank have not been fully fulfilled, such powers of attorney cannot be revoked or terminated for any reason, including but not limited to the reasons mentioned in Article 1813 (Termination of power of attorney: upon revocation of the power of attorney by the attorney; upon notification of termination of the power of attorney by the attorney; upon the death, incapacity or bankruptcy of the principal or the attorney), 1814 (the principal may revoke the power of attorney whenever he/she so desires, and if there are grounds for doing so, compel the attorney to return the power of attorney held by him) and 1816 (the appointment of a new attorney to carry out the same business shall result in the revocation of the first power of attorney, effective from the date of notification of the appointment to the latter) The Civil Code and these powers are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

Customer Complaints

  1. Customers may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program is an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk", "General Terms and Conditions for Danamon LEBIH PRO Savings", the ‘General Terms and Conditions for Tabungan Cita2Ku Berhadiah", and/or other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
  2. Customers hereby agree and acknowledge that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of the change by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the changes if the Customer does not submit an objection within that period. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first settling all of the Customer's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  3. If any provision in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program is prohibited or cannot be implemented or becomes invalid or is declared null and void by a government or court ruling, this shall not affect the validity of other provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, and the other provisions shall remain valid and binding and can be implemented as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  4. The Customer declares that there are no and will be no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  5. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering, and/or actions that do not comply with laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the Program, and/or cancel the gift offering to the Customer concerned. The Customer remains obligated to settle all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  6. Customers agree that funds placed in savings accounts with returns above the maximum interest rate guaranteed by the Deposit Insurance Corporation are not guaranteed by the Deposit Insurance Corporation. Gifts received by Customers are also calculated as a component of the maximum guaranteed interest rate. Customers can find out about changes to the maximum guaranteed interest rate through Bank Danamon branches or through Hello Danamon.
  7. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been adjusted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including those issued by the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan and the Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan regarding interest rate guarantees.
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan guarantee program.

Reminder

Customers must exercise caution against fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon and offering rewards in any form. Any fraudulent acts or other criminal activities carried out by third parties in connection with or claiming to represent the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
