Program Description

The General Terms and Conditions of the Top It Up Program (TIUP) – Gift Special SSO (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions that apply to Customers participating in the Top It Up Program (TIUP) – Gift Special SSO (“Program”) organised by PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) and form an integral and inseparable part of the Top It Up Program (TIUP) – Gift Special SSO Form (“Form”). Customers hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The program is valid from 13 January 2026 – 31 March 2026 (“Program Period”).

Program Participant Criteria

This program is open to Danamon’s individual customers who meet the following criteria ("Customers") who have Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB savings account.

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Every Customer participating in this Program must first register by completing and signing the Program Participation Form.
  2. Customers must ensure that they have updated their data, including but not limited to their address, telephone number and email address.
  3. Customers must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Customer's participation in this Program if the Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  5. Customers are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  6. The Program is valid for Customers who have completed the Form, deposited funds, hold funds and/or opened an account as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  7. Customers are required to deposit fresh funds into their Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB/Danamon LEBIH/Danamon LEBIH iB accounts by: (i) depositing cash into the account through a Bank Danamon branch office; or (ii) funds transferred to the Customer's account used for participation in this program originating from another bank account ("Fresh Fund Deposit").
  8. Customer funds must be hold in accordance with the nominal amount listed in the table in point III.10 below, on the same day as the Customer's participation in this Program.
  9. Fresh Fund Placements must be made a maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days before hold the funds.
  10. Customers who have made Fresh Fund Placements and hold funds will receive prizes as specified in the table below ("Fresh Fund Grand Prizes"):

  11. Customers may participate in this Program more than once during the Program Period.
  12. Customers will continue to receive interest (conventional) or profit sharing (sharia) in accordance with applicable regulations.
  13. Customers may cancel their participation and unhold their funds in this Program by visiting the Bank Danamon branch where they registered for the Program.
  14. Customers who cancel their participation in the Program will be charged a Penalty Fee/Prize Replacement Fee as shown at point III.10 by Bank Danamon debiting the Bank Danamon account in the Customer's name.

Terms & Condition for Reward Distribution

  1. The Grand Prize will be awarded within a maximum period of 20 (twenty) working days from the date the Customer's funds are blocked and/or declared to have fulfilled all the General Terms and Conditions of the Program to the Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account participating in the program. Information regarding the status of fulfilment of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program can be obtained at the latest at the end of the following month through the Bank Danamon branch office where the Customer participates in this Program.
  2. Specifically for prizes in the form of cashback, they will be credited to the Danamon LEBIH PRO account participating in the Program.
  3. Specifically for prizes in the form of e-vouchers, these will be given to customers via email or WhatsApp Blast from the mobile phone number registered in the Bank Danamon system.
  4. Prize tax is borne by Bank Danamon. All matters relating to the calculation and reporting of tax on prizes received by customers are entirely the responsibility of the customer (self assessment basis).
  5. Danamon Bank is not the guarantor of the prizes obtained by customers under this Program; therefore, any complaints regarding the quality of the prizes must be directed to the prize manufacturer.

  • Since the customer used fresh funds deposited within 7 (seven) calendar days prior to the blocking, the customer is eligible to participate in this program.
  • The customer will receive a Grand Prize of IDR 150,000.00 cashback.

  • The customer has had Danamon LEBIH PRO iB since 10 January 2026. On 17 January 2026, they deposited fresh funds, namely a transfer from another bank to their Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account in the amount of IDR 25 million, and blocked the funds on the same day.
  • Since the customer used fresh funds deposited within 7 (seven) calendar days prior to the blocking, the customer is eligible to participate in this program.
  • The Customer will receive the Main Prize in the form of a MAP e-Voucher worth IDR 150,000.00.

  • New customers opened a Danamon LEBIH PRO account on 11 January 2026 and deposited fresh funds, i.e. transferred IDR 25 million from another bank to their Danamon LEBIH PRO account on the same day. Customers blocked the funds on 11 January 2026.
  • Since the customer used fresh funds deposited within 7 (seven) calendar days prior to the blocking, the customer is eligible to participate in this program.
  • The customer will receive a Grand Prize of IDR 150,000.00 cashback.
  • On 2 November 2025, the Customer requests to cancel the program, so the Customer's funds in the Danamon LEBIH PRO account amounting to IDR 200,000 will be debited as a Penalty Fee for cancelling before the 3-month tenor ends.

  • The customer has had Danamon LEBIH PRO iB since 20 October 2025. On 20 January 2026, they placed fresh funds, namely a transfer from another bank to their Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account in the amount of IDR 25 Million, and blocked the funds on the same day.
  • Since the customer used fresh funds deposited within 7 (seven) calendar days prior to the blocking, the customer is eligible to participate in this program
  • The Customer will receive a Grand Prize in the form of a MAP e-Voucher worth IDR 150,000.00.
  • On 3 November 2025, the Customer requests to cancel the program, so the Customer's funds in the Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account amounting to IDR 200,000 will be debited as a Prize Return Fee for cancelling before the 3-month tenor ends.

Power of Attorney

  1. The Customer hereby authorises Bank Danamon to: (i) block and unblock funds in accordance with the Cancellation Form and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program; and/or (ii) debit the Customer's account at Bank Danamon for the payment of Penalty Fees if the Customer cancels the Program or fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The authorisation granted by the Customer in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program is granted to the Bank with the right of substitution and as long as the Customer's obligations to the Bank have not been fully fulfilled, such authorisations cannot be revoked or terminated for any reason, including but not limited to the reasons stated in Article 1813 (termination of authority: by the revocation of the authority by the principal; by notification of termination of authority by the principal; by the death, incapacity or bankruptcy of the principal or the agent), 1814 (the principal may revoke the authority whenever he/she so desires, and if there are grounds for doing so, compel the attorney to return the power of attorney held by him) and 1816 (the appointment of a new attorney to carry out the same business shall result in the revocation of the first power of attorney, effective from the date of notification of the appointment to the latter) The Civil Code and these powers are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

Customer Complaints

  1. Customers may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The complaint handling procedure can be accessed via the website: https://www.danamon.co.id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. This Program forms an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions for banking account and services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk“, “General Terms and Conditions for Sharia banking account and services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk”, “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon LEBIH PRO account”, “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account”, and/or other relevant banking product and service terms and conditions. In case of any difference or contradiction between these documents and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall apply
  2. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services and the General Terms and Conditions of Sharia Accounts and Banking Services issued by Bank Danamon. These terms and conditions remain in force unless otherwise stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  3. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the changes if the Customer does not submit an objection within that period. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first settling all of the Customer's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  4. The Customer declares that there are no and will be no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  5. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the Program, and/or the awarding of rewards to the Customer concerned. Customers remain obligated to settle all their obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  6. If any provision in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program is prohibited or cannot be implemented or becomes invalid or is declared null and void by a government or court decision, this shall not affect the validity of other provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, and the other provisions shall remain valid and binding and can be implemented as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  7. The Customer agrees that the placement of funds in a savings account with a return above the maximum interest rate guaranteed by the Deposit Insurance Corporation is not guaranteed by the Deposit Insurance Corporation. The prize received by the Customer is also calculated as a component of the maximum guaranteed interest rate. The Customer can find out about changes to the maximum guaranteed interest rate through a Bank Danamon branch office or through Hello Danamon.
  8. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the provisions on guaranteed interest rates based on the regulations of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).
  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).

Warning

Customers must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising gifts of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of Bank Danamon or the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
