Program Description

These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern the Danamon Privilege Debit/ATM Card Cashback Program ("Program") organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon"). The Program is applicable to Danamon Privilege Customers who meet the eligibility criteria described below. By participating in the Program, the Customer agrees to be bound by all provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

Program Period

Program period shall commence on May - December 2026 (“Program Period”).

Program Participant Criteria

This program is open only to participants who meet the following criteria (“Program Participants”):

  1. Program Participants registered with the Danamon Privilege Service with a minimum average balance of total managed funds comprising the average balance of Savings, Current Accounts, Deposits, Investment Products and Unit-Linked Bancassurance Products (“Total Managed Funds”) of IDR 500,000,000.00 (five hundred million rupiah) during the transaction month.
  2. Program Participants must hold an active Danamon Privilege Debit/ATM Card.
  3. Program Participants must hold at least 1 (one) active Rupiah Savings account with a single account status, linked to a Danamon Privilege Debit/ATM Card.

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Program Participants must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The Bank reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Program Participant’s participation in this Program if the Program Participant fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Program Participants are fully responsible for all risks, losses, demands, lawsuits and/or claims relating to their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. Program Participants must carry out transactions totalling a minimum of IDR 10,000,000 (ten million rupiah) within 1 (one) month using the Danamon Privilege Debit/ATM Card, subject to the following conditions (“Transactions”):
    1. purchase/payment transactions via an EDC machine at any merchant via a POS (Point of Sale); or
    2. online or e-commerce purchase/payment transactions at any merchant via a POS (excluding e-wallet apps).
  5. The program does not apply to purchases or payments made via ATMs and/or the D-Bank PRO app.
  6. If a transaction is conducted in a currency other than the rupiah, the transaction value taken into account will be the transaction value in rupiah, calculated using the exchange rate applicable at Bank Danamon.
  7. By carrying out Transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Programme, Program Participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The execution of such transactions constitutes valid proof of the Program Participant’s participation in the Program and the Program Participant’s agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Rewards

  1. Programme participants who have carried out Transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will receive a cashback reward (“Reward”) based on the accumulated value of Danamon Privilege Debit/ATM Card Transactions over a period of 1 (one) month, subject to the following conditions:

  2. Reward Quota is set for each Tier and awarded to Program Participants who are the first to reach a minimum total accumulated Transaction value of IDR 10,000,000.00 (ten million rupiah) in the relevant month, in accordance with the quota available for each Tier as referred to in point IV.1.
  3. In the event that more than one Customer achieves the same total accumulated Transaction amount on the same date, the allocation of the Prize quota shall be determined based on the following order of priority:
    1. the nominal amount of accumulated payment transactions using the Danamon Privilege Debit/ATM Card during a one-month period;
    2. the average total managed funds over a one-month period; and
    3. the number of payment transactions using the Danamon Privilege Debit/ATM Card over a one-month period.
  4. In the event that the Reward quota for Tier 2 (Total Assets Under Management ≥ IDR 5,000,000,000) has been met, Customers meeting the Tier 2 criteria will no longer receive Rewards under Tier 2 and will be transferred to Tier 1, with a maximum cashback of IDR 500,000, provided the Reward quota for Tier 1 remains available and based on the order of achievement of accumulated Transactions as referred to in point IV.2. If the Reward quota for Tier 1 has also been met, the Customer is not entitled to receive a Reward.
  5. Rewards will be credited to the Program Participant’s rupiah savings account linked to the Danamon Privilege Debit/ATM Card used for the Transaction, no later than 30 (thirty) working days from the last date of the Transaction month.
  6. The verification process for Transactions is entirely at the discretion of Bank Danamon.
  7. In the event that the Reward quota has been exceeded, the Program Participant agrees that they will not receive a Reward, even if the Programme Period has not yet ended.
  8. Bank Danamon applies the applicable tax regulations to this Program. Any tax liabilities arising from the Program (if any) are the responsibility of Bank Danamon and the Customer towards the tax authorities.

Scenario Explanation:
  1. Program Participant A is not eligible for cashback as they did not meet the minimum total spending requirement in May 2026.
  2. Program Participant B receives a cashback on both transactions made by the Program participant in May 2026 as they have met the minimum total spending requirement and are classified as Privilege with AUM ON & OFF ≥ IDR 500,000,000 at a rate of 5% (IDR 500,000).
  3. Program Participant C is not eligible to receive cashback because they are the 1,000th participant out of a total of 1,001 quotas available each month for participants with AUM ON & OFF ≥ IDR 500,000,000.
  4. Program Participant D is entitled to a cashback on all debit card transactions made in May 2026 as they have met the minimum total spending requirement and are classified as Privilege with AUM ON & OFF ≥ IDR 5,000,000,000, amounting to 10% (IDR 1,000,000).
  5. Program Participant E is entitled to a cashback on all debit card transactions made in May 2026 as they have met the minimum total spending requirement and are classified as Privilege; however, despite having an AUM ON & OFF ≥ IDR 5,000,000,000, as the 401st participant in the program’s quota sequence, the participant will receive a 5% cashback (IDR 500,000).
  6. Program Participant F is not eligible to receive cashback as the calculated transactions fall short of the minimum total spending.

Program Risk

Customers will not receive Rewards if they do not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Program Fee

This program can be participated in without any participation fee.

Customer Complaints

  1. Customers may submit complaints regarding banking products/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Danamon Bank branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedures regarding customer complaint services can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Term and Conditions

  1. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program constitute an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk”, “General Terms and Conditions for Sharia Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk”, “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Debit/ATM Cards”, “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Privilege Services”, and “General Terms and Conditions for D-Bank PRO Services”. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between those provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the General Terms and Conditions of this Program shall prevail.
  2. Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that the Bank has the right to amend/modify/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time by providing notice through the Bank’s available communication channels. In the event of any changes to the benefits, risks, fees, terms and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, as well as other changes, Program Participants have the right to submit a written objection to the Bank within 30 (thirty) working days from the date the Bank announces such changes through its communication channels. Program Participants agree that they shall be deemed to have accepted such changes if they do not submit any objection within the specified period. If Program Participants do not agree to such changes, they have the right to terminate their participation in the Program, provided that all obligations of the Program Participants to the Bank (if any) have been fulfilled in advance.
  3. Program Participants represent that they are not currently and will not engage in any transactions that are indicated as money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  4. In the event of any indication of fraud, misconduct, misuse, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations, the Bank reserves the right to cancel transactions, terminate the use of the Bank’s products/services, revoke participation in the Program, and/or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Program Participant. The Program Participant remains obligated to settle all obligations to the Bank (if any).
  5. Program Participants agree that funds placed in deposit accounts with returns/interest rates exceeding the maximum deposit insurance rate determined by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan) are not covered by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation. Program Participants may obtain information regarding changes to the maximum insured interest rate through the Bank’s branch offices or via Hello Danamon.
  6. Program Participants hereby understand that investment products carry risks. Investment products are not deposit products of Bank Danamon and are therefore not guaranteed by Bank Danamon and are not covered under the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation guarantee program. Investment products involve investment risk, whereby Program Participants may lose part or all of their invested value.
  7. Insurance products (Bancassurance) are not deposit products of Bank Danamon and are therefore not guaranteed by Bank Danamon and are not covered under the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation guarantee program.
  8. If any provision in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is prohibited, unenforceable, invalid, or declared null and void by any governmental authority or court decision, such condition shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, and such remaining provisions shall continue to be valid, binding, and enforceable in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  9. If any irregularities related to this Program are identified or if any fraud is suspected, Program Participants are advised to immediately report such matters through Hello Danamon.
  10. These Terms and Conditions of the Program are prepared in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. In the event of any discrepancy or difference in interpretation between the Bahasa Indonesia and English versions, the Bahasa Indonesia version shall prevail.
  11. The headings and terms used in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program are solely intended to facilitate understanding of the contents of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  12. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been prepared in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan).
  13. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Notice

Customers are advised to be vigilant against fraudulent activities carried out by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon and offering prizes of any kind. Any such fraudulent or criminal acts conducted by third parties in connection with the Program are beyond the responsibility and authority of Bank Danamon.
