GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE WOW OFFER TOP UP BALANCE PROGRAM 4 – 30 JUNE 2026

The General Terms and Conditions of the Wow Offer Top Up Balance 4 – 30 June 2026 Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions that apply to Customers who participate in the Wow Offer Top Up Balance 4 – 30 June 2026 Program (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) and form an integral and inseparable part of the Wow Offer Top Up Balance 4 – 30 June 2026 Program Participation Form (“Form”).

Customers hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The program shall be conducted during the period from 4 – 30 June 2026 (“Program Period")

Participant Criteria

This program is available to Bank Danamon customers who meet the following criteria (“Customers”):

  1. Existing individual Bank Danamon customers;
  2. Registered as Privilege or Optimal customers; and
  3. Hold a Danamon LEBIH PRO or Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account.

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Any Customer participating in this Program must first register by completing and signing the Program Participation Form.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right at any time to refuse or cancel a Customer’s participation in this Program if the Customer fails to comply with the Program's General Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Customer bears full responsibility for all risks of loss, claims, lawsuits and/or claims arising from the Customer’s participation in and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. The Customer must be an active customer of Bank Danamon at the time of, or prior to, completing and signing the Program Participation Form.
  5. The combined balance of all the Customer’s deposits and investments at Bank Danamon, comprising savings, current account, time deposit, mutual fund, bond balances and the investment value of unit-linked insurance (bancassurance) (“Combined Balance”) on the last day of the month of Program participation must show an increase compared to the Combined Balance on the last day of the calendar month preceding the month of Program participation.
  6. The increase in balance referred to in clause III.5 must be met through the placement of fresh funds in accordance with the amount of funds to be blocked as stated in the Scheme to be followed (referring to clause III.8) into the Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account, which is carried out by transferring funds to the Customer’s account at Bank Danamon from another bank account.
  7. An illustration of the calculation of the increase in fresh funds (incremental fresh fund) referred to in clauses III.5 and III.6 is as follows:

  8. Customers must participate in one of the schemes listed below by depositing and blocking funds in their savings account in order to receive the Grand Prize in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the table for each scheme below:

  9. Funds must be blocked on the same day the Customer joins this Program.
  10. From the date of joining the Program until the last day of the month in which the Program is joined, the Customer must ensure that the Combined Balance remains no less than the amount of the Combined Balance on the last day of the month preceding the month of joining the Program and the funds placed in accordance with the Program Scheme. Should the Customer’s Combined Balance decrease during this period to a level below the total Combined Balance on the last day of the month preceding the Program participation month and the funds deposited in accordance with the Program Scheme, the Customer shall be deemed ineligible for the Program and the Bank reserves the right to withhold Program rewards/benefits and/or cancel the Customer’s participation in the Program.
  11. Customers may participate in a maximum of 1 (one) Program Scheme in accordance with their customer segment and may include a maximum of 1 (one) Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB savings account.
  12. Bank Danamon will block the Savings Fund Blocking Amount in accordance with the Savings Fund Blocking Period selected by the Customer.
  13. Customers may cancel their participation and unblock funds in this Program by visiting the Bank Danamon branch where they registered for the Program and signing the Program Participation Cancellation Form. Upon cancellation of the Program, the Customer will be charged a penalty fee/reward return fee in accordance with the amount stated in the penalty fee/reward return fee section of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. The penalty fee/reward return fee shall be paid by the Customer in a single installment by Bank Danamon debiting the Customer’s account held at Bank Danamon.
  14. Provisions regarding currency, including currency conversion and the exchange rates used, shall be governed by and subject to the applicable provisions at Bank Danamon.
  15. Customers who have participated in this Program are eligible to receive additional rewards in the form of Cashback/MAP E-Vouchers/D-Points (“Additional Rewards”) subject to the following conditions:
    1. Specifically for Optimal Segment:
      1. Customers in the Optimal segment must carry out one of the following transactions (“Optimal Add-On Transactions”):
        1. A Bank Danamon credit card transaction of at least IDR 5,000,000.00 (five million rupiah); or
        2. A foreign exchange transaction of at least IDR 5,000,000.00 (five million rupiah) or the equivalent of that amount; or
        3. Registering at least 1 (one) Bill Payment on a Bank Danamon credit card.
      2. Customers holding a Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account may only carry out Optimal Add-On Transactions involving the buying and selling of foreign currency with a minimum value of IDR 5,000,000.00 (five million rupiah) or the equivalent
      3. Customers who carry out Optimal Add-On Transactions will receive an Additional Reward as shown in the table below:

    2. Specifically for Privilege Segment:
      1. Customers must carry out one of the following transactions (“Privilege Add-On Transactions”):
        1. Customers must carry out one of the following transactions (“Privilege Add-On Transactions”):
        2. Purchase of mutual fund products with a minimum value of IDR 50,000,000.00 (fifty million rupiah) and a minimum service fee of 1%, excluding Money Market Funds and the Danamon Regular Investment Plan (DRIP); or
        3. Purchase of bond products offered on the Primary Market (Initial Public Offering) or Secondary Market of at least IDR 50,000,000.00 (fifty million rupiah); or
        4. Purchase of insurance products in partnership with Bank Danamon (Unit-Linked or Non-Unit-Linked Bancassurance) with an annual premium of at least IDR 50,000,000.00 (fifty million rupiah); or
        5. Foreign exchange (FX) transactions of at least IDR 50,000,000.00 (fifty million rupiah) or the equivalent of that amount; or
        6. Registering at least 1 (one) Bill Payment on a Bank Danamon Credit Card (not applicable to holders of a Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account);
      2. Customers holding a Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account may only carry out Sharia-based Add-On Privilege Transactions (III.15.b.i); this does not apply to transactions or purchases of conventional products
      3. Customers who carry out Add-On Privilege Transactions will receive an Additional Reward as per the table below:

    3. Customers must carry out an Optimal Add-On Transaction or a Privilege Add-On Transaction (“Add-On Transaction”) via D-Bank PRO or at a Bank Danamon branch.
    4. Add-On Transactions must be carried out within 1 (one) calendar day of the Program enrolment date up to the last day of the following month.

Terms & Condition for Reward Distribution

  1. Customers participating in the Program with a Danamon LEBIH PRO account may choose one of the Grand Prize options, namely cashback or D-Points.
  2. Customers participating in the Program with a Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account will receive a Main Prize in the form of a MAP e-voucher.
  3. Specifically for Grand Prizes and/or Additional Prizes (“Prizes”) in the form of MAP e-vouchers, the Prize value will be awarded in denominations of IDR 50,000.00 (fifty thousand rupiah), with the Prize value rounded down.
  4. Additional Prizes will be awarded in the same form as the Grand Prize and cannot be exchanged. For example: If the Grand Prize is a cashback, then the Additional Prize will also be a cashback
  5. Cashback Prizes will be credited in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) to the Danamon LEBIH PRO Savings Account that the Customer has registered for the Programme, subject to the following conditions:
    1. The Grand Prize in the form of a cashback will be credited no later than 45 (forty-five) working days after all the General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been met.
    2. The Additional Prize in the form of a cashback (if applicable) will be credited no later than 45 (forty-five) working days after the Main Reward has been credited and all the General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been met by the Customer.
    3. Cashback earned from foreign currency-based schemes (including the USD Privilege Segment Scheme) will still be credited in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
  6. Rewards in the form of D-Points will be credited to the D-Points account linked to the customer’s debit/ATM card, subject to the following conditions:
    1. The Grand Prize in the form of D-Points will be credited no later than 45 (forty-five) working days from the last day of the month in which the Program took place, once all the General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been met.
    2. Any Additional Prizes in the form of D-Points (if applicable) will be credited no later than 45 (forty-five) working days after the Grand Prize in the form of D-Points has been credited and all General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been met by the Customer.
  7. MAP e-vouchers will be sent to customers via email and/or SMS in accordance with the customer details recorded in the Bank’s system, subject to the following conditions:
    1. The Grand Prize, in the form of a MAP e-voucher, will be sent no later than 45 (forty-five) working days after all the General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been met.
    2. The Additional Prize in the form of a MAP e-voucher (if applicable) will be sent no later than 45 (forty-five) working days after the Main Prize has been sent and all General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been met by the Customer.
  8. The reward is not cumulative.
  9. Customers may only receive the additional cashback once during the Program Period.
  10. If a Customer fails to meet the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, they will not receive the reward.
  11. Bank Danamon applies the applicable tax regulations to this Program. Any tax liabilities arising from the Program (if any) are the responsibility of Bank Danamon and the Customer towards the tax authorities.
  12. The Customer understands and agrees that the Reward in connection with the Program will be treated as interest received by the Customer on savings and deposits. Consequently, if the total value of the Prize and interest received by the Customer exceeds the maximum guaranteed interest rate set by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance CoIDRoration for savings and deposits, the excess portion is not guaranteed by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance CoIDRoration. Customers may enquire about changes to the maximum guaranteed interest rate at any Bank Danamon branch or via Hello Danamon.

Description The product opened is a non-sharia mutual fund, which does not comply with the program requirements, even though the transaction amount meets the criteria. This program does not allow cross-product transactions between sharia and non-sharia products.

Program Risk

  1. The Customer is not entitled to receive the Reward if they do not fulfill all the General Terms and Conditions of the Program or any other specific conditions applicable within this Program.
  2. The Customer is obligated to pay a penalty and/or reimburse the cost of the Reward already received if the Customer cancels their participation in the Program. The amount of the penalty or the terms for the reimbursement of the Reward shall follow the provisions as stipulated in Section III, point 6 of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Power of Attorney

  1. The Customer hereby authorises Bank Danamon to: (i) block and unblock funds in accordance with the Form and the General Terms and Conditions of the program; and/or (ii) debit the Customer's account at Bank Danamon for the payment of penalties/return of prizes if the Customer cancels the program in accordance with the Form and the General Terms and Conditions of the program.
  2. The authorisation granted by the Customer in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program is granted to the Bank with the right of substitution and as long as the Customer's obligations to the Bank have not been fully fulfilled, such authorisations cannot be revoked or terminated for any reason, including but not limited to the reasons stated in Article 1813 (termination of authority: by the revocation of the authority by the principal; by notification of termination of authority by the principal; by the death, incapacity or bankruptcy of the principal or the agent), 1814 (the Principal may revoke the authority whenever he/she so desires, and if there are grounds for doing so, compel the attorney to return the power of attorney held by him) and 1816 (the appointment of a new attorney to carry out the same matter shall result in the revocation of the first power of attorney, effective from the date of notification to the latter of such appointment) The Civil Code and these powers are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

Customer Complaints

  1. Customers may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The procedure for Customer Complaints can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/en/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Term and Conditions

  1. The products and/or services from PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk ("MAP") are not products under the responsibility of Bank Danamon. All responsibility and risks for said products lie entirely with MAP. Should any issues and/or complaints arise regarding these products and/or services, please contact MAP directly.
  2. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral and inseparable part of the "General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services," "General Terms and Conditions for Sharia Accounts and Banking Services," "General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Lebih PRO," "General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Lebih PRO iB," and "General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Reward D-Points." In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the aforementioned terms and conditions and the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the General Terms and Conditions of this Program shall prevail.
  3. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to amend/alter/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions will be notified through the communication channels available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, fees, or terms and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date Bank Danamon notifies of such changes through its communication channels. The Customer agrees that failure to submit an objection within this period shall be deemed as acceptance of the changes. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel participation in the Program, provided all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any) are first settled in full.
  4. The Customer declares that there are no and will be no transactions indicative of money laundering criminal acts and/or other transactions not permitted under applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  5. The Customer agrees that the placement of funds in savings accounts with yields above the maximum guaranteed interest rate set by the Deposit Insurance Corporation is not guaranteed by the Deposit Insurance Corporation. Prizes received by the Customer are also considered part of the maximum guaranteed interest rate component. The Customer may be informed of changes to the maximum guaranteed interest rate through Bank Danamon branch offices, via Hello Danamon (1 500 900), or by email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id
  6. Should there be indications of fraud, irregularities, transactional deviations, unusual transactions, money laundering criminal acts, and/or actions not in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel transactions, cancel participation in the Program, or withhold Program benefits from the relevant Customer. The Customer remains obligated to settle all liabilities to Bank Danamon (if any).
  7. If irregularities related to this Program are discovered or if any suspected fraud is perceived, Program Participants are advised to immediately report it via Hello Danamon.
  8. The titles and terms used in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program are solely for the purpose of facilitating understanding of the content herein
  9. If any provision within these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is prohibited or rendered unenforceable, invalid, or void by law due to a government or court ruling, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and be binding and enforceable as stipulated herein.
  10. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been adjusted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority and the guaranteed interest rate provisions based on the regulations of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.
  11. Bank Danamon is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the deposit insurance scheme of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Reminder
