GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE WOW OFFER TOP UP BALANCE PROGRAM 28 JANUARY – 28 FEBRUARY 2026

The General Terms and Conditions of the Wow Offer Top Up Balance 28 January – 28 February 2026 Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions that apply to Customers who participate in the Wow Offer Top Up Balance 28 January – 28 February 2026 Program (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) and form an integral and inseparable part of the Wow Offer Top Up Balance 28 January – 28 February 2026 Program Participation Form (“Form”).

Customers hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The program shall be conducted during the period from 28 January – 28 February 2026 (“Program Period")

Program Participant Criteria

This program is applicable to individual customers who are registered with Bank Danamon (existing to bank) and are registered as Privilege or Optimal customers (“Customers”).

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Each Customer participating in this program must first register by completing and signing the Form.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right at any time to refuse or cancel a Customer's participation in this program if the Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  3. Customers are to be responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this program.
  4. Customers must have an active Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account with Bank Danamon at the time of or before filling out and signing the Form.
  5. Customers may only participate with 1 (one) savings account and must not be participating in the Wow Offer Top Up Balance program at Bank Danamon during the previous program period.
  6. Customers must deposit and block funds in their savings account in accordance with the scheme, amount of funds blocked, period of funds blocked, cashback, and penalties/return of gift costs as follows:

  1. Customers are only permitted to choose one program scheme that matches their customer segment and one type of reward (cashback/D-points/e-voucher)
  2. For e-voucher MAP rewards, they are issued in denominations of IDR 50,000. For e-voucher MAP rewards, they are issued in denominations of IDR 50,000
  3. Rewards are not cumulative.
  4. All funds included in this program must be fresh funds, i.e 
    (i) funds deposited in cash through a Bank Danamon branch office; or  
    (ii) funds transferred to the customer's account at Bank Danamon from another bank account
    (iii) there is an increase in funds compared to the baseline. 

    The calculation of incremental fresh funds is as follows: 


    Current month balance

    : Savings balance + Current account balance + Deposit balance + Investment balance

    Baseline

    : Savings Balance + Current Account + Deposits + Investment Balance 1 month prior to the placement month

  1. Bank Danamon will block the Savings Fund Blocking Amount in accordance with the Savings Fund Blocking Period selected by the Customer.
  2. Customers can cancel their participation and unblock funds in this program by visiting the Bank Danamon branch where they registered for the program and signing the program Cancellation Form. Upon cancellation of the program, the Customer will be charged a penalty/gift return fee in accordance with the amount stated in the penalty/reward return fee section of the Form and the General Terms and Conditions of the program, as well as the penalty/reward return fee applicable to the disbursement of funds before maturity in accordance with the applicable product terms and conditions. The penalty fee/reward return fee shall be paid by the Customer in a lump sum by Bank Danamon debiting the Customer's account at Bank Danamon.
  3. The Customer has the opportunity to receive additional rewards by meeting the following Add On transaction requirements:

    1. Customers must make an Add-On transaction at D-Bank PRO/Bank Danamon branch office with a total nominal value as stipulated in the table above or register a minimum of 1 (one) biller on their credit card.
    2. Add-on transactions that are counted are those made on the calendar day following the date of the savings account funds block and no later than the last calendar day of the month following the month of the customer's participation in this program.
    3. Additional rewards for Add On transactions will follow the main reward received by the customer, as illustrated below:
      i. If the Customer receives a cashback reward, then in the event the Customer is eligible for an Add On transaction, the additional reward for the Add On transaction received is cashback (cannot be D-Points or other types of rewards)
      ii. If the Customer receives a reward in the form of D-Points, then if the Customer is eligible for an Add On transaction, the additional reward for the Add On transaction received will be D-Points (not cashback or other types of rewards).
    4. For the Danamon LEBIH PRO iB product, Add On transactions for Credit Cards and purchases of conventional products (cross-product) are not permitted

Add On transaction cashback

Not Eligible

Explanation

The product opened is a non-Sharia mutual fund, which does not comply with the terms and conditions, even though the amount meets the program requirements. This program does not allow cross-product transactions between Sharia and non-Sharia products.

    1. Add-on transactions made on the same date as participation in the program (the date of savings account funds blocking) cannot be counted towards the additional cashback scheme.
    2. The applicable currency terms and conditions are in accordance with the terms and conditions of Bank Danamon.
    3. Additional cashback is not cumulative.
    4. Customers can only receive additional cashback once during the program Period.
    5. For the USD scheme, the cashback is provided in IDR to the customer's Danamon LEBIH PRO Savings Account


Terms and Conditions of Rewards

  1. Customers who fulfill the General Terms and Conditions of the Program will receive a reward in the form of cashback / D-Points / MAP e-vouchers according to the scheme chosen by the Customer. If the Customer does not fulfill the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer will not receive the reward.
  2. The Reward amount is net (after tax deduction). Bank Danamon will deposit the resulting tax deduction (if any) for the Reward to the relevant tax authorities. All matters related to the calculation and reporting of taxes for the Reward received by the Program Participant are entirely the responsibility of the Program Participant (on a self-assessment basis).
  3. Cashback rewards will be credited to the Customer's account as stated in the Form, no later than 45 (forty-five) working days after all General Terms and Conditions of the Program are met. Rewards for add-on transactions will be sent to the Customer no later than 45 (forty-five) working days after the first reward is sent and after all General Terms and Conditions of the Program are met by the Customer.
  4. D-Points will be credited to the Customer's D-Points account based on a Debit/ATM Card, no later than 45 (forty-five) working days from the last day of the program participation month and after all General Terms and Conditions of the Program are met. D-Point rewards for add-on transactions will be credited to the Customer no later than 45 (forty-five) working days after the first D-Point reward is credited to the Customer and after all General Terms and Conditions of the Program are met by the Customer.
  5. MAP E-Vouchers will be sent via email or SMS according to the information stated in the Form and Bank Danamon's system, no later than 45 (forty-five) working days after all General Terms and Conditions of the Program are met. Rewards for add-on transactions will be sent to the Customer no later than 45 (forty-five) working days after the first reward is sent and after all General Terms and Conditions of the Program are met by the Customer.
  6. The Customer understands and agrees that rewards related to the Program will be counted as part of the total interest received by the Customer for Savings and deposit placements. Therefore, if the total value of the rewards and interest received by the Customer exceeds or is above the maximum guaranteed interest rate set by the Deposit Insurance Corporation for savings and deposits, then the excess portion is not guaranteed by the Deposit Insurance Corporation. The Customer can find out about changes to the maximum guaranteed interest rate through Bank Danamon branch offices or via Hello Danamon.

Program Risk

  1. The Customer is not entitled to receive the Reward if they do not fulfill all the General Terms and Conditions of the Program or any other specific conditions applicable within this Program.
  2. The Customer is obligated to pay a penalty and/or reimburse the cost of the Reward already received if the Customer cancels their participation in the Program. The amount of the penalty or the terms for the reimbursement of the Reward shall follow the provisions as stipulated in Section III, point 6 of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Power of Attorney

  1. The Customer hereby authorises Bank Danamon to: (i) block and unblock funds in accordance with the Form and the General Terms and Conditions of the program; and/or (ii) debit the Customer's account at Bank Danamon for the payment of penalties/return of prizes if the Customer cancels the program in accordance with the Form and the General Terms and Conditions of the program.
  2. The authorisation granted by the Customer in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program is granted to the Bank with the right of substitution and as long as the Customer's obligations to the Bank have not been fully fulfilled, such authorisations cannot be revoked or terminated for any reason, including but not limited to the reasons stated in Article 1813 (termination of authority: by the revocation of the authority by the principal; by notification of termination of authority by the principal; by the death, incapacity or bankruptcy of the principal or the agent), 1814 (the Principal may revoke the authority whenever he/she so desires, and if there are grounds for doing so, compel the attorney to return the power of attorney held by him) and 1816 (the appointment of a new attorney to carry out the same matter shall result in the revocation of the first power of attorney, effective from the date of notification to the latter of such appointment) The Civil Code and these powers are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

Customer Complaints

  1. Customers may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The procedure for Customer Complaints can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/en/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Term and Conditions

  1. The products and/or services from PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk ("MAP") are not products under the responsibility of Bank Danamon. All responsibility and risks for said products lie entirely with MAP. Should any issues and/or complaints arise regarding these products and/or services, please contact MAP directly.
  2. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral and inseparable part of the "General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services," "General Terms and Conditions for Sharia Accounts and Banking Services," "General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Lebih PRO," "General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Lebih PRO iB," and "General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Reward D-Points." In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the aforementioned terms and conditions and the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the General Terms and Conditions of this Program shall prevail.
  3. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to amend/alter/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions will be notified through the communication channels available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, fees, or terms and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date Bank Danamon notifies of such changes through its communication channels. The Customer agrees that failure to submit an objection within this period shall be deemed as acceptance of the changes. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel participation in the Program, provided all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any) are first settled in full.
  4. The Customer declares that there are no and will be no transactions indicative of money laundering criminal acts and/or other transactions not permitted under applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  5. The Customer agrees that the placement of funds in savings accounts with yields above the maximum guaranteed interest rate set by the Deposit Insurance Corporation is not guaranteed by the Deposit Insurance Corporation. Prizes received by the Customer are also considered part of the maximum guaranteed interest rate component. The Customer may be informed of changes to the maximum guaranteed interest rate through Bank Danamon branch offices, via Hello Danamon (1 500 900), or by email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id
  6. Should there be indications of fraud, irregularities, transactional deviations, unusual transactions, money laundering criminal acts, and/or actions not in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel transactions, cancel participation in the Program, or withhold Program benefits from the relevant Customer. The Customer remains obligated to settle all liabilities to Bank Danamon (if any).
  7. If irregularities related to this Program are discovered or if any suspected fraud is perceived, Program Participants are advised to immediately report it via Hello Danamon.
  8. The titles and terms used in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program are solely for the purpose of facilitating understanding of the content herein
  9. If any provision within these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is prohibited or rendered unenforceable, invalid, or void by law due to a government or court ruling, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and be binding and enforceable as stipulated herein.
  10. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been adjusted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority and the guaranteed interest rate provisions based on the regulations of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.
  11. Bank Danamon is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the deposit insurance scheme of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Reminder

Customers must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising gifts of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
