Program Description

General Terms and Conditions of the D-Bank PRO Regular Activation Program 2025 (Mission A Regular) – For Customers Who Have Not or Failed to Register with D-Bank PRO ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") are the terms and conditions that apply to customers participating in the D-Bank PRO Regular Activation Program 2025 (Mission A Regular) – For Customers Who Have Not or Failed to Register with D-Bank PRO ("Program") organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon").

Customers hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The program is implemented during the period from 3 December to 31 December 2025 ("Program Period").

Program Participant Criteria

Customers who can participate in the Program are selected and invited customers who receive offers from Bank Danamon's official channels ("Customers").

Program's General Term and Condition

  1. Customers are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Customer's participation in this Program or not to give a Reward if the General Terms and Conditions of the Program are not met.
  3. Customers are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. The Program offers a cashback of up to IDR 150,000 (one hundred and fifty thousand Rupiah) in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Program ("Program Reward").
  5. The Program is subject to the following conditions:
    1. Customers are required to register or reactivate their account with D-Bank PRO;
    2. Customers must complete at least 1 (one) D-Bank PRO mission in accordance with the provisions in point 6 below ("D-Bank PRO Mission") in the same month and meet the specified quota; and
    3. The Final Grand Prize can only be obtained by Customers who complete all missions during the Program Period and meet the quota requirements.
  6. The following are the terms and conditions of the D-Bank PRO Mission applicable to the Program:

    The quota applicable to the Program shall hereinafter be referred to as the "Program Reward Quota".
  7. The Customer understands and agrees that in the event that the Program Reward Quota has been exhausted, the Customer will not receive the Program Reward even if the Program Period has not ended.
  8. This program can be combined with other D-Bank PRO transaction programs.
  9. By conducting Transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The Transactions conducted by the Customer constitute valid proof of the Customer's participation in the Program and the Customer's agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Prize Awarding Mechanism

  1. Rewards will be credited to the Customer's savings account or credit card limit used to make the Transaction no later than 30 (thirty) working days after the end of the Program Period.
  2. In the event that the Customer's account is inactive, blocked or in other conditions that prevent the reward from being credited, the Customer hereby acknowledges that the reward cannot be given.
  3. Participation in this Program is free of charge.

Customer Complaints

  1. Customers may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id, which is available 24 hours a day.
  2. The procedure for Customer Complaints can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Term and Conditions

  1. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, unless otherwise stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, shall remain valid and binding on the Customer and form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The General Terms and Conditions of this Programme form an integral part of the ‘General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk’ and the ‘General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO’.
  3. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the changes if the Customer does not submit an objection within that period. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel their participation in the Programme by first settling all of the Customer's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  4. The Customer declares that there are no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  5. If there are indications of fraud, cheating and/or transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the Program, or cancel the awarding of Prizes to the Customer concerned. Customers remain obliged to settle all their obligations to Bank Danamon.
  6. The General Terms and Conditions of this Programme have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI), and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).

Reminder

Customers must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising gifts of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
