Program Description

General Terms and Conditions of this Program for the period February 2025 – January 2026 (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions that apply to Customers who participate in the Sharia Savings Plan Reward Program for the period February 2025 – January 2026 (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) and form an integral and inseparable part of the Participation Form for the Sharia Savings Plan Reward Program for the period February 2025 – January 2026 (“Program Participation Form”).

The Customer hereby agrees and binds himself/herself to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The program is implemented during the period from February 2025 to January 2026 ("Program Period").

Customer Criteria

This program applies to individual customers who have never had an account with Bank Danamon before or existing customers who already have an account with Bank Danamon.

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Customers must complete and sign the Program Participation Form.
  2. Customers must read and understand the Program's General Terms and Conditions.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Customer's participation in this Program if the Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  4. Customers are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  5. Customers are required to open an account as follows:
    1. iB Hajj Savings Account, which is opened through a Bank Danamon branch office ("TRH iB"); or
    2. iB Hajj Savings Account, which is opened digitally through the D-Bank PRO application or through the Social Banking application ("TPS iB").
  6. Customers are required to open a TRH iB IDR/TPS iB/TRH iB USD account with an initial deposit of IDR 100,000 (except for TPS iB) and a minimum monthly deposit and savings period with the following options:

  1. This program is only valid for opening TRH iB IDR/TPS iB/TRH iB USD accounts through Bank Danamon Syariah branches or other Bank Danamon branches that offer sharia products and services.
  2. Each Customer CIF is only entitled to a maximum of one TRH iB IDR/TPS iB/TRH iB USD account opening reward during the program period.
  3. This program cannot be combined with other programs organised by Bank Danamon.

Prize Awarding Terms and Conditions

  1. Bank Danamon will give gifts in the form of goods (tumblers/lunch boxes/suitcases/etc.) to Customers who have fulfilled all the Terms and Conditions of the Program ("Prizes"). The types of prizes given to Customers may vary depending on the availability of goods at Bank Danamon.
  2. Bank Danamon will give Prizes to Customers upon opening a TRH iB/TPS iB account and Customers have opened a TRH iB IDR/TRH iB USD account at a branch, made an initial deposit, made the first monthly deposit in accordance with the Program terms and conditions, and filled out and signed the Program Participation Form during the Program Period.
  3. The prize will be given to customers no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date the customer is declared eligible for the Program. The prize will be given to customers at the branch where they opened their TRH iB IDR/TfPS iB/TRH iB USD account. Customers can obtain this information at Bank Danamon branches (Syariah or Office Channeling).
  4. If the customer: (i) closes their TRH iB IDR/ TPS iB/ TRH iB USD account during the savings period; and (ii) cancels their participation in the Program by completing and signing the TRH iB Reward Program Cancellation Form for the February 2025 – January 2026 Period (“Program Cancellation Form”), or (iii) the fund target is not met at the end of the savings period, Bank Danamon reserves the right to debit the gift replacement fee from the Customer’s source account in the amount of IDR 222,000 (two hundred and twenty-two thousand rupiah) or the equivalent in USD according to the exchange rate of IDR on the day and time of the debit.
  5. The deduction of the prize replacement fee from the Customer's source account shall be made when the savings period for TRH iB/TPS iB ends.

Power of Attorney

  1. The Customer hereby authorises Bank Danamon to debit the Customer's account at Bank Danamon for the payment of prize replacement costs if the Customer (i) closes their TRH iB IDR/TPS iB/TRH iB USD account during the savings period; (ii) cancels participation in the Program by completing and signing the Program Cancellation Form; or (iii) fails to meet the target amount at the end of the savings period; in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The authority granted by the Customer in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program is given to Bank Danamon with the right of substitution and as long as the Customer's obligations to the Bank have not been fully fulfilled, such authority cannot be revoked or terminated for any reason, including but not limited to the reasons stated in Article 1813 (termination of authority: by the revocation of the authority by the authorised person; by notification of termination of the authority by the authorised person; by the death, incapacitation or bankruptcy of the principal or the authorised person), 1814 (the principal may revoke the authority whenever he/she so desires, and if there are reasons for doing so, compel the attorney to return the power of attorney held by him) and 1816 (the appointment of a new attorney to carry out the same affairs shall result in the revocation of the first power of attorney, effective from the date of notification to the latter of the appointment) The Civil Code and these powers are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

Benefits

Customers receive a Prize for opening an account in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Program Risk

Customers will be charged a prize replacement fee if they do not meet the Terms and Conditions of the Program

Customer Complaints

  1. Customers may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The procedure for customer complaints can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Program Fee

Customers will not be charged any fees when collecting their rewards at the branch. However, if customers do not meet the Terms and Conditions of the Program, they will be charged a replacement fee equal to the value of the reward plus prize tax.

Additional Terms and Agreements

  1. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, unless otherwise stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, shall remain valid and binding on the Customer and form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Sharia Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk.
  3. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the changes if the Customer does not submit an objection within that period. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first settling all of the Customer's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  4. The Customer declares that there are no and will be no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  5. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the Program, and/or the awarding of prizes to the Customer concerned. Customers remain obligated to settle all their obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  6. Customers agree that funds placed in savings accounts with returns above the maximum interest rate guaranteed by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) are not guaranteed by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS). Prizes received by Customers are also calculated as a component of the maximum guaranteed interest rate. Customers can find out about changes to the maximum guaranteed interest rate through Bank Danamon branches or through Hello Danamon.
  7. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).

Reminder

Customers must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising gifts of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
