Program Description

General Terms and Conditions of the Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB Minimum Balance Penalty Fee Cashback Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions that apply to customers who participate in the Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB Minimum Balance Penalty Fee Cashback Programme (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).

Customers hereby agree and bind themselves to all the terms and conditions of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The program is valid from 1 March 2026 to 31 August 2026 ("Program Period").

Program Participant Criteria

This program is open to customers who meet the following criteria ("Customers")

  1. Existing customers who hold a Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB savings account.
  2. Applies to single account and joint account (OR/AND) customers.

Program's General Term and Condition

  1. Customers are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Customer's participation in this Program if the Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Customers are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. Customers will receive a cashback of penalty fees/administrative fees below the minimum balance of Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB in the amount of IDR 20,000 (twenty thousand rupiah) ("Cashback") every month if they meet the following conditions:
    1. The average balance of the IDR account in Danamon LEBIH PRO Savings/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB must not be less than 0 (zero) and less than IDR 1,000,000 (one million rupiah); and
    2. The combined average balance of all currency accounts in Danamon LEBIH PRO Savings/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB must be at least IDR 1,000,000 (one million rupiah) in the same month.
  5. The average balance calculation for foreign currency accounts in Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB Savings will be made in IDR using the daily rate available on the Bank Danamon system.
  6. If the Customer has more than one Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account, the Cashback calculation will be based on the average IDR balance and the average balance of all foreign currency accounts from the same Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB Savings account.

Cashback Disbursement

  1. 1 (one) Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account is entitled to a one-time cashback per month.
  2. Cashback will be credited to the IDR account on Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB. The IDR account on Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB must be active at the time of Cashback issuance.
  3. Cashback will be issued within a maximum of 30 (thirty) working days from the last date of the relevant month.
  4. Cashback tax is borne by Bank Danamon.

Program Simulation

Cashback simulations will be provided to customers according to the following matrix:

April 2026
Customer A has an average balance in their Danamon LEBIH PRO savings account in IDR currency of IDR 500,000 (five hundred thousand rupiah). Therefore, on 15 April 2026, Customer A will be charged a fee of IDR 20,000 for falling below the minimum balance. However, Customer A is eligible for a cashback, as explained below:

*Daily exchange rate, for April 2026, the average balance will be calculated from 16 March to 15 April (the exchange rate will use the daily exchange rate from those dates).
Example: Average exchange rate of 1 SGD: IDR 13,200 (thirteen thousand two hundred rupiah)

April 2026
Customer B has an average balance in their Danamon LEBIH PRO savings account in IDR of IDR 7,000,000 (seven million rupiah). Therefore, on 15 April 2026, Customer B will not be charged a fee for falling below the minimum balance of IDR 20,000. As such, Customer B is not eligible to receive a cashback.

Customer C has an average balance in their Danamon LEBIH PRO savings account in IDR of IDR 750,000 (seven hundred and fifty thousand rupiah). Therefore, on 15 April 2026, Customer C will be charged a fee of IDR 20,000 for falling below the minimum balance. Customer C is not eligible for Cashback because their combined average balance is less than IDR 1,000,000, as explained below.

Customer Complaints

  1. Customers and/or customer representatives may submit complaints regarding banking transactions/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id either verbally or in writing.
  2. The procedure regarding Customer Complaint services can be accessed through the website www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. General Terms and Conditions of This Program is an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk", "General Terms and Conditions for Sharia Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk", "General Terms and Conditions for Danamon LEBIH PRO Savings", "General Terms and Conditions for Danamon LEBIH PRO iB Savings", and/or other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services issued by Bank Danamon. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
  2. Customers hereby agree and acknowledge that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the changes if the Customer does not submit an objection within that period. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first settling all of the Customer's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  3. The Customer declares that there are no and will be no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  4. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, abuse, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, the Bank has the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Bank's products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or cancel the provision of Program benefits/discounts to the Customer concerned. Customers remain obliged to settle all their obligations to the Bank (if any).
  5. If any irregularities related to this Program are found or if fraud is suspected, Customers are advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
  6. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority.
  7. Bank Danamon is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Notice

Customers must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising gifts of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
