Program Description

The General Terms and Conditions of the 2026 Osaka and Kyoto Marathon Program for Danamon Privilege Customers ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") are the terms and conditions that apply to Danamon Privilege Customers who participate in the 2026 Osaka and Kyoto Marathon Program for Danamon Privilege Customers ("Program") organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon").

Customers hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The registration period for the Guaranteed Slot Osaka and/or Kyoto Marathon 2026 begins on 11 September 2025 and ends on 30 September 2025 (“Program Period”).

Customer Criteria

The program is applicable only to customers who are registered as Danamon Privilege and have a minimum assets under management of IDR 500,000,000.00 (five hundred million Rupiah) or equivalent at the time of participation, in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to Danamon Privilege services (including all employees of Bank Danamon and MUFG Group in Indonesia who are registered).

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Customers are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Customer's participation in the Program if the Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Customers are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with their participation and/or cancellation of participation in the Program.
  4. Customers are required to register via the e-form at the link bdi.co.id/osakakyotoreg, where the maximum marathon quota is calculated as follows:

Customers who have registered and meet the Customer Criteria the earliest according to quota are entitled to obtain a slot in the Osaka Marathon or Kyoto Marathon without going through a lottery process ("Guaranteed Slot"), where marathons are organized by Osaka Prefecture & Osaka City and Kyoto City ("Third Party").
  6. Bank Danamon will notify all customers who have registered on the e-form regarding their success in obtaining the Guaranteed Slot through customer communication media registered with Bank Danamon no later than 6 October 2025 or on another date as announced by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's official communication media.
  7. Customers will not be charged for the provision of Guaranteed Slots. Customers who have received notification from Bank Danamon on confirmation of Guaranteed Slot must still register and make payment independently using their Bank Danamon Debit Card or Credit Card via a dedicated link sent by Bank Danamon to the Customer, with the following registration conditions:
  8. The Osaka and Kyoto Marathon 2026 event is organized by a Third Party. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon is not responsible for any obstacles or losses that the Customer may experience in using the Guaranteed Slot for the Program and marathon event, such as natural disasters, bad weather, or other force majeure circumstances.
  9. The Guaranteed Slot cannot be transferred by the Customer to anyone else, nor can it be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
  10. The Customer is required to follow the instructions and directions from the Third Party regarding the registration and payment procedures for the selected marathon event, including but not limited to requests for the Customer's personal data/information, proof of payment, and others.
  11. Any costs incurred outside of the Guaranteed Slot are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
  12. By registering for the Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be subject to the Program's General Terms and Conditions and to the provision of the Customer's personal data from Bank Danamon to Third Parties.

Customer Complaints

  1. Customers may submit complaints regarding banking transactions/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id yang tersedia 24 jam.
  2. The procedure for Customer Complaints can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. The process of verifying customer criteria is entirely the authority of Bank Danamon.
  2. Products and/or services from Third Parties are not products and responsibilities of Bank Danamon, and are therefore entirely the responsibility of the Third Party. If there are any problems and/or complaints regarding these products and/or services, please contact the Third Party.
  3. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program constitute an integral and inseparable part of the ‘General Terms and Conditions of Banking Accounts and Services’, ‘General Terms and Conditions of Sharia Banking Accounts and Services’, and ‘General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Privilege Services’. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between those terms and conditions and the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the General Terms and Conditions of this Program shall prevail.
  4. The Customer declares that there are no and will be no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia.
  5. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, indications of money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the service, or the provision of benefits to the Customer concerned. The Customer remains obligated to settle all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  6. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of the Osaka and Kyoto Marathon 2026 for Danamon Privilege Customers from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Programme will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of the Programme, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) Business Days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the changes if the Customer does not submit an objection within that period. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first settling all of the Customer's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  7. If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is prohibited or cannot be implemented or becomes invalid or is declared null and void by a government or court ruling, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, and the other provisions shall remain valid and binding and can be implemented as stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  8. These General Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).

Reminder

Customers must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising gifts of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Osaka and Kyoto Marathon 2026 for Danamon Privilege customers are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
