Program Description

General Terms and Conditions of this Program (“General Terms and Conditions of this Program”) are the terms and conditions that apply to Customers who participate in the CASHBACK QRIS D-BANK PRO GRAMEDIA Program – NATIONAL CUSTOMER DAY 2025 (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).

Customers hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program as follows:

Program Period

The Program Period is 4–15 September 2025. (“Program Period”).

Customer Criteria

Customers who are eligible to participate in this Program are as follows:

  1. Danamon Bank customers who have an active savings account and/or Danamon credit card during the Program Period.
  2. Customers who conduct transactions as stipulated in the Program's General Terms and Conditions.
  3. Danamon Bank customers who have and are registered with the D-Bank PRO application during the Program Period.
  4. The program also applies to Danamon Bank employees.

Hereinafter referred to as "Program Participants".

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Before participating in the Program, Program Participants are required to read, understand, and comprehend the characteristics, benefits, risks, costs, and other terms and conditions of the Program, as well as agree to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Program Participant's participation in this Program if the Program Participant does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  3. Program Participants are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the participation and/or cancellation of participation of Program Participants in this Program.

Prize Awarding Mechanism

  1. Program participants will receive a reward if they have fulfilled the General Terms and Conditions of this Program as long as the quota is available.
  2. The reward scheme is in the form of a 100% cashback with a maximum value of IDR 50,000 (fifty thousand rupiah) with a minimum transaction of IDR 150,000 (one hundred and fifty thousand rupiah).
  3. The reward quota as above is set as follows:
    1. Program participants are required to make payment transactions using QRIS D-Bank PRO with funds sourced from their savings account and/or credit card in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program at all Gramedia outlets and Gramedia.com during the Program Period (“Transactions").
    2. Each Program Participant CIF is entitled to a maximum of 2 (two) Cashback Rewards per month during the Program Period.
    3. Cashback Rewards will be credited to the Program Participant's account used to make the Transaction a maximum of 14 (fourteen) working days after the Transaction is made.
  4. The transaction verification process is the authority of Bank Danamon.
  5. In the event that the account of a Program Participant used to conduct a Transaction is inactive, blocked, or in any other condition that prevents the crediting of Rewards, the Program Participant hereby acknowledges that the Rewards will not be given.
  6. Participation in this Program is free of charge, and any taxes on the Reward shall be fully borne by Bank Danamon.
  7. For Program Participants who conduct Transactions in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program during the Program Period, the Program Participant is entitled to receive a cashback reward ("Cashback Reward") with the following details:

500 (five hundred) Transactions during Program Period

  1. Program participants will not receive Cashback Rewards if the Transaction does not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. Program participants understand and agree that if the Cashback Reward Quota has been exhausted before the Program Period ends, then the Customer will not receive the Reward
  3. By conducting Transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, Program Participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. Such Transactions constitute valid proof of the Program Participant's participation in the Program and the Programme Participant's agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Customer Complaints

  1. Customers can submit complaints about banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id which is available 24 hours a day.
  2. The procedure for customer complaints can be accessed through the website https://www.danamon.co.id/en/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Additional Terms and Agreements

  1. The products and/or services offered by the Partner are not products and/or services of, nor are they the responsibility of, Bank Danamon. Accordingly, all liabilities arising therefrom shall rest solely with the Partner. For matters concerning the Partner’s products and/or services, including any complaints or grievances from Customers, the Partner may be contacted via WhatsApp/Call at (021) 2953 9600 or by email at carehomecredit.co.id.
  2. This General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall constitute an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Account and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk,” the “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon LEBIH PRO Savings,” the “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon LEBIH Savings,” the “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Save Savings,” the “General Terms and Conditions of Fleximax Savings,” and the “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Online Payment Direct Debit Services.” In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these provisions and the aforementioned terms and conditions, the provisions of this General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail. 
  3. Should any provision of this General Terms and Conditions of the Program be deemed unlawful, unenforceable, invalid, or null and void by virtue of any government regulation or court decision, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
  4. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that the Bank reserves the right to amend, modify, or supplement this General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any such amendment, modification, or supplement shall be communicated through the Bank’s available communication channels. In the event of any changes to the benefits, risks, fees, terms, or conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer shall have the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within thirty (30) business days from the date of such notification. The Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the changes should no objection be submitted within the aforementioned period. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer shall have the right to withdraw from the Program, provided that all outstanding obligations to the Bank (if any) are first settled. Furthermore, the Customer hereby consents to the sharing of Customer data by the Partner with Bank Danamon solely for the purpose of validating the promotional eligibility under this Program.
  5. The Customer represents and warrants that no transaction conducted or to be conducted is or will be indicative of money laundering or any other transaction prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
  6. In the event of any indication of fraud, misconduct, abuse, irregular transaction, money laundering, or any action in violation of applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of Bank Danamon’s products/services, revoke the Customer’s participation in the Program, and/or withhold any benefits under the Program. The Customer shall remain obligated to fulfill all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any). 
  7. This General Terms and Conditions of the Program is made in Bahasa Indonesia and English language. In the event of any discrepancy or difference in interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
  8. This General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been prepared in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations, including those issued by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan).
  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation (Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan).
  10. PT Home Credit Indonesia (HCI) is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.

Reminder

Customers must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising cashback in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Program are outside the authority of Bank Danamon.
