Program Description

These General Terms and Conditions of the Morizora Developer Promo Program ("General Terms and Conditions") govern the participation of individuals Developer Promo Program in Project Morizora ("Program"), organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank") in collaboration with PT One Sentral Bogor ("Partner").

By participating in the Program, participants agree to abide by all provisions outlined in these General Terms and Conditions.

Program Period

The Program will run from February 1, 2025, to June 30, 2025 ("Program Period").

Program Participant Criteria

The Program is exclusively available to Bank Danamon employees who purchase units in the Morizora Project at OCBD Bogor during the Program Period.

Promo Terms

Participants in the Program are entitled to the following benefits:
  1. Cashback on Booking Fee: Up to 50%
    Note:
    - Booking Fee up to IDR 25.000.000,-
    - Max. cashback Rp12.500.000,-
    - Cashback will be proceeded after Mortgage credit agreement
    - Purchase periode max. 30 Juni 2025
  2. Free Legal & Ownership Documents: AJB (Deed of Sale and Purchase) and SHM (Certificate of Ownership)
  3. Additional Facilities:
    - First 1 year Internet Fee Bonus
    - Solar Panel Bonus
    - Smart Home System
    - Canopy Bonus
  4. Interest Rates as Low as 0% with KPR Danamon Lebih (More details available at Danamon KPR)

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Participants must read and understand these General Terms and Conditions before enrolling in the Program.
  2. The Bank reserves the right to refuse or cancel a participant's enrollment if they do not meet the eligibility requirements.
  3. Participants assume full responsibility for any losses, claims, or legal actions arising from their participation or cancellation in the Program.

Additional Terms and Agreements

  1. These General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions for Bank Danamon Accounts and Banking Services, including, but not limited to, the terms governing Danamon Bank Cards, Debit/ATM Cards, and American Express Credit Cards. These terms remain valid unless stated otherwise in this Program's General Terms and Conditions.
  2. If the Program involves collaboration with a Partner, all products, services, and benefits provided by the Partner are the Partner’s sole responsibility. Any complaints or issues related to these offerings must be directed to the relevant Partner
  3. The Bank reserves the right to modify or update these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the Bank’s official channels. If the modifications affect benefits, risks, fees, or conditions, participants may file an objection in writing within 30 working days. If no objection is raised, participants are considered to have accepted the changes. Those who disagree may withdraw from the Program, provided they fulfill all financial obligations to the Bank.
  4. Participants confirm that their transactions do not involve money laundering or any unlawful activity under Indonesian regulations.
  5. If fraudulent activity, misuse, abnormal transactions, or money laundering is suspected, the Bank reserves the right to:
    • Cancel transactions
    • Terminate product or service usage
    • Revoke participation in the Program
    • Withhold Program benefits Participants remain responsible for fulfilling any outstanding obligations to the Bank
  6. Any irregularities or suspected fraud should be immediately reported to Hello Danamon.
  7. These General Terms and Conditions comply with applicable laws and regulations, including those set forth by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) program.

Notice

Participants should beware of fraudulent individuals falsely claiming to represent the Bank and offering prizes or other incentives. The Bank is not responsible for any scams or criminal acts carried out by third parties in connection with this Program. Apply Now
