Program will be carried out during the period from 15 June 2026 to September 30, 2026 (“Periode Program”).

This program can only be participated by Program Participants who meet the following criteria:

1. Danamon Debit/ATM card with Mastercard logo; and/or
2. Danamon Credit Card with Mastercard logo (“Card”).

1. Program Participants must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
2. Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Program Participant’s participation in this Program if the Program Participant fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
3. Program Participants are fully responsible for any risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims relating to their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
4. Program applies to Program Participants who hold and transact using Danamon Mastercard® Debit and Credit Card (“Card”).
5. Categories Offered Under the Program:
   1. MC10K
      1. Program is valid for PDAM water utility bills, electricity/non-electricity PLN bills, gas bills/PGN gas, Internet, TV & cable services, postpaid services, mobile credit (Pulsa), and data packages category.
      2. Program is valid for save IDR10,000 (ten thousand rupiah) by using the coupon code "MC10K" on the Payment Page under the promo section.
      3. Program is valid for a minimum payment of Rp500,000 (five hundred thousand rupiah).
      4. Program is valid for Mastercard Debit Card and Credit Card holders who have not made any transactions in Tokopedia the past six (6) months.
      5. Program may be used once (1x) only during the Program Period.
      6. Program is valid while the program quota remains available.
      7. Program cannot be combined with any other programs and/or promotions.
   2. MC5K
      1. Program applies to payments in the PDAM Water Bills, PLN Electricity Bills/Non-Bill Electricity Payments, Gas Bills/PGN Gas, Internet, TV & Cable, Postpaid Services, Mobile Credit (Pulsa), and Data Packages category.
      2. Program offers save IDR 5,000 (five thousand rupiah) by using the “MC5K” coupon on the Payment Page under the promotions section.
      3. Program is valid for a minimum payment of IDR 250,000 (two hundred fifty thousand rupiah).
      4. Program is valid for Danamon Mastercard® Debit and Credit Card holders who have not made any transactions in the past six (6) months.
      5. Program may be used once (1x) only during the Program Period.
      6. Program is valid while the program quota remains available.
      7. Program cannot be combined with any other programs and/or promotions.
   3. MCTAGIHAN
      1. The Program applies to payments in the PDAM Water Bills, PLN Electricity Bills/Non-Bill Electricity Payments, Gas Bills/PGN Gas, Internet, TV & Cable, Postpaid Services, Mobile Credit (Pulsa), Data Packages, and Insurance category.
      2. Program offers save IDR 50,000 (fifty thousand rupiah) by using the “MCTAGIHAN” coupon on the Payment Page under the promotions section.
      3. Program is valid for a minimum payment of IDR 1,000,000 (one million rupiah) using the coupon on the Payment Page under the promotions section.
      4. Program is valid for Danamon Mastercard® Debit and Credit Card holders.
      5. Program may only be used once (1x) only during the Program Period.
      6. Program is valid while the program quota remains available.
      7. Program cannot be combined with any other programs and/or promotions.
   4. MCPAJAK
      1. Program applies to Tax payment transactions.
      2. The Program offers a discount of IDR 150,000 (one hundred fifty thousand rupiah) by using the “MCPAJAK” coupon on the Payment Page under the promotions section.
      3. Program is valid for a minimum payment of IDR 5,000,000 (five million rupiah)
      4. Program may only be used once (1x) only during the Program Period.
      5. Program is valid while the program quota remains available.
      6. Program cannot be combined with any other programs and/or promotions.
   5. MCCICIL
      1. Program applies to new Danamon Mastercard® Debit and Credit Card holders whose transactions are converted into installment payments.
      2. Program offers 10% savings/discount, up to IDR 500,000 (five hundred thousand rupiah).
      3. Program is valid for a minimum transaction amount of IDR 5,000,000 (five million rupiah).
      4. Program is valid from 10:00 AM to 11:59 PM WIB during the Program Period.
      5. Program may be used once (1x) only during the Program Period.
      6. Program cannot be combined with any other programs and/or promotions.
      7. Quota is limited to the first 400 (four hundred) Program Participants during the Program Period.
6. By making transactions in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions during the Program Period, Program Participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions. Transactions made by Program Participants serve as valid proof of their participation in this Program and their agreement to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions.

1. These General Terms and Conditions form an integral and inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk and the General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Credit Card Membership. These terms and conditions shall remain in force unless otherwise provided for in these General Terms and Conditions.
2. The products, services and/or benefits provided by Mastercard are the responsibility of Mastercard, and are not the products or responsibility of Danamon. Should there be any issues and/or complaints regarding such products, services and/or benefits, please contact Mastercard.
3. Tokopedia reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice to Users. Therefore, Tokopedia recommends that Users carefully review these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
4. Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that Danamon reserves the right to amend, modify or supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any amendments, additions or updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified via the communication channels available at the Danamon. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Program Participant is entitled to submit a written objection to Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by Danamon via the Danamon’s communication channels. Program Participants agree that they shall be deemed to have accepted such changes if they do not raise an objection within the mentioned period. Should a Program Participant not agree to such changes, they are entitled to cancel their participation in the Program provided they first settle all outstanding obligations to Danamon (if any).
5. The Program Participant declares that there are no, and will be no, transactions indicating money laundering offences and/or other transactions prohibited under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
6. Should there be any indication of fraud, misconduct, misuse, irregular transactions, unusual transactions, money laundering offences and/or actions contrary to applicable laws and regulations, Danamon reserves the right to cancel transactions, terminate the use of the Danamon’s products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or revoke the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Program Participant. Program Participants remain obliged to settle all outstanding obligations to Danamon (if any).
7. Should any irregularities regarding this Program be discovered or if fraud is suspected, Program Participants are advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
8. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been aligned with applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority.
9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a member of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.

1. Program participants may submit complaints regarding banking products or services either verbally or in writing via their nearest Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or by email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

Program participants must be wary of scams perpetrated by individuals acting in the name of Danamon who promise prizes of any kind. Any scams or other criminal acts committed by third parties in connection with or in the name of the Program are beyond Danamon’s control.
