Program Description

These General Terms and Conditions of the Program (“General Terms and Conditions of this Program”) set out the terms and conditions applicable to Program Participants taking part in the Credit Card Activation Program (“Program”) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Danamon”).

Program Participants hereby agree to and are bound by all the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program as follows:

Program Period

The program runs from 1 August 2026 to 30 December 2026 (“Program Period”).

Participant Criteria

This program is open only to participants who meet the following criteria (“Program Participants”):

  1. Customers who hold an active Danamon Credit and Charge Cards during the Program Period.
  2. Customers who carry out transactions as set out in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  3. The program also applies to Danamon employees.

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Program Participants must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Program Participant’s participation in this Program if the Program Participant fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  3. Program Participants are fully responsible for any risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims arising from their participation in and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.
  4. The Program applies to all Danamon Credit and Charge Cards (Visa, Mastercard®, JCB, and American Express®).
  5. The Program is valid for the duration of the program period from the date the card is activated, and shopping transactions are calculated cumulatively per primary card from the transaction date, including transactions made using supplementary cards.
  6. The Program applies to shopping transactions of at least IDR 1,500,000 (one million five hundred thousand Rupiah) and multiples thereof at online and offline merchants, as well as via QRIS D-Bank PRO.
  7. The Program does not apply if a shopping transaction is converted into installments.
  8. The Program applies only to Program Participants who are primary cardholders.
  9. By making transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program during the Program Period, Program Participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. The transactions carried out by Program Participants constitute valid proof of their participation in this Program and their agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Rewards

  1. Program participants who have met the Program Terms and Conditions (“Winners”) are entitled to receive the rewards specified in the Program (“Rewards”).
  2. Winners are only entitled to receive the rewards once per primary card during the Program period.
  3. The rewards awarded to Winners will be credited to their primary credit card as a reduction against their statement balance.
  4. The maximum Reward amount that a Winner may receive is IDR 400,000 (four hundred thousand Rupiah).
  5. The Reward allocation is limited to the first 590 Program Participants during the Program Period. The tiering is as follows:

  6. Rewards will be awarded no later than 45 (forty-five) working days after the end of each program period, as illustrated below:

  7. By way of illustration, rewards are determined based on the tier of transactions successfully achieved by Program Participants and the availability of quotas at each tier. If the quota for the tier achieved by a Program Participant has been filled, the Program Participant may be moved down to the next lower tier in sequence, provided that a quota is still available at that tier. Transfer to a different tier is only permitted to tiers with a lower reward value and does not apply to progression to a higher tier. If the entire quota for both the achieved tier and the tier below it has been exhausted, the Program Participant is not entitled to a reward.
  8. Rewards will not be awarded if the card is closed, blocked, inactive, and/or there are any payment arrears.
  9. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Power of Attorney

  1. For the purposes of this Program, the Program Participant hereby authorizes Danamon to activate the Program Participant’s card.
  2. The authorization granted by the Program Participant in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program is granted to Danamon with the right of substitution and, so long as the Program Participant’s obligations to Danamon have not been fully discharged, such authorization may not be revoked nor shall it terminate for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to the grounds set out in Article 1813 (termination of a power of attorney: upon revocation by the principal; upon notice of termination by the attorney-in-fact; upon the death, incapacity or bankruptcy of the principal or the attorney-in-fact), 1814 (the principal may revoke the power of attorney whenever they so wish, and, if there are grounds for doing so, may compel the agent to return the authority held by him) and 1816 (the appointment of a new agent to conduct the same matter results in the revocation of the first power of attorney, with effect from the date on which the latter is notified of such appointment) The Indonesian Civil Code and the aforementioned powers of attorney form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

Program Participant Complaints

  1. Program Participants and/or their representatives may lodge a complaint regarding banking products or services, either verbally or in writing, via the nearest Danamon branch, Hello Danamon 1-500-090 or by email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. These General Terms and Conditions of this Program form an integral and inseparable part of the “Danamon General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services” and the “Danamon Credit Card General Terms and Conditions of Membership”.
  2. Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that Danamon is entitled to amend, modify or supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time, with notice being given via the communication channels available at Danamon. In the event of any changes to the benefits, risks, fees, terms and conditions set out in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, or any other changes, Program Participants are entitled to submit their objections in writing to Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date on which Danamon notifies such changes via Danamon’s communication channels. Program Participants agree that they shall be deemed to have accepted the notified changes should they fail to raise an objection within the period. Should Program Participants not accept such changes, they are entitled to cancel their participation in the Program, provided they have first settled all their obligations to Danamon (if any).
  3. The Program Participant declares that they are not currently, and will not in future, carry out any transactions that are indicative of money laundering offences and/or other transactions that are prohibited under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
  4. Should there be any indication of fraud, deception, misuse, irregular transactions, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that do not comply with applicable laws and regulations, Danamon reserves the right to cancel transactions, terminate the use of Danamon’s products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or revoke the provision of Program benefits to the Program Participant concerned. Program Participants remain obliged to settle all their obligations to Danamon (if any).
  5. Program Participants agree that funds placed in savings accounts with returns/interest rates exceeding the maximum guaranteed interest rate set by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation are not guaranteed by the Deposit Insurance Corporation. Program Participants may enquire about changes to the maximum guaranteed interest rate through Danamon’s branches or via Hello Danamon.
  6. Should any provision of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program be prohibited, unenforceable, invalid or declared null and void by a government regulation or court ruling, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, and such other provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall be enforceable as set out in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  7. Should any irregularities relating to this Program discovered, or should any suspected fraud occur, Program Participants are advised to report this immediately via Hello Danamon 1-500-090.
  8. These Program Terms and Conditions are drawn up in Indonesian and English. In the event of any discrepancy in provisions or interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
  9. The headings and terms used in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program are intended solely to facilitate understanding of the content of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  10. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been aligned with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority.
  11. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Other Terms and Conditions

Program participants must be wary of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Danamon who promise prizes of any kind. Danamon is not responsible for any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties or third parties in connection with, or on behalf of, Danamon or this Program.
