Program Description

General Program Terms and Conditions apply to participants of the Get E-Voucher Worth IDR 200,000 (Two Hundred Thousand Rupiah) for D-Points or Membership Rewards® Points Redemption to AirAsia points Program (“Program”), organized by PT BIGLIFE Digital Indonesia (“AirAsia”).

Program Participants hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The Program is carried out during the period from 1 June, 2026 to 30 June, 2026 (“Program Period”)

Program Participant Criteria

This program can only be participated by Program Participants who meet the following criteria:

  1. Customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank") who own and transact using Danamon Grab Credit Card, JCB Precious, Mastercard Platinum, Mastercard World, Mastercard World Business, Mastercard World Elite, Visa Platinum, Visa Infinite, American Express Blue, American Express Gold; and Danamon American Express Green, American Express Gold, American Express Rose Gold, and American Express Platinum Charge Cards ("Program Participants"); and
  2. AirAsia members who are registered as members of loyalty and rewards program operated by AirAsia (“AirAsia Points”) and have a unique registration number at the time of participating in Program. If a participant is not an AirAsia member during the Program Period, they must register to become an AirAsia member through AirAsia website (https://www.airasia.com/en/gb) or AirAsia mobile app before participating in the Program. Registrations made after the Program Period will not qualify for participation.

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Program Participants are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel any Program Participant’s participation in this Program if the Program Participant does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Program Participants are fully responsible for any risks, losses, claims, lawsuits, and/or demands related to their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. Valid for Program Participants who have and transact using Danamon Grab Credit Card, JCB Precious, Mastercard Platinum, Mastercard World, Mastercard World Business, Mastercard World Elite, Visa Platinum, Visa Infinite, American Express Blue, American Express Gold; and Danamon American Express Green, American Express Gold, American Express Rose Gold, and American Express Platinum Charge Cards ("Card").
  5. Program is valid for a minimum redemption of 1,000 (one thousand) D-Points / Membership Rewards® Points into AirAsia points during the Program Period.
  6. D-Points / Membership Rewards® Points must be redeemed through Danamon’s official channels
  7. Program Participants who meet the eligibility criteria will receive a e-Voucher Unique Code worth IDR 200,000 (Two Hundred Thousand Rupiah) for flight tickets.
  8. E-Voucher is valid for purchase of non-AirAsia flight tickets.
  9. E-Voucher is valid with no minimum transaction requirements.
  10. E-Voucher will be delivered as a unique code via Danamon’s communication channels
  11. E-Voucher will be sent maximum 30 days after the end of the Program Period.
  12. E-Voucher unique code can be used via the AirAsia’s official website airasia.com and/or the AirAsia MOVE application.
  13. E-Voucher is valid until 30 September, 2026.
  14. Any e-Voucher not used by 30 September 2026 will expire and cannot be renewed or replaced
  15. The General Terms and Conditions of the Program may be amended at any time in accordance with the policies of the Program organizer, namely AirAsia. For the latest information regarding the Program, please visit the AirAsia promotional website.

Program Participant Complaints

  1. Program Participants may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Danamon branch, via Hello Danamon at 1-500-090, or by email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The procedures for complaint handling can be accessed via the website: https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. The General Terms and Conditions of the Program form an integral and inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership, and the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership. These terms remain in effect unless otherwise stipulated in this General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Products, services, and/or benefits provided JCB are solely the responsibility of JCB and are not products nor the responsibility of the Danamon. For any issues or complaints related to such products, services, and/or benefits, please contact JCB directly.
  3. Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that the Danamon reserves the right to revise, amend, or supplement the General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. All changes or updates will be communicated through the Danamon’s available communication channels. If such changes involve modifications to benefits, risks, fees, or other conditions, Program Participants have the right to submit written objections to Danamon within thirty (30) business days from the notification date. If no objection is submitted within that timeframe, the Program Participant is deemed to have agreed to the changes. If the Program Participant disagrees, they may cancel their Program enrollment after fulfilling any outstanding obligations to the Danamon (if any).
  4. Program Participants state that there are no, and will be no, transactions that indicate money laundering or other activities prohibited under prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  5. If there are indications of fraud, misuse, irregular or suspicious transactions, money laundering, or violations of applicable laws, the Danamon has the right to cancel transactions, terminate use of Danamon products/services, revoke Program participation, and withdraw Program benefits from the affected Program Participant. The Program Participant must still fulfill any outstanding obligations to the Danamon (if any).
  6. In case of any irregularities related to the Program or if fraud is suspected, the Program Participant is advised to immediately report such concerns to Hello Danamon (1-500-090).
  7. The General Terms and Conditions of the Program has been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including provisions issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a member of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) guarantee program.

Reminder

Program Participants must exercise caution against fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent Danamon and promising rewards of any kind. Any fraudulent activity or other criminal acts carried out by third parties in connection with or claiming affiliation with the Program are beyond the authority and responsibility of the Danamon.
