Program Description

The General Terms and Conditions of the Digital Acquisition 2026 Program (“General Program Terms and Conditions”) are the terms and conditions applicable to customers participating in the Digital Acquisition 2026 (“Program”) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).

Customers hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Program Terms and Conditions as follows:

Program Period

The Program will be conducted during the period of 15 June 2026 to 31 January 2027 (“Program Period”)

Program Participant Criteria

The program is applicable to new Bank Danamon customers who open a Danamon LEBIH PRO Savings account or Danamon Save account through the D-Bank PRO application and have entered the referral code “DIGITAL” during the program period (“Customer”).

Program's General Term and Condition

  1. Before participating in the Program, Customers are required to read, understand, and comprehend the characteristics, benefits, risks, costs, and other provisions of the Program and agree to the General Program Terms and Conditions.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel a customer’s participation in this Program or not grant the Reward if the General Program Terms and Conditions are not fulfilled
  3. Customers are fully responsible for any risks, losses, or claims related to participation or cancellation.
  4. Customers may obtain cashback benefits for transactions on QRIS features, e-Wallet Top Up, Virtual Account & Bill Payment (Biller) on the D-Bank PRO application for 3 (three) months from the first month of account opening (“Reward”) if during the Program Period fulfill all of the following requirements:
    1. Customers have opened a Danamon LEBIH PRO Savings account or Danamon Save account through the D-Bank PRO application
    2. Customers have input the referral code “DIGITAL” during account opening
    3. Customers have successfully maintained the average monthly savings balance in accordance with the following Tiering categories:

    4. Customers who successfully maintain the average savings balance in accordance with the Tier Balance category in point (iii) are entitled to receive transaction benefits as follows:

        1. Transaction benefits can be enjoyed by Customers for 3 (three) months from the first month of account opening, as long as customers meet the average balance requirement and monthly transaction quota.
        2. Maximum transaction benefits that can be enjoyed per Customer CIF per month are as follows:

  5. In the event that the Reward quota has been fully utilized before the Program Period ends, Customers will not receive Rewards
  6. By performing transactions in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, Customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply.

Prize Awarding Mechanism

  1. Rewards will be credited to the Customer’s account used to perform the Transaction no later than 30 (thirty) working days each month
  2. In the event that the Customer’s account is inactive, blocked, or in other conditions that cause the crediting of Rewards to be unable to be carried out, then the Customer hereby acknowledges that the Reward cannot be granted.
  3. Participation of the Customer in this Program is not subject to any fee.

Customer Complaints

  1. Customers may submit complaints verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or email hellodanamon@danamon.co.id (24 hours).
  2. Complaint procedures are available at: https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Term and Conditions

  1. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, insofar as not regulated differently in these General Program Terms and Conditions, shall remain valid and binding on the Customer and shall form an integral and inseparable part of the General Program Terms and Conditions.
  2. These General Program Terms and Conditions are an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Account and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk” and the “General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO”.
  3. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to correct/amend/supplement these General Program Terms and Conditions from time to time. Every change/addition/update to these General Program Terms and Conditions will be notified through communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event that there are changes to benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on these General Program Terms and Conditions, the Customer has the right to submit an objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have approved such changes if the Customer does not submit an objection within such period. If the Customer does not agree to such changes, the Customer has the right to cancel participation in the Program by first completing all of the Customer’s obligations to Bank Danamon (if any)
  4. The Customer declares that there are no transactions indicated as money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted based on the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  5. In the event there are indications of fraud, cheating and/or transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel transactions, cancel participation in the Program, or cancel the provision of Rewards to the relevant Customer. The Customer remains obligated to settle all obligations to Bank Danamon..
  6. These General Program Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to the provisions of prevailing laws and regulations, including the provisions of regulations of the Financial Services Authority.
  7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI), and is a participant in the deposit insurance program of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).

Warning

Customers must be careful of fraud committed by irresponsible parties claiming to represent Bank Danamon by promising rewards in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts carried out by other/third parties associated with or claiming to be this Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
