Program Description

These General Terms and Conditions of the Proteksi Prima Berkah Secured Payment Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) constitute the terms and conditions applicable to Customers participating in the Proteksi Prima Berkah Secured Payment Program (“Program”) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”), in cooperation with PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Syariah (“Manulife Syariah”) and form one integral and inseparable part of the Program Participation Form.

The Customer hereby agrees and binds themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

This Program runs from 1 April 2026 until 30 June 2026 (“Program Period”).

Definisi

  1. Application means a request letter or application submitted by a prospective Policyholder to the insurance company to obtain insurance protection.
  2. Contribution means an amount of money that must be paid every month as an obligation of the Policyholder to the Insurer for insurance participation.
  3. Customer means an individual customer who has an account at Bank Danamon and/or uses banking products/services provided by Bank Danamon.
  4. Policyholder means a person who is bound by an agreement made with the insurance company and is responsible for all obligations toward the Insurer.
  5. Insurer means the insurance company PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Syariah.
  6. Policy Issuance means the issuance of a policy by the Insurer as proof that insurance coverage has been approved.
  7. Participant means the party who bears the risk as regulated in the Policy.
  8. Policy means an agreement between the Policyholder and the Insurer that regulates the rights and obligations of the parties.
  9. Insurance Product means the Proteksi Prima Berkah insurance product owned by the Insurer that is included in the Program.
  10. Submit means the submission of an Application.

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. The Customer is required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The Customer’s Application must be submitted to Bank Danamon within the Program Period.
  3. The Customer must first make payment of the Contribution for the first 1 (one) month directly, through debit by the Bank, on the date of purchase of the Insurance Product. For the following 11 (eleven) months, payment must be made using the secured payment method, whereby the fund blocking takes place at the time of purchase of the insurance product by completing and signing the Program Participation Form.
  4. Customers who purchase the Insurance Product as regulated in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program are entitled to receive an E‑Voucher equal to 1 month’s Contribution, the “E‑Voucher”.
  5. The Program is valid every day during the Program Period.
  6. Bank Danamon and the Insurer apply the prevailing tax regulations to this Program. Tax obligations related to the Program, if any, shall be the responsibility of Bank Danamon, the Insurer, and the Customer respectively to the tax authorities.
  7. Bank Danamon does not charge any fees for this Program.
  8. This Program cannot be combined with any other program or promotion.

Program Risk

  1. Bank Danamon has the right to reject or cancel the Customer’s participation in this Program if the Customer does not fulfill the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The Customer is fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the Customer’s participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  3. If there is a termination of the Policy, whether due to a cancellation request for the Program from the Customer or due to the occurrence of a risk stated in the Policy, the Customer agrees not to receive a refund of the Contributions that have been paid.

Program Illustration

  1. Customer A purchases the Insurance Product with a monthly Contribution of Rp500,000 (five hundred thousand rupiah) by submitting an Application to the Bank on 1 February 2026.

    Customer A makes payment/debit of the first 1 month’s Contribution of Rp500,000 (five hundred thousand rupiah) on 1 February 2026. For the next 11 months, Customer A makes payments using the secured payment method, meaning fund blocking. Fund blocking is carried out from 1 March 2026 until 1 January 2027 in the amount of Rp5,500,000 (five million five hundred thousand rupiah). Customer A will receive an E-Voucher gift of Rp500,000 (five hundred thousand rupiah).
  2. Customer B purchases the Insurance Product with a monthly Contribution amounting to Rp2,000,000,- (two million rupiah) by submitting an Application to the Bank on 1 February 2026.

    Customer B makes payment / debit of the Contribution for the first 1 (one) month in the amount of Rp2,000,000,- (two million rupiah) on 1 February 2026, and for the subsequent 11 (eleven) months Customer B makes payments using the secured payment method (fund blocking). The fund blocking is carried out from 1 March 2026 until 1 January 2027 in the amount of Rp22,000,000,- (twenty-two million rupiah). Customer B will receive an E-Voucher gift in the amount of Rp2,000,000,- (two million rupiah).
  3. Customer C purchases the Insurance Product with a monthly Contribution amounting to Rp200,000,- (two hundred thousand rupiah) by submitting an Application to the Bank on 1 February 2026.

    Customer C makes payment / debit of the Contribution for the first 1 (one) month in the amount of Rp200,000,- (two hundred thousand rupiah) on 1 February 2026, and for the subsequent 11 (eleven) months Customer C makes payments using the secured payment method (fund blocking). The fund blocking is carried out from 1 March 2026 until 1 January 2027 in the amount of Rp2,200,000,- (two million two hundred thousand rupiah), therefore Customer C will receive an E-Voucher gift in the amount of Rp200,000,- (two hundred thousand rupiah).

Mekanisme Pengiriman E-Voucher

  1. E‑Vouchers will be sent to Customers via E‑Voucher notification SMS with the masking DANAMONGIFT.
  2. The notification SMS will be sent to the Customer’s mobile phone number registered in the Bank Danamon system no later than the end of the following month calculated after Policy Issuance.
  3. If the Customer does not receive the notification SMS as referred to in item 1 (one) above, the Customer is required to contact the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or contact Hello Danamon to follow up on the matter.
  4. The Customer is required to redeem the E‑Voucher with an online merchant E‑Voucher that cooperates with Bank Danamon (“Online Merchant”) on the website: https://danamon.more.id (“Web Redeem Voucher”).
  5. E-Voucher validity period:
    1. The validity period of the E‑Voucher to be redeemed for an Online Merchant E‑Voucher is 1 (one) month from the date the E‑Voucher notification SMS is received by the Customer.
    2. The period to redeem this Voucher may be extended by submitting a request from the branch office to the Bancassurance PIC, with a maximum of 6 months after the e‑voucher expiration date has ended.
    3. The validity period of the Online Merchant E‑Voucher obtained by the Customer through the Web Redeem Voucher shall follow the validity provisions of each respective Online Merchant; therefore, the Customer is required to read and understand the terms and conditions of each Online Merchant.

Customer Complaints

  1. For complaint services related to the Insurance Product, Customers may contact the Manulife Syariah contact center at (021) 25557777 or 0800 1 606060, toll-free and specifically for areas outside the Jakarta area code.
  2. Customers and/or Customer representatives may submit complaints regarding banking transactions/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or by email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. The Insurance Product marketed by Bank Danamon in connection with this Program is an insurance product of Manulife Syariah, the marketing of which is carried out through cooperation with Bank Danamon; therefore, such product is not a product of, nor the responsibility of, Bank Danamon and is not covered under the deposit guarantee program of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.
  2. The responsibility for the Insurance Product rests entirely with Manulife Syariah.
  3. The use of the Bank Danamon logo and/or attributes is solely intended to indicate the existence of cooperation between Manulife Syariah and Bank Danamon.
  4. The insurance participation application process, including the insurance product assessment process (underwriting), is under the authority of Manulife Syariah; therefore, Bank Danamon shall not be responsible for any decisions made by Manulife Syariah regarding the Customer’s participation application.
  5. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program constitute a single unified document and form an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services” and the “General Terms and Conditions of Sharia Accounts and Banking Services”. In the event of any differences or conflicts between those provisions and these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
  6. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to amend/modify/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any amendment/addition/update to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of any changes to benefits, risks, fees, terms and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days calculated from the date such change notification is made by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon’s communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer shall be deemed to have approved such changes if the Customer does not submit any objection within such period. If the Customer does not agree to such changes, the Customer has the right to cancel participation in the Program by first settling all of the Customer’s obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  7. The Customer declares that there are no and will be no transactions indicated as money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  8. If there are indications of fraud, deception, misuse, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations, the Bank has the right to cancel transactions, terminate the use of Bank products/services, cancel participation in the Program, and/or cancel the provision of Program benefits/discounts to the relevant Customer. The Customer remains obligated to fully settle all of the Customer’s obligations to the Bank (if any).
  9. If any irregularities related to this Program are discovered or if fraud is suspected, the Customer is advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
  10. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been adjusted in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority.
  11. Bank Danamon is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the deposit guarantee program of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.
  12. Manulife Syariah is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
  13. If any provision in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, due to a Government regulation or court decision, is prohibited or cannot be implemented or becomes invalid or is declared null and void by law, such circumstance shall not affect the validity of the other provisions in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, and such other provisions shall remain valid, binding, and enforceable as stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  14. This General Terms and Conditions of The Program are prepared in both Indonesian and English. In the event of any discrepancy or difference in interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.

Warning

Customers must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising gifts in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other/third parties that are associated with or carried out in the name of the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
