  17. The conversion of a transaction into an installment will be processed within 1–2 (one to two) working days after the transaction has been successfully posted. If the transaction is not successfully posted within 5 (five) working days, the Program application will be cancelled.
  18. If required in accordance with Danamon’s policies, Danamon will confirm via telephone to the Cardholder’s mobile phone number recorded in Danamon’s system.
  19. Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel the Cardholder’s participation in the Program if they do not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program and/or if, following an assessment or review conducted by Danamon, it is found to be inconsistent with Danamon’s policies.

  21. Any early repayment or cancellation of a Program transaction will incur a penalty fee of 5% (five per cent) of the outstanding principal of the Program loan and the interest accrued at that time (if any).
  22. For any delay in payment of Programme installments, the Cardholder will be charged a penalty in accordance with the applicable fee regulations at Bank Danamon.
  23. In the event that the Cardholder fails to pay the minimum credit card or Danamon GRCC Card (or fails to pay the full amount due specifically for the Danamon American Express GRCC Card) for 2 (two) consecutive months by the due date, Danamon will charge the entire outstanding principal amount plus a penalty fee of 5% (five per cent) of the outstanding principal amount of the Program, late payment charges and interest accrued at that time (if any).
