Program Description

The Program General Terms and Conditions Save IDR 100,000 at Traveloka (“Program General Terms and Conditions”) constitute the terms and conditions applicable to Program Participant of Save IDR 100,000 at Traveloka ("Program") organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Danamon") in collaboration with merchant partner Traveloka (“PT Trinusa Travelindo”).

Cardholders hereby agrees to and is bound by all provisions set forth in the following Program General Terms and Conditions:

Program Period

The Program shall be conducted during the period commencing on 8 May 2026 until 31 May 2026 (“Period of Program”).

Participating Outlet

The program is valid on the Traveloka app with a minimum version of 3.20.0 (Android/iOS).

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. The program is available to the following Cardholders: Danamon Global Currency Card (Danamon LEBIH PRO Debit Card) with BIN number 541143 (“Card”).
  2. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder’s participation in this Program if the Cardholder fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. Cardholders are fully responsible for any risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims relating to the Cardholder’s participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  5. The Savings Program applies subject to the following terms and conditions:

    2. Enter the promo code BDIDC100.
    3. Valid for bookings made via the Traveloka App, version 3.20.0 or later (Android/iOS).
    4. Valid for Flight and Hotel products, excluding Flight + Hotel packages.
    5. Travel/stay period: any time.
    6. The Cardholder understands and agrees that if the Program quota is exhausted before the Program Period ends, the Cardholder will not receive the discount.
    7. The Program cannot be used multiple times.
    8. The program is valid for 1 day 1 user account/coupon code/card during Program Period.
    9. This discount cannot be combined with other discount coupons.
    10. Bookings using this discount will not earn Traveloka Points.
    11. Refunds are calculated based on the amount paid after the discount has been applied, not the original price.
    12. The Company reserves the right to cancel the discount, or if necessary, cancel the transaction or freeze the account, if there are indications of misuse of the promo code by the user.
    13. Danamon reserves the right to cancel if the terms and conditions are not met.
    14. The program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
  6. By making transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. Any transactions made by the Cardholder shall constitute valid proof of the Cardholder’s participation in the Program and of the Cardholder’s agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. The products, services, and/or benefits provided by the Partner are the sole responsibility of the Partner and do not constitute products or responsibilities of Danamon. In the event of any issues and/or complaints related to such products, services, and/or benefits, please contact the relevant Partner.
  2. Cardholders represents and warrants that the Cardholders is not currently engaged in, and will not engage in, any transactions that may be indicative of money laundering and/or any other transactions prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
  3. In the event of any indication of fraud, misconduct, deception, irregular transactions, unreasonable transactions, money laundering, and/or any actions that are contrary to applicable laws and regulations, Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of Danamon’s products/services, revoke the Cardholders participation in the Program, and/or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Program Participant. Cardholders shall remain obligated to fulfill all outstanding obligations to Danamon, if any.
  4. Other terms and conditions relating to banking products and/or services, insofar as they are not otherwise stipulated in these General Program Terms and Conditions, shall remain valid and binding on the Cardholder and shall form an integral and inseparable part of the General Program Terms and Conditions.
  5. These Program General Terms and Conditions is an inseparable part of General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between such terms and conditions and Program General Terms and Conditions, the Program General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  6. Cardholders agrees and acknowledges that Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/or supplement these Program General Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes shall be communicated through the Danamon’s available communication media. In the event of any change in the benefits, risks, fees, and general terms and conditions and other changes, the Cardholders has the right to submit a written objection to Danamon within 30 (thirty) Business Days from the date of such notification by Danamon via its available communication channels. Cardholders agrees that if no objection is submitted within the specified period, the Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted the changes. If the Cardholders does not agree with the changes, the Cardholders has the right to discontinue Program participation by first completing all obligations to Danamon (if any).
  7. If any provision of these Program General Terms and Conditions are, by reason of any government regulation or court decision, prohibited, unenforceable, rendered invalid, or declared null and void, such circumstance shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Program General Terms and Condition, which shall remain in full force and effect and binding upon the parties as set forth herein.
  8. Cardholders may submit complaints related to banking products and/or services either verbally or in writing through the Danamon’s nearest branch office, via Hello Danamon at 1-500-090, or by email to hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  9. The procedures for the customer complaint service may be found on the official website of the Danamon at the following link: www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  10. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan/OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Program of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).
  11. These Program General Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to comply with the prevailing laws and regulations, including regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

Warning

Cardholders must exercise due caution against fraudulent activities perpetrated by individuals or entities falsely claiming to represent Danamon and offering rewards in any form. Danamon shall not be held liable for any acts of fraud or other criminal conduct committed by third parties in connection with or under the pretense of association with Danamon or this Program.
