A Cashback Of IDR 25,000 With A Minimum Transaction Of IDR 50,000 Mandiri E-Money Top Up

Program Description

These General Terms and Conditions of the Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) set out the terms and conditions applicable to Customers participating in the IDR 25,000 Cashback Program with a minimum transaction of IDR 50,000 for topping up E -Money Mandiri (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).

Customers hereby agree to and are bound by all the provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The Program Period is 15–19 May 2026 (“Program Period”).

Participant Criteria

Customers eligible to participate in this Program are those who meet the following criteria:

  1. Customers who hold an active Danamon savings account during the Program period;
  2. Customers who have and are registered on the latest version of the D-Bank PRO app; and
  3. The Program is also open to Bank Danamon employees.

hereinafter referred to as (“Customer”).

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Customers are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Customer’s participation in this Program if the Customer fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Customer is fully responsible for any risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims arising from the Customer’s participation in and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. For this Program, the Customer may receive a cashback of IDR 25,000 (twenty-five thousand Rupiah) (“Cashback”) with a minimum transaction of IDR 50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah) when the Customer makes a Mandiri E-Money top-up transaction via D-Bank PRO (“Transaction”).
  5. 1 (one) CIF is entitled to receive the Cashback a maximum of 1 (one) time during the Program Period.
  6. The total Cashback quota is 700 (seven hundred) Transactions during the Program Period (“Program Quota”).
  7. By carrying out a transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions. The transaction carried out by the Customer constitutes valid proof of the Customer’s participation in the Program and the Customer’s agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Cashback Disbursement

  1. The Cashback Reward will be credited to the Customer’s savings account no later than 14 (fourteen) working days after the transaction is made. If the Customer does not hold a Danamon savings account, they will not receive the Cashback Reward for the transaction made.
  2. Participation in this Program is free of charge.
  3. The Customer understands and agrees that if the Program quota is exhausted before the end of the Program Period, the Customer will not receive a Cashback Reward.

Customer Complaints

  1. Customers may submit complaints regarding banking products or services either verbally or in writing via their nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id, which is available 24 hours a day.
  2. The procedure regarding the customer complaints service can be accessed via the website www.danamon.co.id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Term and Conditions

  1. Any other terms and conditions relating to products, services and/or banking transactions, insofar as they are not otherwise provided for in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, shall remain in force and binding on the Customer and shall form an integral part thereof.
  2. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program form an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Accounts and Banking Services” and the “General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO”. Such terms and conditions shall remain in force unless otherwise provided for in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon is entitled to amend, modify or supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any amendments, additions or updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified via the communication channels available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is entitled to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date such changes are notified by Bank Danamon via Bank Danamon’s communication channels. The Customer agrees that the Customer shall be deemed to have consented to such changes if the Customer does not submit an objection within that period. Should the Customer not consent to such changes, the Customer is entitled to cancel their participation in the Program provided that the Customer first settles all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any). The Customer declares that there are no, and will be no, transactions indicating money laundering offences and/or other transactions prohibited under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
  4. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon is entitled to cancel the provision of Cashback under this Program if the Customer fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  5. The Customer declares that there are no, and will be no, transactions suspected of money laundering offences and/or other transactions prohibited under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
  6. Should there be any indication of fraud, misconduct and/or transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering offences and/or actions inconsistent with applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel the Customer’s participation in the Program, or cancel the provision of Cashback to the Customer concerned. Customers remain obliged to settle all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon.
  7. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been aligned with applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI), and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) scheme.

Warning

Customers are advised to be wary of scams perpetrated by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise cashback in any form. Any scams or other criminal acts committed by third parties in connection with or on behalf of the Program are beyond the control of Bank Danamon.
