Cashback 25% up to IDR 100,000 QRIS Crossborder

The Program Period is 15–31 May 2026 (“Program Period”).

Customers eligible to participate in this Program are those who meet the following criteria:

1. Customers who hold a Danamon savings account;
2. Customers who have and are registered on the latest version of the D-Bank PRO app; and
3. The Program also applies to Bank Danamon employees.

hereinafter referred to as (“Customer”).

1. Customers are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Customer’s participation in this Program if the Customer fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
3. The Customer shall be fully liable for any and all risks of loss, claims, lawsuits and/or claims arising from the Customer’s participation in and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
4. For this Program, the Customer may receive a 25% (twenty-five per cent) cashback of up to IDR 100,000 (one hundred thousand Rupiah) (“Cashback”) on transactions of at least IDR 100,000 (one hundred thousand Rupiah) when the Customer makes a cross-border QRIS transaction using a Debit Card as the Source of Funds (“Transaction”).
5. This Program is only valid in the countries and at the merchants listed in the following link.
6. Each CIF is entitled to receive the Cashback a maximum of 1 (one) time during the Program Period.
7. The total Cashback quota is 750 (seven hundred and fifty) Transactions during the Program Period (“Program Quota”).
8. By conducting transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions. The transactions carried out by the Customer serve as valid proof of the Customer’s participation in the Program and the Customer’s agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

1. The Cashback Reward will be credited to the Customer’s savings account no later than 14 (fourteen) working days after the transaction has been made.
2. There is no charge for the Customer’s participation in this Program.
3. The Customer understands and agrees that if the Program quota is exhausted before the end of the ProgramPeriod, the Customer will not receive the Cashback Reward.

1. Customers may submit complaints regarding banking products or services either verbally or in writing via their nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id, which is available 24 hours a day.
2. The procedure regarding the customer complaints service can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

1. The products and/or services offered by the merchant are not the responsibility of Bank Danamon and are therefore entirely the responsibility of the merchant. Should you encounter any issues and/or have any complaints regarding the products, services and/or the Program, please contact the relevant representative of the merchant.
2. Other terms and conditions relating to products, services and/or banking transactions, insofar as not otherwise provided for in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, remain in full force and effect and are binding on the Customer, forming an integral and inseparable part thereof.
3. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program form an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Accounts and Banking Services” and the “General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO”. Such terms and conditions shall remain in force unless otherwise provided for in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
4. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon is entitled to amend, modify or supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any amendments, additions or updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified via the communication channels available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is entitled to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date such changes are notified by Bank Danamon via Bank Danamon’s communication channels. The Customer agrees that the Customer shall be deemed to have consented to such changes if the Customer does not submit an objection within that period. Should the Customer not consent to such changes, the Customer is entitled to cancel their participation in the Program provided that the Customer first settles all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any). The Customer declares that there are no, and will be no, transactions indicating money laundering offences and/or other transactions prohibited under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
5. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon is entitled to cancel the provision of Cashback under this Program if the Customer fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
6. The Customer declares that there are no, and will be no, transactions suspected of money laundering offences and/or other transactions prohibited under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
7. Should there be any indication of fraud, misconduct and/or transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering offences and/or actions inconsistent with applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel the Customer’s participation in the Program, or cancel the provision of Cashback to the Customer concerned. Customers remain obliged to settle all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon.
8. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been aligned with applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI), and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) scheme.

Customers are advised to be wary of scams perpetrated by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise cashback in any form. Any scams or other criminal acts committed by third parties in connection with or on behalf of the Program are beyond the control of Bank Danamon.
