Program Description

The Program General Terms and Conditions Save 50% (fifty percent) up to IDR75,000 for The Premiere Cinema XXI Movie Tickets Purchases via m.tix every Thursday (“Program General Terms and Conditions”) constitute the terms and conditions applicable to Program Participant of Save 50% (fifty percent) up to IDR75,000 for The Premiere Cinema XXI Movie Tickets Purchases via m.tix every Thursday (“Program”) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank”) in collaboration with The Premiere Cinema XXI (“Partner”).

The Program Participant hereby agrees to and is bound by all provisions set forth in the following Program General Terms and Conditions:

Program Period

The Program shall be conducted during the period commencing on 7 May 2026 until 24 September 2026 (“Period of Program”).

Program Participant Criteria

The program is valid for Danamon Privilege Debit Cardholders with initial card numbers: 55779188, 55779187, 54114303, 54114306 (“Card”).

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder's participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  3. Cardholders are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. The Program is subject to the following terms and conditions:
    1. The 50% (fifty percent) discount program/price reduction for movie ticket purchases at The Premiere Cinema XXI is valid every Thursday (including national holidays) during the Program Period.
    2. The program applies to ticket purchases made online through the m.tix application.
    3. Discounts or price reductions apply excluding administrative fees for ticket purchases via m.tix.
    4. The program applies with a maximum discount of IDR 75,000.00 (seventy-five thousand Rupiah) per transaction.
    5. The program applies with a quota of 78 (seventy eight) transactions every Thursday during the Program Period.
    6. The program applies to a maximum of 1 (one) transaction per day (every Thursday) with the same Card number.
    7. The Program is not valid for multiple purchases.
    8. Cardholders agree that if the quota referred to in point 4.e above has been exhausted, Cardholders will not receive a discount even if the Program Period has not ended.
    9. The program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
  5. By conducting transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, Cardholders are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. Transactions conducted by Cardholders constitute valid proof of Cardholders' participation in the Program and Cardholders' agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

How to Purchase Tickets via m.tix to Get a Discount

  1. Place your ticket order at m.tix: select the film, outlet, screening time, and seat location.
  2. On the order confirmation page, select Credit Card/Debit Card and enter the card number that is valid for this program.
  3. After clicking ‘pay’, enter the CVC/CVV number. Then click ‘Pay Now’.
  4. If the card used meets the applicable terms and conditions, the amount reduced by the discount will appear, then you can click ‘next’.
  5. On the One-Time Password (“OTP”) page, the amount reduced by the discount will also appear. If it is correct, enter the OTP that was sent.
  6. The transaction is successful.
  7. Scan the QR code in the ‘order details’ section at The Premiere Cinema XXI outlet to obtain your ticket.

Customer Complaints

  1. Complaints may be submitted by the Cardholder or an authorized representative either orally or in writing via the nearest Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Complaint procedures are available at https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Term and Conditions

  1. These Program General Terms and Conditions is an inseparable part of General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk”, “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Debit/ATM Cards” as well as other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, shall apply. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between such terms and conditions and Program General Terms and Conditions, the Program General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  2. The products, services, and/or benefits provided by the Partner are the sole responsibility of the Partner and do not constitute products or responsibilities of Danamon. In the event of any issues and/or complaints related to such products, services, and/or benefits, please contact the relevant Partner.
  3. The Cardholder agrees and acknowledges that Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/or supplement these Program General Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes shall be communicated through Danamon’s available communication media. In the event of any change in the benefits, risks, fees, and general terms and conditions and other changes, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Danamon within 30 (thirty) Business Days from the date of such notification by Danamon via its available communication channels. The Cardholder agrees that if no objection is submitted within the specified period, the Cardholder shall be deemed to have accepted the changes. If the Cardholder does not agree with the changes, the Cardholder has the right to discontinue Program participation by first completing all obligations to Danamon (if any).
  4. The Cardholder represents and warrants that the Program Participant is not currently engaged in, and will not engage in, any transactions that may be indicative of money laundering and/or any other transactions prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
  5. In the event of any indication of fraud, misconduct, deception, irregular transactions, unreasonable transactions, money laundering, and/or any actions that are contrary to applicable laws and regulations, Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of Danamon’s products/services, revoke the Cardholder participation in the Program, and/or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Cardholder.
  6. If any provision of these Program General Terms and Conditions are, by reason of any government regulation or court decision, prohibited, unenforceable, rendered invalid, or declared null and void, such circumstance shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Program General Terms and Condition, which shall remain in full force and effect and binding upon the parties as set forth herein.
  7. In the event that any irregularities related to the Program are discovered, or if any fraudulent activity is suspected, the Program Participant is advised to promptly report such matters through Hello Danamon.
  8. These Program Terms and Conditions are prepared in both Indonesian and English. In the event of any discrepancy or difference in interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
  9. The headings and terminology used in these Program General Terms and Conditions are intended solely to facilitate understanding of the contents of these Program General Terms and Conditions.
  10. These Program General Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to comply with the prevailing laws and regulations, including regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  11. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan/OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Program of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).

Warning

Cardholders should be cautious of fraud committed by individuals impersonating Danamon by promising prizes in any form. Any fraud or criminal acts by third parties on behalf of or related to the Program are beyond the authority of Danamon.
