Program Implementation

The Employee Benefit – Individual Referral Program for the period of April 2026 to June 2026 (“Program”) is a program that provides rewards in the form of incentives to individual customer referrers (“Referrers”) who have provided company referrals to use payroll services (“Payroll Customers”) provided by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) and have satisfied these General Terms and Conditions (“General Terms and Conditions”).

Program Period

The Program shall be conducted for the period from 6 April 2026 to 30 June 2026 (“Program Period”).

Criteria for Referrers

Referrers who successfully refer Payroll Customers meeting specific criteria.

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. To participate in this Program, the Referrer must first register by submitting a Program Participation Declaration.
  2. These General Terms and Conditions form an integral and inseparable part of the Program Participation Declaration.
  3. The Referrer is not an employee of Bank Danamon.
  4. Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the Referrer’s participation in the Program if the Referrer fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  5. The Referrer is fully responsible for any risks of loss, claims, lawsuits, and/or claims arising from participation in and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  6. The Payroll Company is required to hold a current account with Bank Danamon within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the signing of the Payroll Cooperation Agreement between Bank Danamon and the Payroll Company.
  7. A reward will be awarded to Referrers who successfully refer at least 1 (one) Payroll Customer who:
    1. hold a current account with Bank Danamon for a maximum of 30 calendar days from the signing of the Payroll Cooperation Agreement between Bank Danamon and the Payroll Customer;
    2. open employee payroll accounts no later than 3 (three) months from the signing of the Payroll Cooperation Agreement between Bank Danamon and the Payroll Customer;
    3. the number of employee payroll accounts opened must be at least 50 (fifty) payroll accounts; and
    4. the Payroll Customer must have processed at least one payroll cycle via Bank Danamon’s payroll service
  8. The details of the rewards given to Referrers are as follows:

    Note:

    (*) Company Referral Program is limited to the first 10 (ten) Referrers per month who meet all the terms and conditions of the Referral Incentive Program:

    • The PKS for the referred company has been finalised and signed
    • Achieve a minimum of 50 (fifty) new payroll account openings in accordance with the terms and conditions
    • Submit all required documents for participation in the Referral Incentive Program

    (**) The type of voucher awarded is subject to availability at Bank Danamon (currently in the form of MAP e-vouchers)

Terms and Conditions of Rewards

  1. Referrers who meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program will receive a reward in the form of a voucher or cashback, as selected in the Employee Benefit – Individual Referral Program (External) Participation Declaration Form.
  2. The net value of the reward is subject to tax, with the tax on the reward borne by Bank Danamon.
  3. Rewards are not cumulative.
  4. Cashback rewards will be credited to the Referrer’s account as stated on the Form no later than 45 (forty-five) working days after the General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been met.
  5. Rewards in the form of a voucher will be sent to the Referrer’s address as stated on the Form no later than 45 (forty-five) working days after the General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been met.
  6. The validity period of the voucher reward and its terms and conditions are subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the relevant voucher.
  7. The reward given to the Referrer is not a product of Bank Danamon; therefore, all enquiries and requests for information regarding the reward should be directed to the relevant reward provider. Program Participants release Bank Danamon from any liability regarding the handling of complaints related to the reward given to the Referrer.

Customer Complaints

  1. Customers may submit complaints regarding banking products/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedures regarding complaint services can be accessed via the website www.danamon.co.id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses- Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Others Terms and Conditions

  1. The verification and approval process for the opening of current accounts and payroll accounts shall be under the full authority of Bank Danamon.
  2. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program form an integral and inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Accounts and Banking Services, as well as other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services. In the event of any difference or conflict between such terms and conditions and these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, these General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
  3. In the event of any indication of fraud, misconduct and/or transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering crimes and/or actions that are not in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations, Bank Danamon shall have the right to cancel transactions, cancel participation in the Program, and/or cancel the granting of rewards to the relevant Customer. The Customer shall remain obligated to fully settle all obligations to Bank Danamon.
  4. Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that Bank Danamon has the right to revise, amend, and/or supplement these General Terms and Conditions from time to time by providing notification through Bank Danamon’s available communication channels. In the event of any changes to benefits, risks, fees, terms and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions, as well as other changes, Program Participants shall have the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date such notification is made by Bank Danamon through its communication channels. Program Participants agree that they shall be deemed to have accepted such changes if no objection is submitted within such period. If Program Participants do not agree to such changes, they shall have the right to cancel their participation in the Program, subject to the prior settlement of all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  5. Program Participants declare that they are not currently and will not engage in any transactions that are indicated as money laundering crimes and/or other transactions that are prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  6. If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is prohibited, cannot be implemented, becomes invalid, or is declared null and void by any government regulation or court ruling, such circumstance shall not affect the validity of the other provisions, which shall remain valid, binding, and enforceable as stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  7. If any irregularities related to the Program are identified or if any fraudulent activity is suspected, Program Participants are advised to promptly report such matters through Hello Danamon.
  8. The headings and terms used in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program are solely intended to facilitate understanding of the contents of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  9. These General Terms and Conditions have been prepared in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan).
  10. Bank Danamon is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan).

Warning

Program Participants are required to remain vigilant against fraud committed by irresponsible parties claiming to represent the Bank by promising rewards in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other or third parties in connection with or in the name of the Bank or this Program shall be beyond the responsibility of the Bank.
