Program Description

These General Terms and Conditions of the Top It Up Gift Program – Qurban Special 2026 (“General Program Terms and Conditions”) set forth the terms and conditions applicable to Customers who participate in the Top It Up Gift Program – Qurban Special 2026 (“Program”) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”), and constitute an integral and inseparable part of the Participation Form of the Top It Up Gift Program – Qurban Special 2026 (“Participation Form”).

By participating in the Program, the Customer hereby agrees to be bound by all provisions set out in these General Program Terms and Conditions as follows:

Program Period

The Program is valid from 28 April until 10 May 2026 (“Program Period”).

Participant Criteria

The Program may be participated in by customers with the following criteria (“Customer”).

  1. Individual customers holding a Danamon LEBIH PRO iB savings account or Sharia iB Wadiah Savings Account.
  2. Non-individual customers holding a Tabungan Danamon LEBIH iB savings account.

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Each Customer participating in the Program must first register by completing and signing the Participation Form.
  2. Customers must ensure that their data has been updated, including but not limited to address, telephone number, and email.
  3. Customers are required to read and understand these General Terms and Conditions.
  4. Bank Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel a Customer’s participation if the Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions.
  5. Customers are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims related to their participation and/or cancellation of participation in the Program.
  6. The Program applies to Customers who have completed the Participation Form, placed funds, blocked funds, and/or opened accounts as stipulated herein.
  7. Program scheme:
    1. Customers are required to place fresh funds into a Danamon LEBIH PRO iB, Tabungan Danamon LEBIH iB, or Sharia iB Wadiah Savings Account by: (i) cash deposit through a Bank Danamon branch; or (ii) transfer from another bank account into the Customer’s account used for this Program (“Fresh Fund Placement”).
    2. The Customer’s funds must be blocked according to the nominal amount stated in the table III.7.d on the same day as Program participation
    3. Fresh Fund Placement must be made no later than 7 (seven) calendar days prior to the fund blocking date.
    4. Customers who have completed Fresh Fund Placement and fund blocking are entitled to receive gifts as specified below (“Main Fresh Fund Gift”):

  8. Customers may participate in the Program more than once during the Program Period.
  9. Customers will continue to receive profit sharing in accordance with prevailing regulations.
  10. Customers may cancel their participation and unblock funds by visiting the Bank Danamon branch where participation was registered and signing the Program Cancellation Form of Top It Up Gift Qurban Special 2026.
  11. Customers canceling participation will be subject to a Reward Replacement Fee debited from the Customer’s Bank Danamon account (“Cancellation Form”).

Terms & Condition for Reward Distribution

  1. Gifts in the form of qurban livestock are not handed directly to Customers.
  2. Bank Danamon cooperates with qurban livestock providers for selection, purchase, slaughtering, and distribution.
  3. Bank Danamon through the branch office where the Customer registers their participation in the Program, will notify the Customers who meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program and are entitled to receive sacrificial animals before the sacrificial animals are slaughtered by the Partner.
  4. Information regarding the slaughtering and distribution of sacrificial animals by Partners will be provided no later than 3 (three) days after Eid al-Adha (H+3 tashreeq days). The media used to deliver this information to Customers by Partners will be via WhatsApp or email address as listed in the Bank Danamon system.
  5. The Program partner is LAZISMU (Lembaga Amil Zakat, Infaq, dan Sadaqah Muhammadiyah).
  6. Taxes related to the Program are applied in accordance with tax regulations and are the responsibility of each party.

  • Blocked Amount: Rp 110,000,000
  • Reward: 1/7 of a cow
  • The Customer was offered and agreed to participate in the Program.
  • The Customer made a transfer from another bank on April 1, 2026, in the amount of IDR 110,000,000.
  • As the Customer used fresh funds deposited more than 7 (seven) calendar days prior to the account blocking, the Customer is not eligible to participate in the Program.
  • As the Customer does not fulfill the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is not eligible to receive the reward from this Program.

Power of Attorney

  1. The Customer hereby grants authority to Bank Danamon to debit the Customer's account at Bank Danamon for the blocking of funds as well as the Reward Replacement Fee (if the Customer cancels the Program in accordance with the Cancellation Form and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program).
  2. The authority granted by the Customer in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program is given to Bank Danamon with the right of substitution and as long as the Customer's obligations to the Bank have not been fully fulfilled, such powers cannot be revoked or will not end for any reason, including but not limited to the reasons mentioned in Articles 1813 (termination of power of attorney: by the revocation of the power by the attorney; by notification of termination of the power by the attorney; by the death, guardianship, or bankruptcy of the principal or the attorney), 1814 (the principal may withdraw the power of attorney if desired, and if there is a reason for it, compel the attorney to return the power held), and 1816 (the appointment of a new attorney to carry out the same matter causes the revocation of the first power of attorney, starting from the notification to the latter about the appointment). The Civil Code and those powers are an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of this Program.

Customer Complaints

  1. Customers may submit complaints regarding banking products and/or services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions for PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Sharia Banking Accounts and Services”, “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Lebih PRO iB Savings”, “General Terms and Conditions for iB Wadiah Sharia Savings”, and/or other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
  2. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to improve/change/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the changes made by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the changes if the Customer does not submit an objection within that time period. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel the Program participation by first completing all of the Customer's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  3. If any provision of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program is prohibited or unenforceable by government or court decision, or becomes invalid or declared null and void by law, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, and such other provisions shall remain valid, binding, and enforceable as specified in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  4. The Customer declares that there are no and will not be any transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions prohibited by applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.
  5. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, transaction irregularities, irregular transactions, money laundering, and/or actions that are not in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the Program, or award prizes to the Customer concerned. The Customer remains obligated to pay all of its obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  6. Customers agree that deposits in savings accounts with returns above the maximum guaranteed interest rate set by the Deposit Insurance Corporation are not guaranteed by the Deposit Insurance Corporation. Prizes received by customers are also calculated as a component of the maximum guaranteed interest rate. Customers can check changes to the maximum guaranteed interest rate through Bank Danamon branches or through Hello Danamon.
  7. The Customer agrees that funds placed in savings accounts with returns exceeding the maximum deposit insurance interest rate determined by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) are not guaranteed by LPS. Any gift received by the Customer shall also be taken into account as part of the calculation of the maximum guaranteed interest rate. Information regarding changes to the maximum guaranteed interest rate may be obtained through Bank Danamon branches or via Hello Danamon.
  8. General Terms and Conditions This program has been adjusted to comply with statutory provisions, including the Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulations and the guaranteed interest rate provisions under the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) regulations.
  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) guarantee program.

Warning

Customers are required to remain vigilant against fraudulent acts carried out by individuals or parties claiming to represent Bank Danamon and promising gifts in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties that are associated with or claim to be on behalf of the Program are beyond the authority and responsibility of Bank Danamon.
