Program Description

These General Terms and Conditions of the Top It Up Gift Program – Special Qurban 2026 (“General Program Terms and Conditions”) govern customers participating in the Top It Up Gift Program – Special Qurban 2026 (“Program”), organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”), and form an integral and inseparable part of the Participation Form of the Top It Up Gift Program – Special Qurban 2026 (“Program Participation Form”).

By participating, the Customer hereby agrees to and is bound by all provisions of the following General Program Terms and Conditions:

Program Period

The Program is valid from 13 April 2026 to 30 April 2026 (“Program Period”).

Participant Criteria

The Program is open to individual customers of Bank Danamon who hold a Danamon LEBIH PRO iB savings account (“Customer”).

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Each Customer must register by completing and signing the Program Participation Form.
  2. Customers must ensure their personal data is up to date, including but not limited to address, phone number, and email.
  3. Customers must read and understand these General Program Terms and Conditions.
  4. Bank Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel participation if the Customer does not meet the Program requirements.
  5. Customers bear full responsibility for all risks, losses, claims, demands, and/or lawsuits related to participation or cancellation of participation in the Program.
  6. The Program applies to Customers who have completed the Participation Form, placed funds, blocked funds, and/or opened accounts as stipulated in these Terms.
  7. Program Scheme:
    1. Customers must place fresh funds in the Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account by: (i) cash deposit via Bank Danamon branches; or (ii) transfer from another bank into the participating account (“Fresh Fund Placement”).
    2. Funds must be blocked according to the nominal amount stated in section III.7.d on the same day as program participation.
    3. Fresh Fund Placement must be made no later than 7 (seven) calendar days before the fund blocking date.
    4. Customers who complete fresh fund placement and blocking are entitled to a gift (“Main Fresh Fund Gift”) as per the table below:

  8. Customers may participate more than once during the Program Period.
  9. Customers will continue to receive profit-sharing in accordance with applicable terms.
  10. Customers may cancel participation and unblock funds by visiting the same Bank Danamon branch where registration was completed and signing the Program Cancellation Form.
  11. Customers canceling participation will be charged a Reward Return Fee, debited directly from their Bank Danamon account.

Terms & Condition for Reward Distribution

  1. The qurban animal gift will not be handed directly to the Customer.
  2. Bank Danamon cooperates with a qurban animal provider for selection, purchase, slaughter, and distribution of the qurban animals.
  3. Bank Danamon will notify eligible Customers through the branch where participation was registered before the slaughter ceremony.
  4. Information regarding slaughtering and distribution will be provided no later than 3 (three) days after Eid al-Adha (H+3 days of Tashriq).
  5. Notifications will be delivered via WhatsApp by the Program Partner.
  6. The Program Partner is LAZISMU (Muhammadiyah Amil Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah Institution).
  7. Tax regulations apply; tax obligations are the responsibility of each respective party.

  • Tenor: 12 months
  • Blocked Amount: Rp 110,000,000
  • Reward: 1/7 of a cow
  • The Customer was offered and agreed to participate in the Program.
  • The Customer made a transfer from another bank on April 1, 2026, in the amount of IDR 110,000,000.
  • As the Customer used fresh funds deposited more than 7 (seven) calendar days prior to the account blocking, the Customer is not eligible to participate in the Program.
  • As the Customer does not fulfill the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is not eligible to receive the reward from this Program.

Power of Attorney

  1. The Customer hereby authorizes Bank Danamon to debit the Customer’s account at Bank Danamon for the purpose of fund blocking as well as the Reward Replacement Fee (in the event that the Customer cancels the Program in accordance with the Cancellation Form and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program).
  2. The authorization granted by the Customer under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is given to Bank Danamon with the right of substitution. As long as the Customer’s obligations to the Bank have not been fully fulfilled, such authorization shall be irrevocable and shall not terminate for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to the reasons stipulated under Articles 1813 (termination of a power of attorney due to revocation by the grantor, notice of resignation by the attorney, or the death, guardianship, or bankruptcy of either the grantor or the attorney), 1814 (the grantor’s right to revoke the power of attorney at will and, if justified, compel the attorney to return the granted authority), and 1816 (the appointment of a new attorney to handle the same matter resulting in the revocation of the previous authorization upon notification of such appointment) of the Indonesian Civil Code. Such authorization shall constitute an integral and inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

Customer Complaints

  1. Customers may submit complaints regarding banking products and/or services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program constitute an inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, the General Terms and Conditions of Sharia Banking Accounts and Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon LEBIH PRO iB Savings, and/or other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between such terms and these General Program Terms and Conditions, the provisions of these General Program Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  2. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend, modify, and/or supplement these General Program Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any amendments, additions, or updates shall be notified through Bank Danamon’s available communication channels.
  3. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, fees, or terms and conditions under these General Program Terms and Conditions, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days from the date such changes are notified by Bank Danamon. The Customer agrees that failure to submit an objection within such period shall be deemed as acceptance of the changes. If the Customer does not agree with the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel participation in the Program, provided that all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any) have been fully settled.
  4. If any provision of these General Program Terms and Conditions is prohibited, unenforceable, invalid, or declared null and void by virtue of any government regulation or court decision, such provision shall not affect the validity, enforceability, and binding nature of the remaining provisions, which shall continue to apply in full force.
  5. The Customer declares that there is no and will be no transaction indicating money laundering and/or any other transactions prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  6. In the event of any indication of fraud, misconduct, transaction irregularities, abnormal transactions, money laundering, and/or actions that are not in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the Program, and/or revoke the gift granted to the relevant Customer. The Customer shall remain obligated to fully settle all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  7. The Customer agrees that funds placed in savings accounts with returns exceeding the maximum deposit insurance interest rate determined by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) are not guaranteed by LPS. Any gift received by the Customer shall also be taken into account as part of the calculation of the maximum guaranteed interest rate. Information regarding changes to the maximum guaranteed interest rate may be obtained through Bank Danamon branches or via Hello Danamon.
  8. These General Program Terms and Conditions have been adjusted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and provisions on deposit insurance interest rates as stipulated by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).
  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) guarantee program.

Warning

Customers are required to remain vigilant against fraudulent acts carried out by individuals or parties claiming to represent Bank Danamon and promising gifts in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties that are associated with or claim to be on behalf of the Program are beyond the authority and responsibility of Bank Danamon.
